Bakery messed up the birthday cake, it was lopsided, and the decorating was not clean. The customer service desk was very understanding and helped a lot. Ive seen other cakes that they have done that look really nice but it was as if they didnt even care about this one.

People running around not knowing where grocery are. Should of made map for all isles. Customers are paying high prices and customers are number one. Help us out by making a map of the isles before you started the change. Team work

Decent amount of produce and a good number of gluten free items. Also an interesting beverage selection. Definitely worth my time to visit, but the layout of the store is slightly confusing.

A Clean and organized store, a great selection of organic foods as well as everything for everyday life.

So most the time the employees kinda keep to themselves and continue their task at hand. Dont really get offered any assistance or even greeted/acknowledged beside the front door or at the register. Tonight a female name Annie working in the back half of aisle 11 asked if I need help looking for something even though I walked past it twice. I work in this same field but our customers are called members and acknowledgement and assisting adds to the shopping experience. This small interaction shortened my visit so I could get in and out without searching all over so thank you Annie keep up the good work.

Meijer stores are always so clean and neat. They offer a wide variety of items and food. I also use their pharmacy services.

I like shipping at Meijer, and have only had one bad experience. I asked for help at the self checkout because there were multiple people looking for help and no associate in the area. I asked for assistance from a group of employees in a room nearby and got a very rude response from someone who was new. He said they are probably helping another customer and that I just have to wait Another associate politely apologized for their actions and immediately helped me. Normally everyone is nice and helpful and the store is always clean .

I arrived before the pick up service was open without realizing it. I texted that I was there and they called me to let me know that I would have to wait 15 minutes until the store was open. Of course that was not a problem at all. About a minute later, an employee came out to my car with my order. They said because it was such a small order they didnt want to make me wait (even though I was the one who made the mistake). Excellent customer service!!

A really nice well kept store

Next to the Greenfield Meijer in WI, this was one of the worst Meijer stores Ive ever shopped at. The store was NOT stocked at all and it did not feel clean. I was a huge fan of Meijer in the past for their fresh produce and meats, but I may have to find an alternative for my favorite items.

Love Meijer for my grocery shopping. Clothing items are great prices when on-sale, if not on sale a little over priced.

Very nice store, wish we had one in Belvidere. They actually have people there to check out your purchases and bag them for you. They could crush Walmart.

Was only place to get lingling Tokyo ramen! Now they dont even have it. This was the only item worth going all the way to their store. Its not even on their website anymore. So I can not even get it delivered. Whats the point? I might as well go to Walmart. They have the same stuff for cheaper.

I like this store. I will make it my primary over any other box stores, aka target, walmart, etc. It is clean, good deals. Their self checkout is horrible though. I will not use it, I will wait for a cashier. Very buggy and laggy.

Super nice store, very clean, courteous and helpful employees. Wide variety of household goods, clothing, great prices on shoes, and a fantastic grocery selection, including some of the freshest produce Ive found. Prices overall are fair on the stuff I shop for, though dog treats tend to run a bit higher on price than at other stores. The parking lot can be a bit awkward to navigate, mostly due to how busy this store seems to stay, but overall it is definitely a nice shopping experience. Highly recommend!

Visited here from the Southwest. I wished they were in the Phoenix area. Bring Meijer to the Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, or Chandler area please! You wont be disappointed.

This review is for the bakery department. I have been ordering cakes from this location for the last 6 years. I am always happy with the taste and presentation. I do wish it was easier to browse designs and order online but all I have to do is call the store and they always work with me to give me what I am looking for.

Unless you want employee hair in your chopped veggies, you might want to go somewhere else for your produce. (Go anyway. They dont have a very good produce selection.) They dont carry much on the way of lactose free or gluten free food items.

Pharmacy was busy. But they got everyone through the line and I was very happy.

Phoned in to buy a NOAA weather radio. The staff held it for me at the service desk. I was in-and-out in 2 minutes! Outstanding!

