Sales tech Jaimie helped me select style and colors, and Taylor installed two bedrooms and kitchen blinds. They are both so pleasant, friendly, and professional. I recently had two sets of plantation shutters installed. Although it took longer than anticipated for them to arrive (production delayed due to Covid), they are beautiful and fit perfectly. The top of one of my windows is arched, so getting the right measurement on that curve is more challenging. As far as installation - great service from Matt! He arrived on time and was finished in an hour. He gave me some tips on usage, cleaning and maintenance. I will definitely use Blinds of All Kinds again!

Rushed to their repair department to fix several problems I created doing a blind repair. I could not believe the help I received. Aaron Dupont, Warehouse Manager, was fantastic. We have had Blinds of All Kinds install shades for us twice now, and each experience was great. Without exception, every member of their team is incredibly knowledgeable about their products as well as exceptionally courteous. During the pandemic, every time someone had to come visit our house (either for measurements or for installation), they came to the door wearing a mask, no questions asked -- we appreciated this very much. The quality of their product is great, and we certainly could not ask for anything better. If/when we choose to update the windows in the other rooms of our house, I have no doubt that we will be calling Blinds of All Kinds again!

Blinds of All Kinds did a fabulous job. There was an issue with the first vertical slats delivered, but they made the factory redo them. The guys then came out and put the new ones up. Perfect! If closed at night, light is totally blocked - no gaps to be seen from outside. Blinds of All Kinds also installed verticals for my sliding doors in 2017. Still in mint condition, even with daily use! I recommend this company. They endeavor to have quality materials with quality installment. Thanks!

I had bought from blinds of all kinds years ago for shutters and never had an issue. Now 10 years later I had four sets of shades installed. The first three had too much slack in the cord. They returned to correct the cords and when they did they had to drill new holes in the wall. In doing this they actually cut one of the cords too short and left one of the shades so that you couldnt properly roll it all the way down. Then they came out to fix the shade that would not pull all the way down and had to drill a third hole into the wall to do so. No anchor was put in the wall just a plain screw. Now when I go to close the blinds today the screw pops out. All my rooms had been newly painted and drywall / textured. Blinds of all kinds did bring paint to fix the marks, but this is a nightmare. Buyer beware!

We had vertical blinds and plantation shutters installed in June-July 2017, and the experience was excellent. Service was prompt and professional at all times. I wasnt home for the initial blind installation and when I found that some had been installed farther outside the jamb than I wanted, a quick call to the Installation department was the only thing required to get a technician out to adjust the blind placement to my liking. This concern for customer satisfaction will definitely make me want to do business with Blinds Of All Kinds again. Plus, the blinds and shutters look great!

Even the hurricane didnt slow down delivery and installation of blinds on our back porch. I have always hung all my own window treatments but was uncomfortable drilling into metal. So, I know an excellent installation when I see one. Mike was very efficient and professional, and the blinds were hung with precision. They look really beautiful.

Great service department.My old home had vertical blinds when I bought the house. One of the track devices recently broke and the vanes would not open or close properly. I visited the service department, the next morning the team came out to measure for a new track, and 2 days later they installed the new track. It now works beautifully. Everyone in the service department was friendly and professional, and very speedy getting the problem fixed. Great people and I will definitely use them in the future.

I want to give high praise to Mobile Repair Technician Aaron Kelly. I recently had the master bedroom and master bath remodeled. Aaron adjusted a 8’ vertical blind and recut the width of a Hunter mini blind. The brackets to the mini blind were very difficult to install to porcelain tile. I was also very impressed with the recut of the Hunter mini blind which looked factory new. I paid Aaron with a new $100 dollar bill and didn’t realize that two bills were stuck together. Aaron returned the $100 bill the next day after the mini blind was recut at the store. Employees like Aaron are why I will be a lifetime customer with Blinds of All Kinds.Thank you,Ken Simms
