I went online and ordered 7 yards of fabric. They immediately took the payment from my credit card, yet I have received no information in regards to when I will receive my fabric. I have called 2 times, I have emailed 3 times, and NOBODY has returned my call or email. I have an upholsterer waiting... I will NOT be using this company again, as there is terrible customer service. I will see when I receive my fabric...if ever- even though they have clearly already paid themselves from my bank account!

I ordered 24 yards for around $240 and received the fabric nearly 2 months ago but did not inspect other than peek to ensure it was the correct print until today. My seamstress began work on the curtain panels this morning and discovered the run is pieced together with a broad sewn together seam (clearly unusable) and another scrap of a piece (not length of a full panel) added to it. I called customer service and was hung up on since I opened and inspected the order just this morning, beyond the 5 (!) day window. I offered to contact the manufacturer (premiere prints) directly but the rep stated it would do no good since I bought through - useless middle man - Fabric HQ. Because of the repeat, only about 16/24 yards are usable by the seamstress. We just moved into our home and have several upcoming drapery and upholstering projects - there is absolutely NO quality control and we will not be returning with future visits. My Savannah, GA seamstress with also stress the same sentiment with her clients. Disappointing.All I asked was to return the unused portions for complete runs.
