Sold me a phone a great price!Finally found a phone that doesnt produce cancer waves accosciate was very helpful and gives good hugs. Im calling it right now they are going to bring buttons back to phones cause these touchscreens are just not reliable! Tried to text my wife and texted my own darn mother! And you know what makes it worse it was a picture with my cherry pits and garden hose out!Anyways this is a great store with great service highly recommend

My wife and I been using their service since 2017 and it was the last straw when the shutdown our phones without any warning. I fought and argued and they would not fix it so I said by and switched to another phone service.

I went in and was immediately greeted by a very friendly young lady who asked if she could help me. I told her what I needed, she helped me find it took care of my purchase and I was out of there in less than half an hour. Very pleased and satisfied.

An employee changed our plan WITHOUT our permission! !! The plan we were on was a grandfathered plan, now we cant go back. Steer clear of this place! !!

The staff here is incredibly unhelpful and apathetic. The manager is rude as well. Id go to Gamestop but this store offers more selection.
