We ordered a combination of electric and manual roll down hurricane shutters, as well as accordion shutters, to fully protect our home from storm damage. We got several estimates from different companies,but some were unable to offer buildouts for our lanai. All Guard was able to accommodate all our requests and at a very competitive price. We were told it would be an 8-10 week wait and there were no delays to the promised date. Gary and Austin and crew did an awesome job and everything was left in pristine condition. All permitting was done and we just completed our final inspection. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product. We would, and already have, recommended All Guard as our choice without reservation.

Today we had our storm screen panels installed on our screened in patio. Great pricing but what really sets them apart is customer service. From the installers to the office staff, everyone had a great attitude and performed several additional requests without a problem. They even made a small problem are right after the fact. Highly recommend All Guard shutters.

Waited 40 minutes past my appointment only to call and be told they dont work on siding. No call, no message. Polite on the phone but at some point, they had to have come by to see there was siding. Someone could have followed up. What a waste of time.

Post Hurricane Irma there was a heavy demand for hurricane shutters which caused the factory to take longer. All Guard kept me updated and always happy to answer any questions. When my order was ready they installed my accordion shutters in one day. They showed me how to open, close and maintain them. They look good. County inspector was pleased. We feel safer now if a hurricane is coming and we can close the shutters without ladders or special tools. These are quality people and we would recommend All Guard to anyone needing hurricane shutters.

I ordered several storm shutters for my home in both colonial and Bahamas. Matt worked with me on the color as I wanted a specific blue color. He was able to obtain all the blue hues available and the factory matched it. I was even more surprised that the shutters were glossy and power coated. They were a perfect fit for my house and now it even has more curb appeal.The installation was done in one day by two professional installers and done perfectly and with a thorough cleanup after. All Guard did an amazing job for us. We had 9 roll down shutters and 2 large roll down motorized shutters installed in a single day. The guys were professional and efficient. They cleaned everything up. Outstanding job!

Used for our initial install of accordion shutters on entire house. Had a minor issue out of warranty which was repaired at no charge. Nice to have a company stand behind their product!

Reviews looked good so we called for an estimate. The man showed up was nice and said he’d email the estimate later that afternoon... that was going on two weeks ago. Texted no reply, left voicemails no returned call, etc, so we called Home Depot to ask them to give an estimate. Guess what they contracted All Guard who called me to set the estimate and the lady was horribly rude to me over it. She refused to let me speak with a manager and cut me off when I asked them to give me the estimate I’d waited 6 weeks for telling me that’s not how it works and hung up on me! Very unprofessional. I’ve never been so frustrated or offended by a company. We will be installing windows rather than shutters at this point. Just be aware the reviews are obviously not accurate. I trusted them and now I’ve wasted 6 weeks and had a lot of stress!

I wasted three days waiting for the salesman to show up. Day 1 scheduled for 3-4 pm. No show. Called the office to inquire, hung up on me. Day 2 he called, so sorry, be there at 1pm. Called at 3pm to say it was raining. Day 3 scheduled for 8:45 - 9:15am. No show. We called at 10:00 and told them never mind. How is this place still in business?

I have ordered 3 different kinds of shutters. Matt, and Frank have been helpful and patient through the ordering and engineering process. Samantha had the panels installed just before Hurricane Dorian arrived, and Michael & Michael have been the best installing them efficiently. I am still waiting on installation of roll downs and Bahama and will update post then. So far I am really pleased with All Guards’ friendly and professional staff, and their very competitive quotes. Thank you Team:)Update: Very difficult to get updates on installation schedule. Promised installation in 10 weeks during negotiations, 12-14 written on contract, and final installation scheduled at 18 weeks!

Made an appointment for an estimate by actually going to their showroom, speaking to a person, watched her pencil it in.....Day of appointment we are given a window of an hour for arrival but instead we get a phone call from the employee who was supposed to handle he job stating he did not know he had to babysit his own children and wanted to reschedule. Of course this was done 5 minutes before it became a no show! Fine, rescheduled even though he was obviously annoyed we couldnt do it we he wanted to. Just spent the morning, two weeks later waiting for him to show up. NEVER did. Nothing. Not even a phone call. Tried to call the office half an hour after he failed to arrive, got a voice mail 4 times in the hour I tried. Thanks for wasting quite a few hours of a couple of days of my life. Horrible business. Can I give negative stars???

