The team (Evan and Joe) at the Mattress Firm Rocklin was amazing! I called numerous times to check on pricing and inventory. Each time I was greeted and helped by a friendly representative and the level of service exceeded my expectations. I had a pleasant experience with Evan from a previous purchase and had to buy from him again. Joe was gracious enough to step in when Evan wasnt available and explained to me all the different options when buying a mattress for my toddler. In the end, I picked up the mattress and they packed it up in my truck. I got a great deal and the service was even better. I went in yesterday needing a new bed, I was helped my a young man named Evan, really nice dude, and very helpful. The other gent that was working there, didn’t catch his name, but he was very friendly as well. Exchanged a few words about the city and weather, but it was a pleasant experience. I look like a young person with little money, I’m blue collar so I’m often kind of dirty and grungy, and when I’m not working I’m usually in sweats (lol). So often times sales people either don’t acknowledge my existence or even seem to follow me around in such a as if to assume I’m going to steal, I did not get this vibe from either of the guys working there. They seemed to want to help, and didn’t try to upsell me to buy more than I need (I’m not a fan of pressure sales). Anyways tl;dr it good experience, no pressure, and helpful staff. Would recommend this particular store for someone looking for a new mattress.

Joe was awesome, attentive and informative, not pushy at all and dealt with us and we aren’t the easiest customers had a couple change ups last second and then decided in Cali King instead of King, no problem swap out. We are very happy with our purple 4 and it has the same support as our last temp mattress without the initial overly firm feeling. Having had both purple is floating on air opposed to stuck in a sand box with the temp. Very subjective but this is our agreed review and my wife is picky.100% service thank you Joe!Mark & Danielle

This store was great! I was trying to order a bed for the end of the year sale online, but the bed was not in stock... so online wouldn’t let me order it. The sale was ending today, so I called the Rocklin store and Joe helped me process the order over the phone and even when I went in store to pay, the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Chris French was the most helpful wonderful representative. I’ve bought so many mattresses in my life and I’ve never been taken care of as much as I was here. My wife and I weren’t sure what bed we wanted and if we wanted an adjustable base or not. We’ve purchased mattresses from this location previously and have always been satisfied. They have an excellent selection of brand name mattresses. Our sales person was knowledgeable, pleasant and honest. He did not try to sell us the most expensive mattress for our college senior but rather presented a variety of options and gave us an additional discount for both the mattress and box springs.

Update: the team at mattress firm truly cares about their customers experiences and I appreciate the effort they put forth to correct my original review. Very impressed with how hard they worked to make their customers feel special and appreciated. Definitely give them a chance to earn your business. 6/25/2020Bought a mattress that was going to come with a free adjustable base. Sales associate told me they would set up for free, but when the delivery drivers arrived they said I didn’t pay for the “platinum” service. I called the store and found out the sales associate quit the day I bought my mattress. The new sales associate I spoke with said they can’t honor what he said and I would have to pay $100.00 fee. It’s not about the money but the integrity of making a sale. The only reason why I gave them two stars is the delivery drivers felt really bad and wanted to help. I’m definitely going to take my business elsewhere.

Good service. Very helpful. Nathan got us setup with a new bed and all the accoutrements. Was 4 star.Edited after delivery. Star changed due to being delivered a used stained mattress instead of the new $1900 mattress we paid for. Then told we have to wait at least 2 nights for a delivery of a new mattress less than 30 minutes after the installers left...

We came into the store last evening because it was time to replace our old mattress. Michael, the sales associate, was really gracious and very knowledgeable about the different brands and types of mattresses this store sells. He listened attentively to what our needs were for our new bed, and offered some good insight into which one might be the best. We were able to settle on the one we liked and liked the fact that it was considerably less in cost than RC Willey, which is the store we normally go to. I am really happy with this purchase!

Joe at the five star location in Rocklin CA has been very helpful in helping me find a mattress. I have fibromyalgia so the last 2 beds I chose gave me horrible back pain. Praying bed 3 is the one. Great customer service.

This review is just for our sales person. Which is now living and working in Hawaii. The sales lady she basically told us a bunch of lies. First it would be delivered within two weeks, it took a month and a half. That fault is on the maker of the mattress. But she did not inform us of that. Second she told us that the delivery guys would break down my old bed, which they will not. Third she said that these mattresses are not delivered like the bed in the box type mattresses. But they are. They are vacuum packed and rolled until their unrolled. Too many lies. I know she’s gone but this location is like a thorn in my side. I hope the location she’s at in Hawaii she does not lie to her customers like she did to us. And I really really regret that she got commission off of us. It was a horrible experience. The only good thing is we weren’t charged for the bed until they were delivered. So we were not paying on “nothing“. One bad apple makes the whole bunch look really bad. Now that she’s gone go and visit this location. But now that you know the above, ask a lot more questions.
