I had trouble with my Yahoo mail stopping. I walked into Metro by T-Mobile and the young lady behind the counter, fixed my phone in no time. Thank you to all those tech. Savey people, working for this company.

This store is an embarrassment to MetroPCS. We purchased a phone there and 5 days later the charger stopped working. There was no damage to the phone or anything that would cause this to happen it was just a malfunction with the phone. The girl at the counter refused to respect the 1 year warranty that comes with every phone they sell. She told us there was nothing she could do and to call the customer service number. Customer service basically told us that we need to go to the store and they need to replace the phone due to the warranty. I will never go back to this store. I’m disgusted by how they treat their customers. This girl should be embarrassed of how she represents this company.

I think the staff is very nice however I spent months waiting for a warranty swap on my phone. They had to order it, I dont believe that they ever did. I called for weeks and kept hearing itd be soon. I finally went to the Metro store in Merritt Island which was a bit more productive. Metro has great service prices however the phones are not the best.

This is by far the best MetroPCS location in all Brevard county! Their customer service is unparalleled. Every member of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond regular service. Dont waste your time with any other location. Rockledge is where its at!!!

Just went in to pay my bill couple days ago, and in 32 years of living in i have not been treated like this. Got asked for my ID, instead of number and pin, like the other store, i waas told theres a fee for paying in store. What!No. No fee. So I said Im leaving, he said he will just add the fee on my account so if I pay any place else it will still be there...not OK! So I call my melbourne store and they tell me to report it and they will remove fee. Some places private and try to make extra...Melbourne store is corporation

Rude young guy at the counter. Too busy watching the movies on the screen instead of answering my questions. Had to repeat myself over and over. and he was the only one working. I have better experiences at other metros.
