I was extremely frustrated with a different phone company service, I considered switch to Verizon last week.. The representative at the Rockingham location Anthony, was very respectful and polite to me & my wife from the moment we stepped in the door & even got us set up on a business account to help us save more! Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ & we will be doing more business in the future!

I was greeted by an associate who is highly skilled in customer service. In addition she knew her product and was happy to educate me on. This is quite remarkably based on other stores I have visited. I suggest voting her employee of the year.Your Roc7kingham, NC store is an asset to your company.All the other staff in the store were above average in CUSTOMER SERVICE, respectful,kind and professional.

My mom and me went in to pay the bill a few days ago and check out a new phone for my mom. The customer service was great! They greeted us as soon as we come thru the door. They used the flex plan to give us an estimate of our new bill if we upgraded. We went back today and were both able to get new phones with some accessories without our bill going up! Very satisfied with the overall experience!

Grover is fantastic. He has patience of Job. He explained everything to me and some of if two times and never got upset with me. I came in last week to ask some questions about my phone and he was so patient then and helped me so much! I am 78 years old and he completely understood all the dumb questions not knowing how to answer and call things by the correct name. I give him an A plus plus plus! I would love to hire him in my company if I had one!

Our time at Verizon today was wonderful. I came in wanting an iPhone 11 but me and the Verizon rep talked about the features I wanted and decided on the iPhone 12. He was patient and had conversations with us about relatable topics. The atmosphere in the store was relaxing but the reps were very professional. A rep who was working with other costumers also thanked us for our patience while waiting and our business. I am always satisfied and will continue to give Verizon our business.

My boyfriend went today to the Verizon store in Rockingham NC to get me a new phone. He called me very happy with experience today. I love Verizons service, and my unlimited plan is a great deal. Four stars because there is likely to be a questionable charge, or at the very least, some kind of fee you dont quite understand on your bill half of the time.

DO not trust this store. as with most Verizon stores, this one especially will rip you off. Had a tablet that would no longer charge, went in to have it taken care of under insurance. Was told they no longer offer that type, and would even trade for a different one. Now I have a New Device and a new device payment, which I told them I did not want. Spoke to Verizon on-line today, and was told to return the item to the store, and I would not be charged a restock fee. The store wanted $70 restock fee, and refused to accept returned item, with out the money first. The clerk today stated I signed a contract, and showed me where this was stated, I did not sign anything and the signature on the paper is no where close to mine. It was forged by someone. Bottom line, I am stuck with new item, I did not want, unless I give them $70 first. ANOTHER 2 year contract, which I did not want and did not agree to. On top of all this the clerk in the store would not let me talk to customer support on the phone in the store, and when I did reach them, she continue to try and talk over them. AND on top of all this, unless you like loud rock music while trying to do business, this is not the store for you.
