The best and most friendly competent people to work with! Every worker is respectful and excellent in their field. They also clean up when theyre done. They actually make it a pleasant experience!!

I really recommend Midwest Stone Source and design Studio. I worked with Michaela who helped me find the perfect marble countertop for our remodeled bathroom. She helped me coordinate my tile and flooring with my marble slab, even though the tile and flooring were being purchased elsewhere. (due to family members owning a similar store). I will certainly go to Midwest Stone the next time I have a remodeling project.

Midwest Stone provided an inspired remodel design of our master bathroom and executed that design/vision beyond our expectations. The staff and work crews were professional and personable, and never hesitated to contact us with questions or concerns. They managed to work within our schedule and availability, and we felt very at ease while they did their job. We would highly recommend Midwest for any remodel task.

Denise/Matthew are horrible. Matthew will only work a 7 hour day.apparently. I’m now left with a toilet in my master bedroom. Dust everywhere. I’m staying in a hotel until I can find a true professional. None of this is my doing. I was promised no mess, but that’s all I have now. Sheeeesh.

After shopping around for several months for new countertops and not finding exactly what we wanted with the help we needed. We were exceptionally pleased the second we walked into Midwest Stone Source. Michaela helped us from start to finish with picking out and showing us our options. She was very friendly and helpful to us, unlike other places, unfortunately. Kevin was very patient with us when we were picking out what piece of quartz we wanted to use for our specific countertop. I highly recommend them and if we ever need any other home repairs- they will be our first stop! Thanks again.

This was our very first time working with another party to update our kitchen/home. Denise was very personable and handled all questions and hick ups with solutions quickly & efficiently, and we couldnt be happier. The team member who came to take measurements was extremely detailed and precise; and the team who came out to put in our counter tops worked great together to get it done! So so many things to choose from in their store!! We would highly recommend Midwest Stone.

Our kitchen granite was put in by Midwest Stone 5 years ago and still looks great. I use a product that I purchased from them to clean and polish my counters. I was refilling my bottle and the sprayer did not work properly. I went in to get a replacement for my sprayer and received a new bottle at no charge. I have always been pleased with the service that I have received from Midwest Stone and have recommended them to my friends.

Denise was absolutely terrific! She was patient with me when I couldnt make my mind up on materials and she worked within our price range and gave us very fair pricing. Had a kitchen remodel Crew used for kitchen backsplash did a poor job. They scratched our hardwood floors and tile was uneven. Owners were very difficult to get a hold of and did not return calls. Eventually discounted service but never fixed problems

We loved our experience with Midwest stone source when we were looking for new granite counter tops in our kitchen. They were the only site in Rockford that told us the places that we could go look for new slabs since we didnt like any they had on site. Everyone else just told us to come back periodically to see if anything new came in. We were able to find a slab we liked and Midwest took care of everything else.We will definitely be back when we look at redoing the bathroom next year!

My mother had countertops done...they turned out beautiful! Went with her today to pick out a backsplash. The whole team was extremely helpful, educated, and fun to work with! Will definitely recommend to more family and friends!

Very poor experience—paid upfront for a piece of slab. Made a change to reduce size of original fabrication which caused a refund. However staff was unresponsive and wouldn’t return calls to reconcile. Stacy and Deb were completely unhelpful. Under-refund. Will never do business with company again!!!
