It was such a pleasure using this location to store my things temporarily. Valentin is the BEST and I will definitely miss seeing him around when I had to stop by my unit! He was so fast at getting back to me and extremely helpful from the start of my interest at CubeSmart. He made it so easy when I needed to switch over to a smaller unit last minute and never gave me a hard time about it. They also have supplies there that you can purchase so I didn’t have to go out of my way to go to the store to purchase a mattress cover! I highly recommend this location!

The best thing is the manager at this location, Valentin. Both on the phone and in person he’s extremely friendly and welcoming! Second, the office and entire storage area is the nicest and cleanest I’ve ever seen. Bright, clean, no maintenance issues or dirt, just perfect. I feel good leaving our stored items here.

We had a great experience at this facility. Its clean and the manager, Valentine, is great to work with! Our month was going to be up and we still had a china cabinet that we hadnt been able to sell. So we are donating it to Restore Habitat for Humanity and they are picking it up. They arent able to get there before my month is up, so Valentine made arrangements for me to be able to vacate the unit and not be charged an additional fee for the extra days, AND hes going to handle letting them in to get it!!! How nice is that! I highly recommend this facility.

I wasnt sure if I was going to need the space or not. Turns out I didnt, but Valentino hooked me up with a good deal that would have been a decent size for a great price.

I had reserved a 10 X 30 storage a couple of months ago and spoken to Valentin about seeing the actual unit before leasing it. I flew into Ohare on a Sat, but my flight was delayed. I called to let him know, I was running late b/c of my flight. He said no problem, take your time and I will stay around for you. He kept his promise. I got into town close to 6 PM on Sat and he was still here to show me the storage and go over the facility with me. Very nice and clean facility and Valentin was more than helpful. I highly recommend this location.

This is a GREAT location!!! I ran into minor complications about finding a correct location willing to accommodate my size that I needed, in a short amount of time.Valintine was a savior by finding exactly what I needed he is amazing at his job,on a stressed out day turns out to be super halarious he is one to do the work no matter how big or small the job mabey, Also one to go above and beyond I will gladly recomend him.thank you for all your hard work.

Originally worked with Judy, who was fabulous and very helpful in getting me into a unit that was just right for me. Very clean, well lit, convenient location. I had to follow up regarding changing the billing date, and this time was assisted by the manager Valentin. He helped with my original question, and also assisted with setting up a Uhaul. Valentin was incredibly helpful, and had a great sense of humor for bonus points.

If you have Christmas stuff I would not go here... They close the for at 10 pm and when putting your stuff in a different cantor after asking would it be more money.. The manager said no.. And then I had people calling my phone telling me they where going to cut my 🔐 of if I didnt pAy for an additional 2 mouths... Never again I will go back to throw other place...To top off every thing the manager keep asking what we were getting him for Christmas.. So I brought a something his wife would enjoy....

Excellent facility, but more importantly excellent service. Its nearly impossible to find a self-storage facility staffed with compassionate knowledgeable people. If you appreciate those qualities along with a well lit and modern facility then this location should be your choice.
