Pierce sent a technician to our home to measure, the technician was on time and friendly. I cant believe what a difference this small change has made to our home. We just had new countertops installed. We couldnt of chosen a better place. From the day we sent an email inquiring an estimate to installation we had the nicest people helping us along the way. We did shop another place and they were double the amount and very pushy. Our neighbor recommended Pierce. We stopped in and wow the selection was amazing. We love our new countertops and got lots of compliments on it.

Okay, first of all I would LOVE to write a review about Pierces Laminated countertop service, installation, etc. However, they seem to not even want my business.I have called for a quick quote and the lady informed me that they dont give any kind of quotes over the phone. She said I would have to e-mail or fax or come in. Due to a tight schedule I had to e-mail them.I e-mailed twice with full details. Product #, edge style, and additional info.I dont want to rate down on their service because I havent been able to experience it. But I am going to rate down on their office end of things. Shouldnt they be all over me? Dont they want my money?They havent replied in 3 days. As advice to this company... either; Hire another saleman/saleswoman/secretary (whoever handles the sales) or update your e-mailing system!Thanks.

Recently had our 10+ year-old LG Hi-Macs (solid surface acrylic) kitchen countertops sanded/re-finished and we could not be happier! They look brand-new! Justin put it extra effort to address a stain we had around the sink faucet and even was able to clean up some of the discolored sealant that the original installer left behind around on of the drains. If I ever need countertop service again, Pierce Laminated Products will be my first call.
