Facility is clean but understaffed, Customers are at the mercy of a one man band behind the counter. Sometimes an extensive wait in dealing matters. Not the guys fault behind the counter. Also the facility is missing trollies for moving stuff. Suppose to be one in every building but in three weeks of use, and searching every building, no carts in sight. Facility clean but like all storage facilities, over-priced, but you cant get a better deal elsewhere

So glad I found this place. I ended up having to move back home from UCF and needed a place to store my stuff since my new apartment is so small. The manager Brandon was so nice and really helped me out since I’ve never used storage before. He made the whole process a lot easier. Place is clean and secure as well which makes me feel good knowing my stuff is safe.

Our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Needed storage quickly, preferably 2 units side by side. Found StoreSmart.... priced better than the competition, and same location I needed to pick up Uhaul. Figured I would give them a try. When I arrived they had my units ready to go. I asked about accessibility for semi and they said another building would would be easier. They got me switched over right away. Pricing was exactly as advertised, no tricks, or trying to nickle and dime you. Along with a handful of other ways they made this move more convenient. Louis definitely made a positive impression. I felt like he was invested in the company and my experience. Friendly, and Exceptional customer service that is rare other places. Highly Recommend

They had a 10x30 storage unit for $109 monthly . It said only 1 left hurry !!! I thought I was lucky because I was able to reserve it. I received a confirmation # and was all set to move into it. They called me the next day and said that it was an error in price but they do have 1 available for $259. Great marketing promo !!! ha ha ha So just beware it that the so called mistakes do not happen repeatedly . If you know what I mean. Renter Beware !!!!!!!

We needed a storage unit for our local Boxer Rescue, and decided to try out Store smart. The Manager Ty was simply fantastic. And found us the perfect size unit. Rates are very competitive and affordable. The area is clean and the security gates work perfectly! Highly recommend using them if you need to store anything.

I have rented haul equipment for this location multiple times. All 5-6 times have been exceptional and excellent. Recently rented a trailer for taking goods to our daughter in Gainesville. When I arrived at 9am opening Saturday September 19 a young man was there who admitted he was filling in. He assisted five customers before me as we all stood in line six feet apart and all were wearing masks...Louis was EXCELLENT. He was fast, polite, a good listener. He helped an elderly couple, a young man who was upset and anxious about them (delay) and he helped me. He was so capable and hard working he deserved mention...and here you are.I highly recommend this location for their service, cleanliness, and good useable equipment.

Our family has used this storage facility for a couple of years. It was always clean, accessible, and convenient - especially in comparison to some of the competitors in the area. Recently a new facility manager came in (I think her name is Ty). She is even better than the previous managers on site. Trailer pickup was easy and efficient and the manager is professional and courteous.

This place is great. I just stooped by for a few boxes and ended up getting quotes for a storage unit. Ty was super informative and accommodating. If you need Storage or even some packing materials go see Ty

I had a reservation at this location this morning for a uhaul trailer and when I got there Matthew and Ty were great helped me out and got me going with a storage unit there. Matthew helped me find the right size unit and took the time to go over everything with me and set me up with autopay so I dont forget to pay my bill each month. I highly recommend this place.

I went to Storesmart with my neighbor to help her get boxes for her upcoming move. Ty and Matthew were both so patient and helpful making sure we got the right size boxes, they brought out a measuring tape to be sure the boxes were going to work for us. They showed us how the packing kits work with the boxes and they even brought the stuff we bought out to our car. Ty helped us get a Uhaul reservation for my neighbors move and I will definitely be back if we need anymore boxes. These guys here are super friendly, helpful and I would recommend their services to anyone.

Worst management I have ever witnessed. I also agree with earlier post about rodent poop and insects all over the place. And no, we never had any food in this unit. Anyway, I gave my 30-day notice to vacate on 1/10/2019 and received a document, from StoreSmart, indicating my vacate date would, in fact, be 2/10/2019. Thats fine as all the posted signs do say 30 Day Notice Required To Vacate. I went to the office today to pay my pro-rated final payment and was told they could not pro-rate the rent. I showed her my Intent To Vacate document I received when I gave notice and she said, oh, he was a new employee and didnt know any better. She insisted on another full month rent which, in essence, was now a 50-day notice. I asked if there was a waiting list for 10X10 units and she said that wasnt pertinent. I said yes it is. If somebody is waiting for a unit I would remove my lock today so it could be rented to another customer. So, apparently, the only way to provide a 30-day Notice to Vacate is to do it on the very last day of the month - and only then. Total BS. Incidentally, I actually decided to move when I was called about a late payment around 1/6/2019. The e-check was sent on 12/19/2018 and I provided StoreSmart with a confirmation and check number. They called me back about an hour later and said they found the check in a managers hiding place. Really? Completely incompetent and unyielding jerks. So many better options for storage units locally. I moved to Public Storage on Murrell Road. You have been warned, you need to avoid this poorly run business.,

Very disappointed.I have payed monthly.And now when I need belongings of mine for my fathers memorial, my access is denied to the gate.I just paid them days ago.I was able to access my unit a couple weeks ago.I want a refund and my belongings.I am infuriated and will take this as far as I can legally if my simple demands are not met.You guys better get back to me.

We’ve had a unit at Storesmart for almost 6 years. Over the years as we’ve cleaned out our units we’ve found boxes infested with ants, maggots, and most recently RAT POOP. We’ve had to throw away mattresses, boxes of clothes and linens, our kids’ toys and bedding...a lot of this we chalked up to our own loss. We didn’t make a big deal about it. But in the last year we’ve found rats nests, linens covered in pee, peanut shells, documents chewed up by rats....we’ve brought it up to the management and they brush it off. They say they cover pest control and there are boxes around the property labeled “bug guys”, but this morning as we were cleaning up the unit to move out I found a box swarmed with LIVE BUGS and a couple of family heirlooms covered in rat poop and I lost it. The manager came down to the unit and proceeded to accuse us of storing peanuts which “attracted” the rats and told us they’re not responsible. I asked for new boxes so I could move my stuff out of the silver fish infested box and he said he wouldn’t give me any. He just kept saying he wasn’t responsible and that we shouldn’t have brought in peanuts. I showed him family heirlooms covered in poop and he could have cared less. He blew us off, said it’s not their fault and refused to make it right. He said we had to submit an insurance claim, which of course we will, but the complete lack of empathy for their LONGTIME customer’s treasured items was disgusting.

We recently rented a storage unit and got a Uhaul quote from Ty. Extremely receptive and accommodating to our needs. We are very pleased!

Do not do business with the people. Very unprofessional will laugh in your face if you dont understand something. They charge you for the next month even if you are moved out even if they tell you they dont they will. Also, I had ants and roaches in my boxes and was informed it was the unit beside me but there wasnt anything they could do about it. Live and learn.. I will never do business with them again.