We contacted three BBB A plus rated companies to provide us an estimate for shutters. One never returned our call, one was 2500 dollars more than All Guard and All Guards warranty was longer and their materials of a higher quality. From the estimate through the permitting process, All Guard made the entire experience pleasant and professional. Brian the estimator was punctual, professional and readily available to answer questions and offer guidance. The office staff was tremendous and readily available to assist with scheduling, permitting, guidance and providing general information. The installers (Phillip and Brooks) were punctual, professional and answered any and all questions my wife and I had concerning the shutters operation, maintenance and care. The city’s inspector stated that it was one of the finest installation jobs he had seen as Phillip and Brooks had utilized additional mounting hardware above and beyond the manufacturers recommendation. The inspection passed with no problems or issues. My wife and I can highly recommend All Guard. They are a top notch business staffed by extremely professional people. You will be doing yourself a disservice if you don’t contact them for a consultation and estimate should you be in the market for hurricane shutters.

I did want you to know we were 100% satisfied with the product and the installation. Your workmen were very professional and did a great job with the install. After the installed was finished we were shown how to operate the curtains both up and down. We were most impressed with not only the workmanship, but the cleanup as the team vacuumed and swept, we were also asked if we had touchup paint for the floor. Wherever there may have been a scrape on the floor, it was touched up. We were also impressed by the way your team, sometimes 5 men at a time, worked together. The Brevard County Inspector, who came for the final inspection, also commented favorably on the completeness and workmanship of the install and how each seam had been caulked. Unlike the previous reviewer my experience with this company has been nothing but a disaster. I recently tiled our back porch and all we wanted was a reputable shutter company to come out and drill a few holes in the tile so we can use our existing shutter installation.Well while you would think a few holes is simple, apparently for this company it isnt. First, their installer did a piss poor job drilling the holes and the holes are actually wider than the bolts. Second, the holes were drilled off center to to the l-bracket that you have to screw down to the foundation to hold the bottom of the shutters. Had the guy actually tried to screw down the l-bracket he would have seen that its not possible to put all the screws in because its off center. Third, the holes were all drilled at varying lengths which mean, you guessed it, multiple screw lengths. Finally, one of the anchors they installed just spins in place making it unusable.So with any job youd hope that the manager/owner (Frank) would value the reputation of their company enough to at least call me back. I have put multiple calls into this company and never get a call back. Its no wonder they dont have contracts with the builders in this area because they are extremely unprofessional.I am still attempting to get the job completed correctly after months of contacting this company, but it could end up being a lost cause. I urge those of you reading this to consider a different company that is professional and one that stands by their work. At least it will save you the PITA.

I had a great experience with All guard shutters. From the sales person to the installers I cant think of anything bad to report. I had one issue with the lock being on the wrong side and they fixedly promtly.

Terrible customer service, or should I say NO customer service!!! Expected completed time of 10-12wks is a joke...its just over 7mo and its FINALLY correct. DONT GET THE ACCORDIONS WITH PORTHOLES...JUST DONT DO IT! Not with this company anyways. Just completely dissatisfied with the ENTIRE project, and it wasnt cheap!

This is my first time writing a review of a company.my experience has been so awful I felt obligated to comment.Alas, I wish I had read these two reviews, my experience has been the same, never mind lousy workship. My shutter component is now a safety hazard, while using the manual override the electrical cord this company installled spins. I have had numerous calls in, including challenging the bill with their 3 attempts to repair the mess. I also question what they stated caused the motor to burn and remote to fail originally, less than a month after its installation.I too on at least two occasions now, have been advised the the mysterious Frank will call me personally the next day to address the problems. I even stopped in personally to discuss not paying for the repIrs that made the issue even worse. Its now been 5 days with no call. And now I will have to pay almost the same to fix the issues. This was not a cheap installation, the total cost originally was just under $600, and then the fix currently is $210.00 for warranty work???? Hence the dine and dash from this shutter company.Do not use this company!

Frank and his team replaced my old heavy steel storm panels with new Kevlar window panels and man what a difference. Just went through Dorian and putting up the new panels was a snap. All Guard knows their stuff.

These people are very knowledgable and friendly!
