Called today to get help/product on a home improvement project. Pam was VERY helpful. She talked me through the best product to use, got me set with the product waiting for me at the door! Great Customer Service! I am not in need of this type of supplier frequently, but if I ever am again, I know who to call! I am giving a 5 star!

I work for a company called Image Pros, I recently had a drill repaired through Stetsons. So a month later I get a call from Mark, Hey Rob, we accidently over charged ya, can you stop in so we can put that back on your card.So after I get there it turns out that HILTI had over charged them in excess of 500$. which not only were they HONEST enough to tell me, but they apologized for the inconvenience .I just need to say THANK YOU, not only for your constant good service but your honesty and the way you treat people, it is refreshing in a world of greed.
