Not happy with this location AT ALL which touts itself as a 5 star Benz dealership. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle from them online and had it shipped to me. They promised the process would be simple and has been anything but that. The number is too long to list in detail here. The vehicle was a mess (especially inside) when I received it. It was NEVER cleaned or prepped. There were missing parts to it as well. There is NO WAY this vehicle honestly passed its CPO test considering the things that were wrong on the inside. I contacted them numerous times regarding this as I wanted to resolve it peacefully with them, but none of my requests for return contact calls was honored. MB Headquarters would not be happy hearing about my experience
From lost paperwork awaiting van to be released to someone trying to hide and buff out a scratch during delivery, and now a Mercedes Benz employee wrecked our brand new van getting it to the repair shop. Service under writer explain to me that it should be able to be buffed out. I ask for a picture, and to my surprise someone folded the driver side just past the driver door. To paint you a better picture, our van now looks like one of those careless, always in a hurry Amazon delivery van. Mind you this van only has 1000 miles on it. As far as I’m concerned Mercedes Benz of Rocklin California is the #1 WORST place to do business with, unless you feel like getting dragged through the mud and being lied to. Please take this into consideration before doing business with this location.
I’ve been working with Mark in Rocklin for a couple of months, waiting for the right car. Mark and I setup an appointment for the 4th of July weekend to take a look. He brought a car from another of the Von Housen locations for me that I has seen and was interested in as well as a couple on the lot. Just from the sound of the car coming down from their lot upstairs I was intrigued, but the moment I saw the car, I knew I had to drive it home! With the help of Mark and Michael at the Rocklin location we were able to make it happen! Thank you guys for a great buying experience. We have already recommended your dealership and Mark to our Family and friends. Thank you again
Peter is amazing salesman. Hes honest and has answers for all of my questions. He showed me all the cars I wanted to see and gave me all the full details I needed to know about every car. Great service. Took care of all my concerns. I will most definitely be a forever mercedes buyer because of him. Thank you!
My overall experience was good however we were not told of other options that are available on the model we selected. Due to the lack of vehicles I now understand that they wanted to sell what they had in stock. Also I had a Costco Auto Certificate that was not honored at this dealership even though they are part of the program. I should have saved about $1,500 to $2,000 and did not get a good explanation of why it was not honored. Also we scheduled with service to have window tinting added and the service advisor did not know anything about the product.
Purchased vehicle in June 2021. Temp registration has expired. Tags expired in July. Now mid October, no registration, no tags.Dealership offers standard answer DMV is slow...Love the car, not the Dealership..
The people here are great. Wonderful personalities and extremely helpful. The only negative was when I was given a rental car that smelled of cigarettes and the cupholder was filthy dirty. I expect only the BEST at a luxury dealership.Michael Gallagher was very nice.Thank you. Ill see you for my next service.
Jeff is an excellent sales person at Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin who reached out to me swiftly after my online inquiry. He is familiar with the car and addressed all my questions professionally over the phone or vis text messages. He greatly helped our move from New York to Sacramento by securing the car before we landed. It was a pleasant experience to buy a car here.
From the moment I filled out the service appointment request on line, to the delivery of my vehicle, fully serviced and ready to go, our experience at Mercedes of Rocklin was great!! Wayne (our service consultant) was extremely helpful, and customer service oriented. We will certainly recommend this dealership to our friends and relatives.
I had some warranty work done and they didnt have the parts in stock, so they gave me a loaner to drive back to Chico.Very thoughtful of them. Thanks loads for Gregs pleasant demeanor and efficiency.
This place has horrible customer service, they do sell luxury care but they dont know how to speak with the high-end customers. They sounded like they work at the Department of Motor Vehicles.I would suggest the manager train their employees with business ethics before they send them to the showroom to sell!!!
Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin offered a great buying experience. The building is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The sales staff (Casey) professional, no-pressure, friendly. A pleasant experience buying a car at MB Rocklin.
MB of Rocklin staff are quite awsome. Absolutely helpful and knowledgeable. They consider your time being valuable and try to make the deal that works for everybody so there is not too much haggle. Tony Alexan is an absolute GEM!His attention to detail, his presentation, and his hospitality is always on full display. You know that these guys are good when you would rather see them than drive to your local MB dealership but they dont offer the same level of service as these guys.Love them!!
