We are very disappointed in the service we received while picking up our brand new Tesla S at the Rocklin Tesla dealership. First, Ill say the car is awesome!But the communication at this dealership is HORRIBLE.They gave us a window of 12:00-1:00 to pick the car up and was told not to come to the lot until they text us first. At 1:30, I called to ask about the car and was told it was ready and they would call me right back. They did not call back. At 2:15 I called again and was told to come pick the car up. The young man that was there with the car was very nice and apologetic for the lack of communication. There wasnt a full charge on the car, the inside windows are dirty and the rear end of the car was dirty. Not what we expected after spending 100K on a car.Disappointed customers!!!!!! P.S. My friend bought 3 Tesla Ss from same dealership and received the same treatment.

Holy smokes this has been the worst car-buying experience Ive had in my 30 years of purchasing cars. Waited 14 weeks for delivery and on the day of delivery, Tesla representative CRASHED the car en route to our house. So we have no car but THEY HAVE MY MONEY! How is this not fraud?!!!

Yesterday, three of us visited this Tesla sales office. Two of us had been there before and test-driven a performance model Y, but the third hadnt, so it was time! 🥰It was a spur of the moment decision. We just turned up and said wed like a test drive. Five minutes later, we were being escorted to a red Model Y.Ive only previously been to this Tesla sales office during the pandemic. Then, there were no staff involved. This time, we were taken to the car by a staff member. She went over the car in detail, opening the trunk, the frunk, and the controls. Its different.The battery and the brakes are both unconditionally warrantied for 8 years or 200,000 miles. Maintenance? Refill the windscreen washer reservoir and replace worn-out tires.Its wonderful to accompany a first-time Tesla driver. Theyre amazed by the performance, the silence, the best sound system theyve ever heard, the video games, the amazingly comfortable seats that Tesla make themselves, and the concept of one-pedal driving.At the end of the test drive, everybody I have ever known has already made the decision that theres a Tesla in their future.

I mentioned to the Tesla team in Rocklin that there was a low tire pressure alert upon pick up. The team filled up the tire but I dont feel they did any kind of inspection because it was returned to me in less than 5 minutes. 10 minutes down the road I had a blow out.I coordinated a ride to get to rocklin and live 2 hours away. I had to get my brand new Tesla towed back to the rocklin service center and call someone for a ride. This was a 6 hour ordeal for something that should have been inspected before being avaliable for pick up.

The rep pointed me away from a car that was open and ready to look to another car that had people already actively sitting in it.

I brought a pre owned Model X, and took it in for service just before the warranty expired. They did a great job with addressing all of my concerns(door latch needed replacement, and driver seat had a wobble). Everything was wrapped up and taken care of by mid day. The service here was great!

Edit.The WORST customer service! Now, I regret buying such an expensive car. I wish Id known that before. The manager Jason doesnt care about their customers, doesnt respond to emails, only uses templates to communicate with customers. I wish I had a my Lexus back again.So disappointing... my brand new Tesla Y was 3 weeks on their parking lot waiting for a part that got broken after 4 days of ownership. Their attitude and saying that it could have happened to any car was do disrespectful.Definitely it should be more than one Tesla showroom/service in this area.Dont go there.

We are not thrilled with our experience at this Tesla dealership at all. We recently purchased a Y (we already have an X) and when it arrived, we were at our home in SoCal for the holidays. The salesperson told us that if we didnt come pick it up in 3 days (after waiting for 6 weeks) it would be given to another person. Are you kidding me? My husband rushed to get it on the third day and it took over TWO HOURS to pick up the car despite having completed all the paperwork in advance because the salesperson did not correct the name on the registration as he was supposed to do and that one change took that long. We were also told that we would be getting a free year of charging and yet we seem to be getting charged. For FIVE DAYS we have been trying to reach someone at Rocklin to inquire on this issue and another one related to my X. When you call, you can choose among options like SALES but when you do, NO ONE answers the phone ever and instead you are diverted to an answering service WHICH IS FULL. I have also texted our salesperson twice to no avail. We own 6 retail furniture stores and know something about customer service and this isnt it. I cannot believe someone who spent almost $60,000 is being treated this poorly. VERY disappointed.

This has been the worst car buying experience. Poor customer service. Tesla shows they they don’t care about their customers. Placed an order with Tesla. We were advised by a Tesla rep that we had to submit a new app and had to pay another $100 order fee in order to make changes to the primary person listed as the registered owner on our existing order. After submitting another app for the exact same vehicle and canceling the first order, we then requested that the first $100 also be applied to our order. The manager Juleo apologized for the incorrect advise we received from a Tesla rep but stated that the first order fee we paid could not be applied to the corrected app. Juleo made no effort to remedy the situation.

We were extremely disappointed with the service at this service center. Within a week of picking up our new Tesla, the right front tire was losing air. So we filled it with air with our compressor. 2 weeks later it had lost more air, so we filled it up with air again. Finally after doing this numerous times, we took the car down to the Rockling Service Center. They claimed it was losing pressure just because the temperature had dropped, and we must be just making up a story. They claimed their tires are perfect, and nothing was wrong with the tire. They claim they can monitor the tires from a distance, (which is probably just something they made up). The bottom line is we keep putting air into the tire, and they called us liars for claiming we had a problem. I have never been so insulted by a car dealership. Giving them 1 star is too generous. Tesla makes a great car, but their customer service at this center is disgusting.

Amazing and super quick services. I needed a front bumper replacement due to a minor accident and they had it fix and replaced in less than two hours. The cost to replace the bumper and fog light was about 1300 including labor. Truely great service. Matt was also super friendly and handled everything quickly :). Got my car back good as new!!