I arrived here after price comparisons on an OTC drug I needed for an ailment. Prices seemed very good on drugstore commodities. The store was well-lit, clean, and easy to navigate. Ill definitely be back again.

20 some years ago... I drove around town on a Thanksgiving night and EVERY single business was closed except for Meijer.Imagine forcing your employees to be away from their families on Thanksgiving. I bet they werent happy at all to be working while everyone else was enjoying the holiday with loved ones.Fast forward 20 years... Now every store is open on Thanksgiving.Every employer forces their employees to work. Everyone is unhappy to be working and everyone else is spending the holiday trying to secretly hide Black Friday merchandise behind the Captain Crunch boxes in aisle 6 instead of relaxing at home with loved ones.You have Meijer to thank for this.

I love this store it is always clean!Their deals are better than Walmart!The only problem I have with it is everything is self checkout, sometimes you end up with 30 of the same item and it takes you 10 minutes to ring them all through the self checkout lineExample would be they have a special all the time on two liter bottles of Coca-Cola and diet Coke by 10 get the 11th free MAX of 22 bottles, you have to sit there and scan 22 bottles and take everyone out of the cart and put them back,Also their scanners if you purchase something like a pack of gum or Reeses peanut butter cups and put it on the belt it constantly freezes up because theres no weight and then you have to have the attendant to come over and put in their code in order to continue to ring up your purchases!Every time I go there I complain about the same problem!If they actually had open registers with people working at the checkouts it would be my favorite store by far for most of my shopping!

Store very clean, well stocked, and prices are outstanding! Items that my family enjoys are usually instock. If you would like even deeper discounts you should download the mperks app. You can earn money by spending money in the store. If you transfer a new prescription to the Meijer pharmacy you can earn 20.00 to use anyway you would like in the store. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable of and where their products are. They run great weekly ads and they have a great selection.

This place is great. Nice and clean and wide isles.

Meijers stand out departments are the produce and meat. They also carry many different items ( some hard to find) in other areas of their store. Employees are always friendly and ready to assist. Pricing at Meijer is not always the best so we pick and choose.

I just love meijer... Mostly for their display of produce.

Staff members arent always the friendliest but the selection of product is always nice, large and unique from other similar stores in the area. They dont seem to have as much fashionable clothing selection for adults anymore. Ive noticed this store is either always out of the nice clothing brand items or didnt have them at all.

Cashier was somewhat slow and two people were standing behind watching her work. No offer to help or anything. Cant find anyone in the store quickly to unlock a case.

Grocery pick up is the worst at this store. I love meijer’s selection and perks. Just know when you order online for pick up it is never on time. You are better off paying Shipt or Instacart

Bought childrens water from them. My granddaughter got very Ill. The water was expired. Went back (like a dummy) some months later to get the same water only to find some of it was expired for 6 months and some expired for 3. Talked with the manager and he seemed oblivious. Bad business.

Was surprised with the large selection of cheeses, but sadly they didnt have what I was searching for... Feta in a block. Only crumbles, but they did have a yummy tea selection.

Great bakery and deli, big selection of items groceries, home goods and liqueur.

The only thing that was good was trying to find where to park for pickup. WE didnt know you had to park in the regular lot, they said there were signs but when we finally found them, they were too short to see when driving around. Everything else was fine.

Have only been there a few times. Too far away. Have not shopped for grocery items there, but was able to find some seasonable items on sale. They do carry a large variety of items.

I went in there today they have great sales I bought one of their rib roasts and I got a turkey buy one get one free at 38 cents a pound... Win win

The greeter, Bethanne, was so nice! She was assisting with carts, greeted everyone, told exiting customers to have a great day, and kept carts disinfected. I have a Meijer less than 5 minutes from my house but the girls by the door are always dismissive. Im not really sure how theyre doing more than writing in a log book if the alarm goes off. After seeing how much Bethanne enjoys her work I think Ill stop in this location much more frequently!

Meijer is a go to for our family. Their selection and prices are perfect for our needs. Store is laid out with ease. Staff is always friendly, too.