Great experience!! Peter was knowledgeable, professional, and overall very easy to work with. He made the car buying process much easier.
Michael Gallagher took care of my SLK in September this year. It was serviced and ready before the estimate time. He didnt try to upsale me anything and was very honest about what my car would need. Ill continue to request him to assist with my car services going forward. We just moved to Lincoln from the Bay area. We are so glad the Rocklin Mercedez service department is ten times better than the Stevens Creek location in San Jose. (My SLK wheels were misaligned for a very long time although we paid them and asked for the problem to be corrected twice. They did nothing so we ended up taking the car elsewhere and paid for the alignment. )
Buying my car was pretty easy process with what felt like fair pricing. The follow up after the sale was bit lacking in trying to get registration info, the extra key, etc.
Even though I chose not to have them service my 2015 ML or repair several issues in its interior, they were still very courteous and accepting. MB dealers of course charge premium prices for parts and service, so when they lose the chance for revenues but are still gracious, Im impressed.
Michael and his team went above and beyond for me. I am so thankful to have found a dealership I can trust.
Great experience as usual. Tony and I set most everything before we even went to the dealership. When we arrived the car was waiting out front and the paperwork was all set to go. Zero hassles and everyone was as friendly and professional as they always are. In and out in an hour - cant beat that!
Ron Phillips did a great job presenting multiple vehicles to us, making sure that we get what we need. Great presentation, professional explanations on a variety of topics regarding the new vehicle. He helped us decide which package is more suitable to us, explaining all the differences between them. He is very kind and knowledgeable, and made us happy with the decision. Great experience! Definitely, recommend his services!Thank you, Ron!
Not the dealerships fault but an engineering fault from the factory. I have been driving the Mercedes brand for 50 years. All I can say they dont make them anymore like they used to. The Mercedes name in Germany is becoming like General Motors in the USA. Nothing special, not the best or nothing. More plastic and chrome and cheaper engines.
I brought in my GLC300 4Matic for its first service recently. So far, my experience in buying this car and the driving experience has been wonderful. We purchased the prepaid maintenance for this car.I was greeted promptly and courteously from the intake staff. After a short wait, I met up with my service adviser who wrote up the service order and pointed me towards the loung area to wait. After a couple of hours, my car was ready to be picked up. My service adviser placed my paperwork with the cashier for checkout. I was shocked to hear the cashier said my balance was a little over $5.I would expect that having prepaid maintenance would result in my having NO out-of-pocket costs. The cashier explained that the fee was for a disposal fee for oil filters. I found it irritating the service adviser made NO mention of this fee to me. OK, this was only $5 and change, but it was the lack of communication that I found disturbing.I also have a Honda and their service advisers have ALWAYS did a personal review of the service done to my car even if there were no issues. The service adviser here at Mercedes made no attempt to do so. Just walked the service order to the cashier, a quick thank you, and that was it. Nothing more was said to me.I truly hope what I experienced is an anomaly and not something I would experience again in the future. Hopefully, Mercedes of Rocklin provides better service to their customers than what I experienced.
Took two tries but the fixed the rattle in the dash and I’m very grateful
I drive an hour to go specifically to this dealer for repairs and maintenance in my GLK 350…not all Mercedez dealers are as thorough and knowledgeable as Mercedez of Rocklin…I am always treated well and so is my vehicle.
Still up in the air since still nothing is fixed on my AMG GLC 63. Maybe the second visit will get at least one of the items working right with this vehicle.
I came into Mercedes a little over a month ago. We met Mark. We mentioned we were interested in buying just was not sure which car just yet. He was not pushy what so ever, he gave me his number to return.Something I do not have a lot of is time. Last night my girlfriend found a car she really liked. I didnt want to spend all day at the dealership so I texted him that I was interested and on the way. Before I knew it he had replied and had the car pulled up ready to go for us !! AMAZING !!From Mark to the new floor manager, we definitely felt like we were in great hands. We will definitely keep coming back to buy more cars.
Terrible service. Bought a Mercedes GL550 an had it serviced. Came back a month later saying there was a smell like a wire they told me the positive cable to the battery needs to be replaced. The car won’t start now, My father in law came to look at my car an a small fire was started in my car under my passenger seat. Not sure when probably when I told y’all there was a burning smell. I have three kids under four. That’s pretty serious to not let me know about. Really disappointed with you guys.
