Placed an order over the phone, was helped quickly and fully by the employee. Arrived at the store for curbside pick up and order was brought out quickly. Entire transaction was great.

I went to the Sherwin Williams store in Rockledge FL, to match exterior colors from another companys paints. They matched to a good degree, and the help I received was knowledgeable and timely. Learned a lot form the associate.Highly recommend this store. I have bought SW paint many times for apartments that we own.

These guys really take care of you... you walk into this place and they make you feel like a king... every time Ive ever been there... Ive been a painting contractor since 1993 and its not my main source of income as we own an exterior cleaning business. These guys keep me up to date on the new stuff without even being told to do it. Amazing!

I began going to the Sherwin-Williams store when I needed to paint my house. They offered the most highly rated paint and provided good discount coupons. Their service has always been top-notch and they provide much better assistance than the big-box stores.

Neither one extra gallon of stain for a pool deck call the store spoke with assistant manager Ryan at 5:57 on a Sunday when they close at 6 he stayed late and was sure to get me the correct product to complete a job already started great customer service

The employee’s customer service at the Viera store was not the best. He had to be prompted for help after being at the store several time trying to figure out what paint to buy. The associate said a pint was going to be more than enough. I gave him the measurement of the room and I ran out of paint halfway! The next day I had to buy a gallon and spend more money because of his lack of knowledge. We went to the Rocklege store by Murrell Rd and the customer service was amazing!

Terrible experience. Staff were not helpful at all. Did not explain what options we had. We had to return what we bought to get the right paint. Bad attitude... will never go there again.

They take the time to assist you in making your decisions. They also help in finding previously purchased paint mixes to duplicate for additional paint purchases.
