Great place. Took some clothes in to sell and they returned money that was left in one of the pockets of my jeans. So nice to return it!

I was greeted nicely, warm and friendly but not too much. I appreciated that. I got a good feel for their collections and will return when I have some extra time to really shop.

The workers are so helpful and nice. The clothes are super cute and at an affordable price. They did such an amazing job handling regulations with COVID. Literally my number 1 store.

Alright, so... I went in with 3 brand new dresses (tags still on) from Fashion Nova (all $40 each) I wasnt expecting much because I know resale shops arent incredibly rewarding, but the employee was so rude about it. She literally said, we cant give you a lot because these are cheap Yeah, so theyre just REaLly cheap sooo.. yeah, just cheap LIKE OK I GET IT. I didnt even ask why I wasnt getting more than what was offered. All I said was Okay, no problem! Ill just take the dresses back. There was no reason to keep insisting how cheap she thought the dresses were. Super uncalled for and snooty. She simply could have been like, They arent what were looking for at the moment for our shop. I had no problem with the place beforehand because Ive sold to them before and the other girl was super nice and professional. Anyway, yeah, not a pleasing experience today.

Says “we only take the newer stuff” and denies the clothing i bring in that i bought a couple months ago. this place has standards that are too high for their own good.

They are very nice and kind. No pressure sales but there to help if you need it. I plan on going back!
