Service has gotten a lot better.

Great service. Good deals on the latest phones and plans. The wifi in the building could have been better as this is a tech store that provides TV, cell service, and internet. Covod barriers are in place. Store was clean and sanitizer was abundant. Att has great network in my area.

Purchased a phone and wasnt told how much the bill will be and after returning the phone and canceling the service the next day after purchasing it, Im still receiving bills three and four months later for a phone that I dont have.

I have been to this store Sunday and this morning to get a replacement phone for my husband who dropped his in the water. Both times I was told their internet was down and they didnt know when it would be back up. I live in another town and find it hard to believe they cant use a mobile hotspot to be able to keep customers happy. We recently moved our service from Verizon because of their poor data service. Should be something that ATT can do to keep customers happy.

Best phone service Ive ever had....

This is a small town almost a Hicksville AT&T store obviously the people that like it are either friends or never go to bigger AT&T stores I go in there to pay my bill they dont take cash so that means that theyre not trustworthy and I cant get a written receipt go figure .... also theyre not really a true AT&T store and I think what bothers me the most is that theyre very rude you can go to Southern Pines and never have that problem theyre friendly and knowledgeable in Southern Pines

Horrible customer service. I went inside and needed to buy a case for my IPhone: “Do you all have the new iPhone cases?” “Yeah.” “Where are they?” *He points, doesn’t come around the counter to help, and continues to watch the football game* AT&T, find new people or train better. #Ridiculous

When Kevin Jones worked there, it was friendly, warm environment. Money- hungry supervisor, in charge now. When I get phone paid off, will not go back, WILL NOT RECOMMEND ATT. Sad, been customer for 40 years.

Every time I visit this location I receive the best service. The manager Lacourtne I have followed her around to every store she been at in the past 6+ years. Mercedees and Alex have great personalities and gives good customer service. I always gets the best laugh when I come to the Rockingham store. Friendly, fast, entertaining and accurate service..

They spent a lot of time helping me but they were fun to be around they transferred all of my photos to my new phone.

Went in on june 7th 2018 and started a contract with the iphone x, ever since i got the phone they have done nothing about the issues i have been having just been giving me the run around about it, my data does not work and they wont do a darn thang. even made a trip to southern pines store because they told me thats where i needed to go for a replacement phone, needless to say nothing to this day still hasent been done nor fixed on my phone and it has been over 11 days. Lots of wasted time on the phone with the 1800 number and still no data. Terrible place they act as if nothing is there problem. wouldnt even have gave them one star but i had no other option. there is one lady who is so nice and will take her time with you.STAY AWAY FROM AT&T. GO to verizon or straight talk like i had before the brilliant idea i had of switching.