After trading in my Subaru for a Tesla I over paid by 191.00. It’s been 12 weeks now and all I get is the run around about my refund. According to the manager at Tesla it’s been in the mail now for five weeks. As of yet I have not received it. I’ve tried to get a number so that I can call Tesla finance to get information and nobody will give me that number. So much for great customer service from Tesla!!!! It seems like all they want is your money, after they get it they don’t want to help in anyway!

Paul at the service department has the worst attitude and the worst customer service I have ever received! I requested to speak to a supervisor after he refused to answer my questions and he refused to transfer me because according to him me trying to know the features of a recently purchased Tesla was confidential information.I explained we purchased the vehicle this morning that’s why we were registered as the owner yet but he seemed to not care, he said “there’s no one here who can help” to where I asked are you the only person in the building and he continued to say “you can say that.” Please hire people to actually strive to provide exceptional customer service and get rid of those who seem to hate their job.We will not be dealing with Rocklin Tesla ever again!!!!! I have called Tesla MANY times before and have had all my questions answered don’t understand why I couldn’t be helped today. Guess Paul was just having a really bad one.

It was a great experience in this dealership from test drive to delivery. I scheduled for a test drive before buying the car, and the sales person just go through the car with me, then gave me the key and told me to enjoy the test drive on my own. They are also very knowledgeable on explaining the vehicle. Everything were basically done online. I ordered the car and it’s ready after a week. At delivery day, I show up on time and the person just went through the car with me, and signed some paperwork, the whole progress took less than 10 minutes. I was truly impressed by how Tesla handle these works after having experience in other normal car dealerships. Love it!

Very poor service center. The Tesla car itself is fun and wonderful to drive, minor issues here and there but overall great. Issues are trying to get ANYTHING accomplished through this service center. Do yourself a favor and try another service center because anything else would be better than nothing, which is what this service center provides. The staff does not answer the phone, return calls or do what they say will they do in person or over the phone. Multiple calls go unanswered, requests to speak to managers get ignored. Can only get their attention in person, and then its starting all over again with someone new and further non-response to phone follow ups promised. If you are new to Tesla, have fun with the car but buyer beware of the horrendous service experience here.Personally I will await the next greatest electric car to come out and go with one of the major car companies that know how to accommodate basic customer service needs. Tesla Rocklin service has unfortunately ruined my Tesla experience and I will not be a repeat customer.

Tesla showroom is one of a kind and a must see. The customer service here is outstanding as the team is very personable and works hard to address every customer need. When you call, you have a love person answering the phone, which is hard to find these days. The location has many supercharging stations and us rarely at full capacity. They are expanding the number of stations as well. The facilities are modern and clean. I love the fact that it is a very different mentality as there is no haggling when purchasing their product. I am very impressed.

Worst experience ever. So bad Im divesting from this company and I was a Tesla fan boy to the max.They tried to reschedule me 30min before my appointment and I drove 3hr to get there.They had no loner cars only an option to rent ICE cars from Enterprise. So I had to rent a hotel room no reimbursement cause I dont want to drive 6 more hours. I had to walk to my hotel 2 miles away. They owed me a detail because my model S has had a scratch on it when I took delivery. It was the worst detail I have ever seen they didnt vacuum or wipe anything down. The service was 725$ and 90% was a visual inspection. I loved Tesla but now Ill never buy another Tesla EVER. Oh yeah I posted some pics of what Tesla thinks a detail is.

Ive been thinking about purchasing a car from them and since its a new kind of a car for me as far as it being an electric one, I had some questions about it. Called the dealership several times to no avail. Last time I even chatted with a representative online and he told me someone will get back to ASAP and that was two weeks ago. This makes me think twice about getting one cause it makes me think what would happen if I have any issues with it.

Very rude and poor service . Tried calling them for 4 days without any response and hours of music. . Reached there 6:02 and guy almost closed door on me telling we are closed at 6 . I told him that I drove 1 hr in traffic and he had flat affect probably need to see psychiatrist . Never expected such a poor service from so highly tech company . I would give negative 5 if possible . I am a physician and always accommodate if someone is genuinely little late because they drove alll the wau to my clinic . These guys don’t have any idea what customer service means . No human touch . Wish he gets same treatment when he is sick

I generally have my car seviced at the Fremont center, but this service needed to be done asap and I had other obligations in Sacramento on this day. So I went to the Rocklin center. There were many changes. The service techs and advisor were polite, empathetic ( no I did not get a discount) but I was kept informed and treated with respect. The fix was faster than I expected.I am pleased. There was a golden nugget in this visit. I met another waiting Tesla owner. We developed an easy relationship. What a benefit!!.

We just purchased a Tesla at this location and I was very unsatisfied. We bought a floor model and when we picked it up the inside had fingerprints all over the glass and was not thoroughly cleaned as well as the outside; the tires were still dirty and there spots not wiped down leaving marks! I asked for it to be detailed again and they fixed the tires somewhat but didn’t do the inside much better. I was not satisfied with the whole experience and wouldn’t suggest others to go there. This was a huge purchase and I left not happy, so many of my questions weren’t answered. I felt rushed when going over the car tutorial. The representative was very mice but her car knowledge was minimal. I’m hoping this isn’t a sign that we made the wrong choice. I have been trying to contact Tesla support (she said they were open 24-7) all weekend with questions but they have been closed! I’m praying the future will look better and this is not the norm for Tesla!
