Having followed Division & Co. for some time on Instagram, I finally was able to make my first purchase. Andy was extremely helpful on the phone and answered all of my questions about the products in the store. I was in the market for a specific pair of jeans and was given some examples of products that will work for me. The shop is easy to deal with for reorders and I have now found a shop that I can be a customer for life at. Next time Im driving through Rockford, Ill stop in and thank them personally for the help I received.

This shop is great! Although I have not been able to personally visit yet, I reached out to them on Instagram about a certain size I was looking for in a difficult to track down item and they went above and beyond to hook me up! They have a customer for life in me, also check them out on Instagram as well they have some awesome content on there doing deep dives into brands, giving tutorials on products they carry, and just doing generally cool stuff! Can’t wait to see the store in person one day until then I will continue to support this local company from afar, they are really great people!

Division & Co. knows what they are doing and they do it with gusto.The atmosphere and environment they have cultivated is one of the coolest Ive personally encountered and the staff there are knowledgeable and friendly and make you feel right at home. They also have a shop dog.The crew has cultivated a wide variety of brands and items that definitely fit into the category of buy-it-for-life.My first time in I spent about 2 hours browsing the shop seeing all the cool stuff I didnt know I wanted.I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in old-time American made high quality goods, artists and those who work with their hands for a living.

Just got a beautiful hat that I’m sure will last a lifetime. There was a nice inviting little dog that helped me while I looked around. I’m sure I’ll be back for more quality apparel.

Terrible customer service. Never returns calls or emails. Promised dates and proofs, never delivered. Really too bad.

As much as I would like to give them 5 stars, I cant! Found them on Instagram and I wanted them to make some sweaters for my upstart brand. After a few months I received the sweaters well after payment, Ive shown them nothing but patience. Dont get me wrong the sweaters came out great.. thats not the issue, my issue is the customer service and the amount of time it took to receive the sweaters from the initial order to me finding flaws( emailed pictures and assured that it would be taken care of promptly) in a few of them and going on month #4 and still havent recieved replacements or updates on order. This whole process has been a headache,with me just starting my brand..