I would give zero stars if I could. I have leased my c300 since 2017. My lease is up in June 2021 and I reached out the MB Rocklin to buy my car. Casey the internet sales manager negotiated with me and we came to an agreement. They took $1000 deposit and then changed the terms of the deal. Complete waste of time. Good ole bait and switch.I asked for my deposit back and have waited 2 weeks not for my money back. I finally had to contact the general manager for my money back. Still waiting...I will no longer being my car there for service and will definitely NOT buy a car from them in the future. Please beware! I would highly recommend MB of Fairfield or in the bay. They have more integrity and will give a fair price. Shame on you MB of Rocklin!
AVOID this dealer. They’ll treat you like a king until you buy the car, and then like dirt - it will take months for them to even take your phone call. It’s a shame that a business that earns its $ from customers treats them this way.P.S: I’ve been trying to reach ANYONE to speak to (sales, finance, back-office, etc) through all recommended methods (call, email, voicemail, message through reception) for 4 months. I have even specifically requested to speak to their GM Justin, but always get told that they’re in meetings. Their response below makes it sound as if none of those things are true.
Dealership staff including Mike and Art were great and supportive.
Made appt for A service. Had to wait 1/2 hour to see service rep. My suv had to be held additional day because of excessive workload in shop. When suv was returned have to go back to dealer to reset message notifications for service.
One of the worst car buying experiences ever. The sales staff was extremely misleading on a certified pre-owned vehicle I purchased. Deadlines promised were not met and the quality of services provided were substandard.Having owned numerous Mercedes Benz, this dealership failed to meet standards I have come to expect. In fact this dealership was so inept they didn’t even provide a vehicle control and operation overview before releasing the vehicle. When I emailed the owner of the company to express my concerns no response was provided. This dealership failed to meet my expectations on numerous levels
My last 6 cars I had purchased all at the same dealership but this time reluctantly I went outside my box and ended up at this dealership. I was impressed from the moment I stepped on the lot. We were greeted by Ron Phillips who was a pleasure to work with and very personable and able to answer all questions about the cars I test drove. Once we decided to see if we could work a deal we met with Art Rose and he too was fantastic. Easy to talk to and great conversations. He made the numbers work for us with some back and forth. Then it came to all the fun paperwork with Ryan and once again another great interaction and conversations. Overall this dealership has great presentation and fabulous employees. I’m very pleased with my decision to go outside from what I had been comfortable with for so many years. We found a new car family and I will drive the hour and a half to have the car serviced here as well. Thanks to everyone involved.
First off, I am definitely not the type of guy who regularly shops at any luxury car dealership. Having shopped at several local dealers over the years, I have to say that this was the best, most friendly and positive experience I have ever had at a dealership. Please see Tom Emerson if you need a car!!!
The service was fantastic and very fair
Nice team work with good dealerships.
Mark Cornell of Mercedes-Benz Rocklin was so kind and transparent, he made my buying experience go smoothly and did his very best to help explain things to me. Also he’s just a very sweet person that makes everyone feel comfortable and helps you find what you’re looking for. A huge thank you to Mark, Michael and Ryan, for all the team effort to get me the best deal possible. Sincerely a happy customer! 😊
Unprofessional service! I brought them my CLS for recall related to steering rack bolts replacement. This recall require Alignment adjustment after all work is done. I asked service manager 3 times to correct my steering wheel position during the alignment. When they returned my car they mantioned that steering wheel is straight and work is done, but one of the tie rod is bended, but they still were able to do Alignment and my steering wheel is straight. After I drove my car I noticed the steering wheel facing left, exactly like it use to be before. I called them again and they asked me to brought the car again. And as a result they said that they cant do Alignment because of bended Tie Rod. SO, WHAT YOU GUYS DID FIRST TIME? Why first time you said that alignment is good? I spent 2 days with no results! And second time they even didnt try to do Alignment? Then why you asked me to brought the car? Just to drive it and said that you cant to do Alignment?
I would give them a zero star for their service department. I was in contact with John Ashida and lost contact with him. We bought 2 brand new 2017 C63 and c63s and made a couple complaint about coolant leak. Being a technician my self I checked and saw coolant leak marks, so I went to them and told them about the leak, which is not being fixed to this date. I guess they were waiting for my warranty to expire so that they can charge me full price. Well with this issue they made more scratch marks on car, they never delivered what they promised and they decided to take out the plastic covering underneath my mats without my permission. I will never 👎 go back to them to give them any business and will not recommend any of my friends and family to go to them. I hope they are not treating anyone like this. I would not like to waste almost $200,000.00 on crocks like them.
Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin is a great place to visit and of course to buy a Mercedes if you are looking for one. I got already couple of them in this place, the last one I got in the last day of 2020 was S450 2020 Model a gorgeous baby.., I just say, I need something good to keep from the year of 2020 :) Anyway, its wonderful place to shop, friendly people, nice vehicle selection dealership location, I highly advice to come and see yourself...
I called them in the afternoon inquiring about a particular model in stock. The gentleman on the phone said that department went home for the day so call back the following day after 10am. I called the next day and was transferred to the right department only to be met with a message saying the mailbox is full. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
My car is still under warranty but this place is always trying to get me to pay for things out of pocket, overcharging or up-selling me on things I dont need. Wayne Schmid in service is in particular a very rude and disrespectful person. This is the closest dealership to me, but I would rather drive further so I dont have to deal with the dishonesty and rudeness.
It’s a beautiful, classy dealership. Everything was perfect. However, it only took one hotshot salesman to ruin my visit. When a salesman acts as though he walks on water it tends to leave a bad taste in one’s mouth. Selling 20+ units a month is outstanding. However, there are many outstanding car salesmen all over.I have a close friend that sells 30+ every month and never makes cold calls. He works for a Ford Dealership in Houston, Texas. Makes in excess of $200,000 a year. If you really think you walk on water, try it. Bet you’ll get wet.
Payed them to fix my turn signal. The second I turned it on my signal message is on again. I took a look and they didn’t twist the bulb back into the socket...How does a shop not test the car before retuning it?They also said they would pull up the car to me. 20 minutes later they handed me the the key to someone else’s car. 15 minutes later they found my keys and told me to find the car myself.Mercedes-Benz the best or nothing...
I was in the market for a luxury SUV so I decided to stop by Mercedes-Benz Rocklin. Upon arrival, there were no employees in sight, so I decided to walk through the lot to check out what they had available. I found an SUV I was interested in and wanted to test drive it. I walked into the showroom and finally found an employee, whom I asked if I could test drive a car. They responded with Ill get someone who can help you. 10 minutes later, I ran into another employee and reiterated that I wanted to test drive a car and the same thing was said. 30 minutes later, with no response or help, whatsoever, I just left. I drove to Rocklin Audi down the street. I was welcomed immediately, received excellent service from an experienced sales rep and bought a beautiful new SUV.
Always the best, easy, fun, personable. They took care of me
We bought my husbands dream car through this dealership yesterday - a Nissan 370z. I felt really out of place walking in, as we certainly cant afford the Mercedes Benz brand.... but let me tell you, that feeling went away quickly after meeting with Tom, our sales contact. The process was one of the most easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. I was prepared to negotiate, and be ready for what the typical dealership throws your way.... and I waited.... and waited. I thought, my god, this is too easy. But it was simple. Transparent. And unlike any other experience Ive ever had. And Tom was the classiest, kindest, friendliest sales person Ive ever crossed paths with. Next, we went into finance to finalize everything. Andrew in finance mirrored Toms classiness and friendliness. There was not a single feeling of stress, nothing pushed on us, etc. We were treated like a couple that walked in with a million dollars to spend. Hands down, BEST dealership and BEST team of people to do business with. And we LOVE our almost brand new car (400 miles on it!!!!) Thank you Mercedes Benz of Rocklin - you guys are a class act!!! I will refer anyone and everyone to you!
Mark Cornell was outstanding the consummate professional! he helped me find the car I was looking for, it was love at first sight. Thank you to the whole Benz team in Rocklin, shout out to Andrew in Finance who made the paperwork easy and entire experience perfect. I will buy all my cars here.
Drove an hour here to drop off a car just to hear from Scott in service I cant drop off a car, even tho lady told me on phone just bring by a car.
Ronnie Phillips, Dustin Brooks, and Drew are an incredible team. Thankful for their help throughout the process! Exceptional Service.
Art Rose went the extra mile to help us with our purchase. We were replacing a vehicle that had been totalled and made sure to bring cars in for us to choose from. I was unable to drive, so he delivered it to our home over an hour away.
