Ive been using Granite Territory for years! They have helped me turn customers dream kitchens, bathrooms, and bars areas into a reality! Very professional and detailed!I finally used them on my house! My kitchen renovation was taken to another level with the hand picked stone by my wife! Everyone that see it have nothing but praise for the detailed install! I have a very very happy wife! And that means I have a happy life!

When I called Granite Territory Stone Crafters for an estimate they were prompt at returning my call and they were able to give me an estimate in a timely manner. They were very knowledgeable as well. I had my granite in my kitchen and bathroom installed and I am VERY happy with their work! I am a person that is not very easy to please and I am very meticulous! I would definitely recommend Granite Territory Stone Crafters!

Granite Territory was timely with all processes. They completed quotes, measured and installed as promised. However, the quote did not include any plumbing work nor mentioned any conversations. Granite Territory never said they did not remove the sink or reconnect. Add cost to the quote for your own plumber. When the installation was complete we noticed several large discolored marks. When questioned the team at Granite Territory said and i quote it is a piece of stone, you get what ever comes out They made no attempt to come out to see the marks. Since they had been paid they ignored the situation. I dont believe they take this piece of stone out of the earth and place it in your kitchen...they do manipulate it for size and finishings. That statement used shows they have no pride or ownership of their process. The sad part is they came highly recommended. I regret not going with the bigger company vs the little guy. Live and learn!

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Found our granite slabs on a Friday, they came to our house that next Monday to measure and with the amazing reasonable quote we got on Wednesday it was a done deal! They were installed 2 weeks later in a couple hours and look absolutely gorgeous! Thank you Granite Territory!

Excellent service, beautiful clean work. Home depo order the wrong sink sink for us and I didnt realize it until after they left. I was so exited about how beautiful everything looked. I called them back to see if they could come back to replace it for me since my contractor was coming the next morning to finish my kitchen. They did at no extra charge. I will use them in the future when we remodel our bathrooms.Not because they didnt charge us to come back, but for the excellentwork and customer service we received from them.

Our recent granite countertop installation experience was more than excellent with Granite Territory Stone Crafters. I found each component of the experience very professional and thorough. Jose had to deal with some unknowns of an island addition ( while coming out to measure ) and followed through on those measurements up to the very moment the slabs were being cut. The date for installation was on time. The Granite Territory staff were courteous and the finishing results of the granite were gorgeous- just as they looked in the original pictures I had taken when picking out our granite. Evan spent time trouble shooting how to install a backsplash against a long wall that was “warped” and offered three suggestions to “fix the uneven- ness “ of the backsplash- all while providing professional options and giving us time to decide what we thought would work best. In final, both Jose and Evan went over thorough instructions on how to care for our granite to uphold its natural beauty. It was stated to us that plumbing is not there department and that we were to handle that component on our own. I love supporting local, small businesses and am so happy with our gorgeous countertops and the personal relations built with Granite Territory- that a large box store suffers to provide. Highly recommended - five stars !

Cheaper than Menards, and they installed, delivered, and took out my old counter. Free sink and free backsplash. Best decision I EVER made!! So happy and love my granite counter!!

They did all the countertops of the kitchen and bathrooms in my house but their customer care really needs improvement. If I had not been to their shop a couple days before delivery they were going to place a completely different granite than we had chosen. They do minimal paperwork and there is no feedback even when they messed up with the dishwasher during installation that broke its water line and caused me a headache of changing the wood floors. They took no responsibility and the plumber they had recommended who did our facets and sinks never returned my calls when the kitchen sink pipe came loose under it and was leaking water. Really not happy with their attitude. A handyman finally changed the pipe and told me that it was the wrong size.I would certainly not recommend them to anyone
