I went to Auto Zone today for a battery issue. I was greeted by Ernesto and he gave me a great customer experience after a challenging day. He found that my battery was still under warranty and installed the new battery at no charge. The other employees were very friendly as well and will definitely be coming back for future car part needs.

I went to auto zone and received the best customer service I’ve had in a while. I needed a new battery and Ernesto helped me and made sure my experience was a great one. This man was knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. Great personality, great energy, definitely deserves a position in management. Great guy!!!

Nowadays you can find products anywhere, whether its online or at a store - whether customer service is important to you or not, but to me its the employees, the people representing a store or a brand that makes a world of a difference. Its the human interaction that counts, and surprisingly I experienced it here at this store.I couldve ordered my product online and have it shipped to my house within 2 days but I decided to stop by here and pick it up in person. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted! I asked if they had what I was looking for and the associate pointed it out on the shelf. I was in and out in less than 5 mins. The associate was polite, professional and knowledgeable. They had protective screens over the counter and masks on properly.Id definitely go back there to shop and recommend this place.

Angel helped me find the correct pieces to reattach my license plate and solved all of my car issues! Their location and staff are all very helpful, will definitely be going back for all of my car needs! Thank you!

Ernesto is amazing at customer service! He was able to very quickly help me find what I needed for my car and get me going. He went above and beyond in his work and knowledge, and this store is very lucky to have him working there!

Dave and Kenny were great. My battery was dead and hard to jump. They had the right sized battery to replace when batteries plus did not. They were very nice and didn’t leave me stranded.

Very helpful staff, came in with a tire that needed to be plugged and had 2 staff members (Angel and another gentleman) come out and help assistant me in doing so. Would highly recommend with any/all automotive questions or concerns.

Best service Ive ever received at a auto parts store! Called ahead they held the products I needed for me. Cheryl was very knowledgeable and installed my new lights, and made me aware of other concerns I needed to take a look at.. Going forward I will only be going to this AutoZone.

Friend got towed there long time ago. However when the car meets take place in the same area, the tow trucks are nowhere to be found. Quite ironic considering their relationship and pockets would benefit pretty well from this. Managements hypocrisy has guaranteed that I take my cash elsewhere. To reiterate, it’s the hypocrisy. Is the commission from the tow company not enough to offset the customer loss?

The staff of that establishment needs training to be able to serve customers, the service is lousy The place is new and it is a pity that it has such bad service

Customer service sucks! They don’t speak as customer walks in, and if you have a question..forget it! Will never go there again. This was my third time going there and always had the same experience.

I really dont understand some of the reviews on here, especially the towing ones. Ive been to this store many many times and every time the staff is nothing but amazing. The towing reviews however had me take a look last time in was there and do some research. I counted over 20 signs and 2 walls to separate their parking lot and the ones around them. Did you know Montgomery county only requires one sign for a lot their size? And it doesnt even have to say AutoZone. So all the people who are mad at being towed, its your own fault. Look where you park, stop taking up spots from paying customers. Again this store is amazing. Always clean, incredibly helpful staff who go above and beyond all the time. Will absolutely be back and will recommend to all my friends. Also I wont park there if Im not a customer.

My wifes car battery died, so I ran to this store on foot in order to purchase a battery power pack to jumpstart her car. There wasnt one in stock, so the (I think) manager called a Gaithersburg store to include one in a trip that one of their runners was currently making. This resourcefulness was surprising, and represented a kind of customer service that I havent seen in a long time. In fact, the staff on a whole all seemed to work well together, were knowledgeable, and were very friendly. I definitely havent seen that combination in a long time!My experience today really made me feel good about my NEIGHBORHOOD Auto Zone. Great work!

Always get good help and as long as the store isnt packed someone asks if I need help within a minute of me coming into the store, came in to get bulbs for my truck and got 2/4 that I needed (other 2 were sold out). Overall great service from their crew.

Cheryl was the most helpful person! My A/C broke. She literally saved me from melting to death in my car. No prompting needed, she just offered to help and fixed my A/C fast. She even gave me tips on how to use the product in the future. Thanks for your help Cheryl!

Called for curbside pickup and desided to come inside as I was placed on hold. Order was missing an item that was quantity 2. It was quickly corrected.

Had the knowledge and experience too assist me get my f150 2000 truck ready for my trip too Derby Pennsylvania and back without any problems for that Im greatly appreciated. They never tried too over sell me and they DILIGENTLY found away too maximize my discount on my purchase.

Jeremys level of customer service has been by far better than any location I have visited. He also changed my car battery out within 10 minutes. I really appreciate his ability to take the time and care on my vehicle. I will be returning.

Asked someone for help who said he was busy doing inventory so he did not have time. This same person was on his cellphone periodically. Besides the convenient location, this place isn’t really ideal.

Went there this morning with my 12 months old because my car would not start. Roadside assistance said once I turn it off it would not turn back on due to corrosion on battery. Called and went into Auto Zone. They were able to do everything for my in less than 30 minutes (even though i was 3rd in line) and I did not have to go inside with my baby due to covid and he cannot wear a mask. Definitely recommend them and will be back.

Sully provided truly excellent customer service. For a $7 sale, he came out to help remove the tailight side bulb, match it, and install the new one. To an out of towner (told him I was not from here), with no chance for repeat business. Magnificent. Dude deserves a bonus based on his customer service skills alone. Its this kind of service that keeps my faith in the brand, and is why I go to the Autozone back home as well.