Hi Rocklin Von Housen - in the process of ordering a secondary battery tray. Out of the three parts associates representing that department one could keep his professional position. The other two do not want to be there and had a hard time staying composed due to their own issues. I have made three trips to get one order completed and have to make another because the person ordering the parts is unable to figure out how to properly read the diagram given and put together an order. Absolutely more training needed. When I walk into the business the atmosphere is not friendly but stuck up due to everyone trying to look wealthy. Guys forget your suit and realize we all just people and some sensitivity training can go along way for this business. Poor performance Von Housen!
Very professional staff and expert technicians.
Scott in service doesn’t treat customers with respect.
Visited Rocklin Mercedes recently. Upon arriving I was welcomed by Art and Justin to the dealership and asked if I had any questions or if there was a vehicle that I’d like to see. Through out the visit staff answered all my questions and made the process comfortable and quick. Customer service was great from beginning to end.
Worst car shopping experience ever. Very pushy sales people, Peter from internet sales is a man to stay far away from. Along with their sales manager. Drove 2 hours to purchase, would never go back to this place. Purchased the same exact car for less, optioned the same from another Mercedes dealer. Would never want to go back, they belittle you into purchasing.
We were traveling in our Mercedes motorhome when it started the dreaded count down of starts left before you’d need it towed. Took it in first thing I’m the morning and they worked on it all day to get us back on the road. Very pleased with how nice everyone was and the willingness to help us when we were over 3,000 miles from home!
If I could leave less then one start I would. For such a successful, known business and company you would think they would be more fair and professional! I went in thinking this is a very professional atmosphere to bring in my Mercedes for a simple oil change. When getting my car back after service the check engine light was on. I brought them my car with no check engine light and they tried telling me it was on 100 miles ago! Then they told me that my turbo needed to be changed out, so glad my husband was with me and told them there is no way! In the end the problem was just a clamp that they missed! These are suppose to be professionals at what they do! How can they miss a clamp and then say we need to change the entire turbo?! After the “clamp” situation got fixed, we left with no check engine light. Can you imagine if we would’ve believed them and got a new turbo and wasted that much time and finances on what ended up being a perfectly running turbo?! Worst experience ever! And to make it worse I was there during covid-19 with two of my kids. You would think they would have some compassion, just do their job correctly and have me be on my way but nope. They had to have us go through all this trouble. Don’t believe everything they tell you!
.. 5 star service technicians, 1 star (or less) service advisorsSome of the best service advisors of any MB dealership in Sacramento area.. Exceptional ones are Scott, Eric and Wayne so ask for them; they know their stuff and are easy to work with..BEST service technicians in Northern California, IMHO.. Sean and AJ are AWESOME!!
Could not be more happy with my purchase experience at MB Rocklin. Purchased a 2020 GLC 4Mattic with sales manager Tony. From the moment I test drove, to delivery and options, to the finance process.... everything about the entire process was seamless, professional, and conducted with care and integrity. Tony was absolutely fantastic, listened to me as an individual and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about Mercedes of Rocklin or about the sales professional who assisted me, Mr. Mark Cornell. I came to this Mercedes dealer because I was having trouble getting financing at another car dealer and a friend of mine who knew Mark Cornell recommended that I give him a call and see if he could help me out. Mark even offered to pay for my Uber over to the dealer! When I showed up, Mark opened his wallet and paid me in cash for my Uber out of his own pocket. This is one of the last true gentlemen. I told Mark what my budget was and he worked his magic around the store to get me in a beautiful new Mercedes A220. And I love this car! The whole experience was so easy and fun. I usually hate car shopping but I actually want to stop by again to grab a coffee with Mark the next time Im in Rocklin because it was such a positive experience. I cant say enough good things.
LMAOO, Just called about the new s-class didnt get the sales person I wanted (Andrew) on the phone witch is ok and I got someone els because I did not give them my info to put my name on the list for the s-class they did not say bye or goodbye and just hung up, I bought a freaking $160,000 Gwagon from the same dealer there is no respect sounds like this guy just cares about a sale.
Mark Cornell our sales representative and Wayne who is our service advisor have been outstanding. They are great representatives for Mercedes Benz of Rocklin. Very helpful!First class all the way!
