Store had good ratings so I came but it wreaked of marijuana and floor was unsanitary. The store shelves were cluttered and not organized and I would like to see improvement.

If they had a membership club Id be a member. In good standing with the company. If I was surround off the visit that I make there per month it will equal two times per week. May you all continue to be blessed and most of all be safe out there. That old man John James is out

Waiting to get in for 30 minutes now when it says the store opens up at 9:00 am guess I’ll be going somewhere else only in rockford u have to deal with this

Want to be harassed if you have a medical condition to wear a mask? WELL look no further the employees of this dollar store will treat you with the most upwards of disrespect! Feel free to come here and be harassed by the employees! :) They love to refuse service to people with disabilities.Thanks for letting me walk around the entire store without a mask only to harass me when I asked for help. Congrats really you earned the award.You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Not sure about the neighborhood or cleanliness, but they have so many food and drink items here!!!! Absolutely awesome stock. Try a ginger soda!

The store inside was okay but there was a man sleeping outside on the sidewalk with a blanket on him and an umbrella over his body and it was 86 degrees out

Shopping Dollar Tree now feels like im going into a vendor booth at a local swap meet. Its very quiet inside, and all the items in boxes in the isles only makes the experience feel crowded. The feeling definitely made me end my shop sooner, as I just didnt feel up to searching thru the clutter.

Great employees, very nice. I love their sunflower dish sets. The cashiers wrap the dishes very neatly to ensure safety . . . that might seem a small act, but it is very appreciated.

Found what I needed, but cleanliness of store wasnt the greatest and selection was slim picking.

It was Sunday and they out of everything. But generally a great deal.

The floors are clean and well maintained. Great selection of fresh produce.

Was ok. But not many selections on Stationary. Or wall decor ect. Nail polish was scares

Dollar Tree Diva Here!! 😂This place is awesome. Almost anything you need is here, products from hygiene, crafting, gardening, food, and much more.The staff are really helpful and nice. They greet you every time you enter the store which is very welcoming.I recommend Dollar Tree no doubt.

The cashier deliberately tried to pocket $10 of my change! I was suspicious when she counted out the change below the register, then didnt count it out as she was giving it to me. I made sure not to walk away, counted it myself, then she tried to assure me it was correct even when I showed her the receipt. She only admitted fault after my husband counted it out in front of her twice. Ive no doubt that it was purposeful. Im disgusted. Amy at the register should be watched closely, by the customers and her co-workers.

A bad copy of Family Dollar... I get its cheaper for the customer, but the true economics arent. You can buy more for less per unit elsewhere. People generally think short term unfortunately, so its a good business model (profitable).

They are always helpful to me when I go there.

Not much of a selection... Cashier was acting strange towards us... He dropped my towel and was stepping on it and didnt pick it up till the end and asked us if it was ours...

All but one staff member Ive encounterd are unpleasant. Especially the manager she always has a snappy attitude, never smiles or greets the customers. I know first hand how draining retail can be but I expect to be treated better at a store Im spending my money at. Ill continue to go to the other locations.

You can never go wrong at the Dollar Tree.

Luv this store. They have a good selection, especially of frozen & refrigerated goods. You have to come here on a weekly basis cuz they get new stuff in often, but it goes fast when they do!

This is the best,cleanest, and most organized DT Ive ever been in, and Ive been in tons, all over the US. Very very impressed and the 2 gals working were delightful. I will drive farther just to go to this 1. A+++++

One of my favorite stores. I visit the Dollar Trees around Rockford and this one always is stocked well. The employees are very nice and helpful!

Every day 5pm is the busiest time of the day. They always have one register open and a line wrapped around the corner.

If you have a service animal, DO NOTCOME HERE! Not only was the manager offensive and buligerant to me, she rolled her eyes at me when I explained that I had a service dog! She demanded proof and yelled when I asked what the issue with the dog I was told he wasn’t supposed to be in the store, after I mentioned it was a service dog and explained that I didn’t need to show proof as the ADA (Americans with disabilities act) clearly states you don’t need identification she rolled her eyes and told me not to give her attitude!!! Don’t go here if you don’t like being belittled!! I served my country and do not like being a specutal!!!

Employees were polite but there is stuff everywhere, leaving barely room for a small cart to fit down some aisles. The paper(paper towels etc) so tall and packed felt claustrophobic.

Very nice clean store wheelchair accessible and then also love to be able to pick up my candy there for only a dollar a bag. but you can get anything you want there for a dollar

Really like the store but Very Poor customer service. Just visited today & they had two female cashiers with horrible attitudes. Than witnessed a customer who barely spoke English try to kindly ask how much for a certain item (as he obviously hasnt frequented the store) & instead of be polite & help him understand everything was only $1 the cashier just kept shouting at him! Its Only a Dollar! Than as he was leaving (with a full, almost over flowing cart of paid merchandise) both cashiers started shouting again stating carts didnt go outside! Ok I can understand that, but Shouting will Not help this man understand, clearly he was confused & instead of them helping him with his bags 1 employee found it fit to further Embarrass him by shouting over the intercom! The carts Dont go outside! This really bothered me so I will Not be returning to this particular store on Jefferson due to the Horrible Staff with Rude Attitudes.

I had to run in just to pick up one item. Ive never been to this location before, nor will I ever again. The first thing that hit me wss how very filthy the floor was. Littered with trash every where you looked. Wads of old chewing gum stuck to the floor and shelves a complete disarray ! Clean that place up !

Staff is constantly changing and they usually arent so friendly just a few are. This store doesnt have as much as other dollar trees either.

Basic dollar tree. But the staff were really rude. Just because some people can be annoying with bratty children, (the lady before me) doesnt mean they should treat everyone as though they are an irritant. THE CUSTOMER FUNDS YOUR CHECK! HELLO!! Perhaps management should pay closer attention to their employees
