Only reason why I bought here is because the salesmen were cool. I can get a mattress anywhere. I dont care about cooling mattresses or mechanical beds, but when the salesman are strangers and make you feel like a friend, I like that. No pressure. Informative. Knows the products well and with confidence. If Im going to leave my house to buy something when I can just as easily get it online, the experience better be good.

We had an excellent experience at this Mattress Firm! JR was very knowledgeable about his products and was not pushy at all. We went in one Saturday and left liking a bed, but wanted to still shop around. We came back the very next Saturday to this store because of JR and the service we got, despite several stores being much closer. Definitely recommend shopping here!

This was hands down the best mattress buying experience I’ve ever had. My last experience was in 2019 and today surpassed that by a mile. If you come here definitely ask for JR because he made this such a pain-free experience. We were here for 2 hours but we expected that because we wanted time to properly lay on the mattresses. We were the only ones in the store so that was a plus too. We told JR our needs and he made it happen for us. Give that man a raise!!!

My wife and recently decided it was time for a new mattress. We were not sure what new bed technology we would be interested in. As we honed in on what we liked in a mattress we were shown different movable base options as well. Hands-down the best experience I have ever had at a mattress store. The store manager Jerron greeted me and my wife very politely and very attentive and helpful. He did not pressure us to buy anything, and just let us do our thing. We found a bed that we loved, the Purple 2. We literally only came to look at clearance beds, and only to look. Jerron was so helpful and considerate that we ended up purchasing the bed, and all the bells and whistle‘s, and the bed we bought is easily 5x’s more expensive than what we went in for. Great experience. Got a great deal on a mattress and box spring. We needed a low cost bed that still very comfy and plush. Ken was friendly and helpful and helped us work within our budget.

I initially purchased my mattress online via chat with an agent. Unfortunately, I purchased the wrong mattress and when I tried to return it, via chat, I there wasnt a helpful agent to be found. I went into the store on Blue Oakes and the manager Jason Klien assisted me. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I received money back. What an asset to Mattress Firm Jason is. Very accommodating store. I called ahead and spoke with JR. He was able to answer my questions over the phone and our many questions in person. A family friendly environment as he is a father himself and was able to allow our son to be in his own zone while working with us on our purchase.

I would highly recommend this store for buying a mattress. Our sales person Matthew made the whole experience great and was very honest about policies. He was also incredibly patient when dealing with bizarre shenanigans from the financing company (we ultimately charged it to our credit card to avoid the whole hassle). But the whole experience was very pleasant and we really appreciated the efforts made at social distancing and cleanliness. Ask for Matthew if you shop there!

After years of uncomfortable sleep, I finally broke down and agreed with my husbands pleas for a new mattress. He did some research and REALLY wanted to try a purple hybrid so we went in to the store pretty sure about what we wanted. Our sales associate, Serena told us about the benefits of Purple but also gave us some other options. While we did end up with the Purple Hybrid 3, it was nice to try out some other styles and brands at other price points too. Serena also listened to our sleep positions and body ailments and made great suggestions for pillows. Overall she was super knowledgeable about the mechanics of mattresses and the importance of sleep health. We just had our first nights sleep on the new mattress and look forward to many more!

I knew exactly the mattress I wanted and looked up my local mattress firm location on google maps with the intention of calling to check availability. I realized that the store had already closed, but there was a button that allowed me to initiate a text message. Very quickly I was having an exchange with a real person, not a bot.I texted Jarron all the things that I wanted and he put an order together, emailed me an invoice to pay and my purchase will be available for pick up on Tuesday. It was simple, straightforward and easy.I live in a rural area about 50 miles outside of town so delivery can be difficult and for me personally, it’s easiest just to be able to pick it up myself. This is something that is not allowed at many stores including Macy’s which is why I did not purchase from them.Please give my special thanks to Jarron for doing such a good job and making the transaction so easy!

I went in due to all the great reviews to look at mattresses. I wasnt really expecting to purchase one today but Matt was so good and patient with us and our 2 year old who wanted to eat all the candy from the candy bowl. He knew exactly what we were looking for and within an hour we picked our new mattress. It was easy and he kept our budget in mind while still giving us quality options. We are thrilled to be upgrading to something much nicer.

My husband and I had the pleasure working with Jerry the store manager while visiting mattress firm. He took his time answering all our questions, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We had our daughter there and he gave her a purple bed sample to play with while we were shopping. He was thorough but fast when checking us out which was great since our 5 year old was there. He let us have our time while browsing, didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need, and was able to find us a good deal on box springs in their clearance warehouse. I can’t wait for its delivery this weekend!I came back today, only because I had wanted the interest-free financing, and due to an error all mine, I screwed that up yesterday. Espie wasn’t there today, as she normally works at the Pleasant Grove store. But Ken was super helpful in reversing the charges for me, then helping me with the financing process. He was tenacious, in fact, as there were a couple of hiccups with the process, and after a couple of phone calls, success! Thank you, Ken, for saving me a bunch of interest on that purchase!I’m looking forward to the comfort of my new bed, and I am confident in knowing IF there are any issues, Espie and/or Ken will take care of everything, as they assured me the would. JERRY WAS GREAT!!! We havent received our mattress yet so not able to comment on that. However Jerrys customer service skills were impeccable. Kind thoughtful and educated. Tried to find us a mattress on clearance and save us a few dollars but we chose to get a different number which was not available in the clearance area. His overall performance was genuine and sincere. We will be back and most definitely recommend him to our family and friends.