Great customer service by Peter and Casey . Very friendly and professional staff
Mark Cornell is one of the best salesperson ever!!! Very intelligent, patient, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions, and for sure it was the least stressful car buying experiences our family have ever had. He listened very carefully and offered a variety of different options we were able to choose from. We purchased GLE 350. If you are looking to buy a Mercedes, we highly recommend working with Mark Cornell at Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin. It is a great place with huge inventory to choose from, and an excellent customer service!
1 Star for Mercedes Benz of Rocklin; 5 Stars for Autobahn MotorsThe lease on my second Mercedes, a 2018 C43, will end in a few months. Being satisfied with the brand, I decided to lease a 2020 E53 as a replacement. On 4/27/20, I visited Mercedes Benz of Rocklin. I shared the purpose of my visit with Casey. Having leased vehicles in the past, I simply asked Casey for the following information.Best price on the E53ResidualMoney FactorPayments on a 12k per year leaseCasey proceeded to show me a 2019 E Class, which was stickered for $97K. The car also had over 4K miles on it as well, He informed me there was a lot of money off on the vehicle due to it being a managers demo and still could be sold as new. I explained to him, it has been my experience, previous model year cars do not lease well. I asked him to see the money factor and residual on the vehicle. Instead, Casey proceeded to print off a 4 square sheet and began to utilize the old fashion car salesman tactics and ask me what I wanted my monthly payment to be..Given the aforementioned disclosure of information, that fact that vehicle sales are not exactly robust at this time, and the many positive reviews of the dealership by other clients, I really expected to leave the dealership that day in my new E53. In the end, I was at the dealership for THREE HOURS. Justin (manager) finally came out and shared the details for which I was looking. The payment on a 2019 was $1,200 per month. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed by the dealerships blatant disrespect for my intelligence and time. Did they really think that I was going increase by budget from $800 to $1,200 on last years model?I assumed the lease on my C43. In this regard, my vehicle was originally leased from Autobahn Motors in Belmont. A few days after my disappointing visit to Mercedes Benz of Rocklin, I received a call from Autobahn Motors. The dealership was aware of my visit to Mercedes Benz of Rocklin. They asked how they could help. I disclosed the same information previously shared with Casey and Justin (e.g. budget, lease terms, etc.). Within 10 minutes by phone, I was provided with amazing lease terms on 2020 E53. With a nearly $15,000 discount and near buy rate money factor, I was able to get out of my C43 early, without penalty, and into a new 2020 E53 for $800 per month, including tax. Autobahn even delivered the car to my home in West Sacramento.Casey and Justin,I recommend that you take a page out of the Autobahn Motors play book. I prefer to spend my money locally but you certainly failed to deliver in this case. This is the second time in I have attempted to purchase a vehicle from your store in 2 years.
Bought two cars from them since 2017, respectful people overall from service to the sales, feels different in a better way compared to other car buying experiences, only downside Is you still cannot fully trust words you hear from them, was told if I bought prepaid maintenance and sold car later would get back pro rated amount of unused services and that doesn’t seem to be the case. So burnt that bridge from a great experience that was having there.
This business is not following governors orders or CDC to wear musks. I went there for recall service and was called in the office where my service rep was wearing mask only when he was not talking. When he was talking he would remove the mask. The other rep who was just 3 feet from us was not wearing mask at all. My service rep was talking to me outside at one point and remi ed his mask again. When my car was ready for pick up; the guy who drove my car from service didn’t have any mask. While I was waiting for my recall to be fixed I experienced multiple sells persons come up to me very close without mask. This place is very bad experience ; they don’t follow CDC or governor orders. They put my life in danger since I am high risk to coronavirus. Do not go to this place; seals people are not wearing musks, service is not wearing masks!!
Michael has been extremely helpful with the whole car buying process. He actually noted the time I was planning to buy a car and contacted me during that same time with the nicest message and letting me know of all that available models for purchase. Extreme professionalism and a whole new level of customer service. I really appreciate such great work to say the least.
Mercedes Benz Rocklin is a first class dealership. I worked with salesperson Michael Jackson today and ended up purchasing an AMG C43. I have to admit it was one of the least stressful car buying experiences I have ever had. Michael was knowledgeable and patient and listened carefully to what I was looking for. There was absolutely no pressure at anytime. If you are looking to buy a Mercedes, I highly recommend working with Michael Jackson at Mercedes Benz Rocklin.
Dropped vehicle off for airbag recall. Employees are very attentive, helpful, & friendly. Wait time for assistance took 5 mins but went by fast after that. They have a NICE coffee/tea bar and pastries. Im so thankful they provide free courtesy shuttle!
