The best Cricket Retail Store. Manager Brent is a pro...he should train the other locations employees.(especially Merritt Island.)Knowledgeable, polite and your time will not be wasted. Deja is also wonderful...a great team! I am moving to 30 miles away, but will always make the drive for their stellar customer service

I changed to Cricket from ATT because of the cost. I was a little concerned about the service but I have to say it has been excellent. Plus I can go into the business anytime and there are staff there that can help and answer questions about my phone and service. I dont think you can go wrong with Cricket. I am looking at their new TV promotion and trying to analyze it. The staff are very friendly and really try to help.. What more can you ask for?

My family and I went in to switch our lines over from T-Mobile and were refused service by a man claiming to be the manager. We arrived around 7:20pm and he told us it was too late for him to help us. We simply asked for an explanation as to why, we were under the impression the store was open for business until 8pm, and what our next steps would be for activating service with Cricket. The employee refused to answer our questions, became extremely condescending and rude. He began using racial slurs (we are of asian ethnicity) and called the police on us. I have lived here 12 years and never had an experience like this anywhere and I hope no one else has to go through this type of discrimination

The girls here are AWESOME helped me transfer all my information from one phone to the other. When I asked the guy at the M.I branch he said no way because I bought the phone online very bad customer service at M.I... I had it with years of paying for the infamous Sprint 4G at an additional $10.00 per phone in my case × 3 . My bill was always $240.00 per month. Lier.Now when I saw the Cricket Store I was skeptical. I get 4G all the time with pro plan 5 gigs $55.00 per month and 2 additional $30.00500 mbs of 4G . All for$90 bucks!!! Im in cyber heaven on my Note3
