Very nice and clean units. All in lighted area. Lots of parking for loading and unloading. Fair sized storage and pricing. On site staff is very friendly and familiar with each unit. They were very helpful when making a decision about what size I would need for my items. What do you know? Its perfect, with that help I didnt need the bigger one that cost more. Im flabbergasted at the business side of this. Was a walk in the park. I highly recommend this place if youre looking to store something short term or long term. These people are crooks. I gave them 5 months prepaid rent for storage space in 2018. I only used 2 months and they took the rest telling me no refunds. The family seems very backwoods, and the husbands a coward!!! I will never refer this shady establishment to anyone not even the devil himself!!!

We just got our unit, the manager John was very attentive and friendly, the prices are great and there is 24 hour security.I totally expect to be upgrading to 5 stars by the time we move out.

I called three weeks ago. Was told someone would call me back. They took down my name and number. Awaited patiently for a return call but nothing. Decided to move forward with another company.

Great storage unit but the business kind of sucks because Bridgets gone ): theyre raising the prices on the storage units and youre forced to follow it no matter how many years you have been with them. And closed units after 9pm!? Usually I could go in at anytime to get my things.

Staff is great! But they have mice, so pack in bins, not boxes or bags.

U-stor-it is an excellent place to store your items. Is a secure and affordable place. Would reccomend to anyone looking for storage.