Just horrible a dealership. The manager was very rude and he was wasting my time playing a game with me. I went to the Sacramento Mercedes instead after visiting this place. Sacramento Mercedes is just way better than this place. They didnt play a game with me and gave me the lease deal that I wanted.
I went to this dealership just to look at E Series but not to buy. I told the Mark (papa) a nice gentleman who is good at what he is doing. Then he introduced me to Victor who was trying to help me put me in a E Class from my Genesis. Even though I was a bit hesitant I sat there and selected a car, then I told them not to run my credit until I have the numbers, I asked them not to run my credit almost like 7 to 8 times and went to have lunch, then while having lunch I decided not to buy the car but Victor and his group did run my credit and I am down with 7 points. They have been trying to contact me since then but Without me saying YES they ran the credit.
This was definitely the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Mark (papa) is someone I can see myself coming back to time and time again for years to come. The experience was basically stress free and I got EXACTLY what I wanted with my car.Theres no feature that I could ever want that my beautiful E Coupe doesnt already have! Not only did I get the perfect car but I also got the down payment and monthly payment I wanted. Thank you to Teddy (manager) and Andrew (Finance) for also going above and beyond to help and make everything happen! You are all incredible and thank you again.
Mark Cornell was a true pleasure to work with. Mark never made me feel pressured at all. He was informative, friendly and classy. He even took me out to lobster while my car was being prepared for me; seriously happened lol. I drove away with a beautiful AMG and a huge smile on my face. Mercedes Benz of Rocklin is Legit from Service to Sales. The 1.5 hour drive was well worth it. Thanks again Mark
Overall, the buying experience was good walking in to the dealership. I was greeted very nicely. When it came down to discussing the vehicle with Michael what we were looking for it was quick and his assistance in finding the specific car I wanted with the packages that I wanted was great. The worst part is when he directed me towards James who behaved in a very inappropriate manner to the point where he was talking down to me because of my anxiousness when it came to the car buying process. It was very clear he had no respect for me as a person and was using his own personal predispositions that because I am a young guy that I was wasting his time with our discussion. This was very apparent and my spouse was able to pick up on this very quickly as well. After finally selecting the vehicle I was interested in and being allowed to go on a drive with a similar vehicle that was in the lot, this affirmed the decision I was already planning to make. Overall Michael and Andrea provided the best customer service and made this car buying process great. If you can, avoid James like the plague unless you like being treated like your an insignificant customer who is being judged by your appearance. Their ability to work with you and getting you exactly what you want was the most accommodating part of this experience as well as this was not what I had expected. I hope next time when it comes to leasing a new vehicle that I will have a different experience that is much better than this. One final note about this dealership is that communication tends to be something that isnt quick so dont expect a call to be returned within the same day especially if its something you are concerned about.
Just want to pass along positive feedback for Mark Cornell. I had an easy and seamless process in purchasing my new 2017 GMC Arcadia. It was easy to tell he has years of experience and professionalism in doing a job that he enjoys, always looking out for the benefit of his customers. It was a pleasure working with him...……..and I love that new Denali! Many thanks Mark!
When you walk through the doors there is a calming affect. Its like no other dealership I have ever been to. All the staff are friendly, professional, and provide the best customer service you could ever wish for. It is the best car buying experience I have ever had. I am a return customer and always will be. If you are looking for a car, this is the place to go.
We have had nothing but good experiences when weve taken our car in for servicing at MB of Rocklin. Wayne Schmid is just awesome and very professional in managing the cars that come in for service, under his charge. He always makes sure that our car is serviced properly, including checking for factory recalls and other orders that we were not aware of. With Wayne, service of our vehicle is never a worry.
Brought in car for service with only 12k miles. And somehow two warning lights turned into over 4k in maintenance for unassociated issues. How does a vehicle with 12k miles have so many issues. I unfortunately bought a new vehicle from them 2 years ago. I wont be doing business here in the future. When i challenged the repair they changed story. Do not get your service here.
I am a car dealer in Sacramento myself, so when some personal friends of mine were shopping for a Mercedes, I sent them in to see Justin and Tony at MB of Rocklin, and we were all just blown away with the service they received. The whole team went above and beyond to make my friends feel special, and they are just thrilled with their purchase and experience. Highly recommend these guys to anyone shopping!
After a long search we finally found a place where we could purchase our dream car. It’s all because of Mike( Micheal) Jackson. He’s such a good experienced associate! Thank you for the 2019 GLC-300!! We are so happy with the SUV. The place was beautiful! Nice clean property inside and out. All associates were so professional and knew exactly what they are doing. Thank you so much again Mike for the amazing vehicle.
This dealership is all that you would expect from a Mercedes-Benz dealership! The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I am always given a loaner vehicle if my car needs to be serviced for any length of time. Staff is also very friendly! I have always had a good experience at Rocklin Mercedes!
Im very pleased with the excellent and thorough service provided. Great customer service. I highly recommend!
We worked with Mark Cornell (highly recommend him) and it was a breeze. Everyone knows car buying is stressful but he worked with us and took an extra amount of time to make sure we were comfortable with our payments and loved the car. We will definitely be coming back when we’re ready for our next Mercedes! Thanks, Mark!!
I came in to get a new car because my last one broke down completely and wasnt worth repairing. I called in the day before and spoke to Bob Michalek, I then met him and he was very friendly, helpful and nice to be with. Best dealer I have ever been with, 5 stars.
This is a high end dealership. Everything is just so and the sales staff was top notch. Oddly parking was nearly impossible. I skipped it the first time and came back after i went to a few other dealerships. But once i parked and entered the dealership, it was top notch.
Top to bottom, the sales division is shady. Worst experience buying a car ever at this dealership. Will never again. This is the only 1 star review Ive given any business. If you buy a car here, pray nothing goes wrong. You wont be taken care of.
Bad service. she’s Very rude
I dont really like to write negative reviews as experience for everyone can be different. I have purchased 5 cars in past and Im only 25 years old but never met a sales person with such an high attitude. Mike Danilov have no respect for costumer and dont know how to talk to a customer. We could have bought two cars but just because of this language i will never set foot in that showroom. I couldnt listen to his comments so just decided to get up and walk out.
Do not go here. Dont buy a MB from this dealership or their other locations (Sac and Eldo). I bought my 2011 ML 550 at MB Sac. They up-sold me on the tires for life program. I never buy anything at the finance desk, but the old management team (they have all be fired) was very trustworthy and my family had bought several cars from them. Ive serviced my ML at MB Sac for 7 years, and paid several thousands of dollars there. I decided to move my service to Rocklin, closer to home, now that all contacts were gone at Sac. I need two new tires, a brake job, and some other minor stuff. First thing the service rep says is its a 5 year program. I said, tires for life, is for life, you must have the wrong program. After spending some time on his computer, he said, you missed a service (I think I got an oil change locally), so we dont honor it anymore. These morons walked away from this service (brake job, repair a light, etc), and I was thinking about upgrading to a new car and wanted to walk their lot. Ill be going to MB Stockton. These guys are not honorable. Thankfully, Im only out hundreds, not thousands of dollars. Stay away! Small claims case coming.
This was our Third Car acquired at this dealership. The staff are always accommodating. Love Tom Emerson! He has a great sense of humor and gets to the bottom line quickly, Saves on frustration! We were in and out with our new car in about 2 hours from test drive time to taking possession of it. Love my new 2017 E Class!!! We will definitely be back!
I have nothing but good words to say about the service department and the level of outstanding customer service I have received from the service consultant Wayne Schmid! I had some warranty work that needed to be done and Wayne was amazing. He was accommodating and got everything taken care of just as needed and even helped me with getting the illuminated emblem installed at a lowered price because my vehicle was already in the shop. He was quick to respond to my texts and answered any questions that I had instantly. I just recently purchased my C300 and with the experience that I got here, this is my new place of service. 10+ Stars go out to Wayne!
Arriving at the place they gave us a nice greeting, exceeding our expectation. They checked about the car problem and made us feel confident that they have the best knowledge to work in our car. Wayne Schmid makes it sure to tell us how the process will be, including time and if the work will be covered by factory warranty. Were very pleased with this place and the service.
From a person who worked in this industry before as a salesperson. I found Alex a very successful salesperson. He helped me to find the right vehicle for me. He was friendly and easy to communicate with. I felt no high pressure with him and made it easier to me to purchase this amazing C-class vehicle by giving me different offers and choices. I recommended this dealership and precisely this person to deal with. thanks Alex.