Went to get a new car battery here, the staff was super helpful. I was going to purchase a battery that would have been overkill for my Camry and the service representative recommended a cheaper alternative. In addition to the recommendation he gave me a pro tip that helped with my battery change, turns out Camrys dont start on the first try after a battery swap and pushing the start button a second time worked as he informed me. The tip definitely stopped me from needlessly worrying about the swap.

I hadn’t been here since it opened on 355. The customer service was great. I bought some bulbs to replace my headlights and one turned out to be broken so they helped me figure out the model, replace it, and make sure everything worked. Highly recommended them. Thanks guys!

Autozone is the best auto parts store. Especially this one, they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to find what I was looking for. If you go there ask for David, he was very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend it

While I didnt post any photos this looks like every other AutoZone shop while you have registers are in the front and the back is all supplies you can browse through some of the stuff but the most of the equipment is stored in the back I have never had to wait here more than 5 minutes although this shop is fairly new and I havent been here so much the people and the cashiers are knowledgeable but do not at all expect them to be super experienced. I went here to buy some coolant g05 and it cost $18 for the 50/50 mix.

It looks like this is slightly lower than AutoZone and their service is really really good

Alfredo and Cheryl were extremely helpful. They had me in and out in less than 15 minutes and thoroughly explained all of the steps needed to address my battery problem before they replaced it for me. Great experience at this location, will be going there for all of my future car needs.

The things for my car

Needed a replacement for a ruptured windshield washer hose. Website was no help so I just went to the store to see what they had. Found a length of small vacuum hose that did the job perfectly. Manager was very helpful. Recommend.

This location has the best customer service that you will ever find from any store. I have been here twice! If it wasn’t for the store manager, Cheryl Karalus, the two times I had visited the store I would have been short of luck. Cheryl help me reset my car after changing my battery. She did an amazing job by being patient, pleasant, and focused on my needs. I haven’t had the time to write a review that’s past over due. It was so kind of her to first suggest the best battery for my vehicle. Then, she helped me reset my hybrid car which is not an easy thing to do. So thank you Cheryl because not all people with service jobs are willing to deliver top notch customer service. The second visit she help me locate in the store a device for rebooting my car when the battery is changed, she was so understanding to my situation both times. My first impression was the best! This generous woman deserves a raise or celebration for best manger of Autozone!

This is literally the first Google review Ive ever written -- I had to express my gratitude to Cheryl and the entire team for taking such good care of me this week. They are very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to do everything they could to pinpoint my cars problems and find effective and affordable solutions. I chatted with several people who work there and its very clear that this is a group of honest, genuine people who enjoy their jobs and share a similar mission and work ethic. Im normally pretty skeptical and a bit of a misanthrope, but they have my full trust. I 100% recommend them to other customers -- they will look out for your best interest.

Friendly and knowledgeable service! My headlight bulb needed to be replaced, and within 15 minutes I bought the bulbs and one of the employees replaces it for me on site. It was great!

Fixing anything with my car gives me anxiety. This location was clean and didnt have a hectic parking lot. I needed my brake light replaced, and Angel helped me pick out the right light and installed them for me. Very polite & professional, and educated me on what he was doing.

I went here to replace my car’s brake lights. Guy assisted me in selecting the correct set of bulbs and he also installed them. Excellent customer service.

Friendly staff, clean new store! A good alternative to Advanced on Rockville Pike...which can be too busy at times. Ive also been impressed with the employees at the new Autozone, theyre attentive and helpful. Cant say the same for other establishments. Ive lived in the area all my life and its great to have another location for parts/supply runs in Rockville.

I normally do not post anything but I have to say, I am genuinely shock about the service, especially with all the reviews I had read so far. I do not want people to get misguided. Unfortunately, I did not encounter the great service people were raving about. I walked in, employees did not greet me upon entry like other Autozone shops. I felt watched as I try to look for a simple accessory and other misc. items. No employee approached me. Employees were just hanging at the cashiers line and just talking to each other. I felt lost. I decided to leave the store. I felt really uncomfortable.

The store is clean and well lit. The employees were attentive and knowledgeable. They helped get the parts I came to buy and was out of the store in under 10 minutes.

Awesome experience Cheryl was super helpful. I went in looking for a simple headlight bulb and left with an education on the differences and a tutorial on how to install. She not only helped me locate the best product. She rang it up and followed me outside the store and installed it. I live in DC but this is now my home auto part store. Cheryl you ROCK!!!!!

New store just opened today 5/4/19. Very clean and organized. Had to get a rear wiper for my SUV and they helped pop the cover off and replace it. Staff is very friendly and lots of parking! Very rare for being right on the Pike in Rockville.

Best experience I’ve had at an auto repair shop. Such a friendly environment, little to no wait, and it’s clear the workers genuinely want to help you! Alfredo helped me so much. My car’s air exhaust was completely cracked and my car would not run. AAA down the street was going to charge me so much for repairs and labor (money that me and my student loans couldn’t afford). AutoZone provided me with a quality air exhaust at a far more reasonable price, and one of the workers spent the time to personally help me replace my old, broken exhaust with the new one. Thank you AutoZone, and thank you so much Alfredo!!

Easy and fast pace employees

They have a contract with a predatory towing company, and the parking spaces are not clearly marked at night. I parked in the middle of 15 spaces and no signs were visible. Towing company was verbally abusive over the phone. Went in to talk to manager and she threw me out of the store. Extremely bad business practices--I will NEVER shop at AutoZone again. I notice the owner does not respond here to towing complaints, of which there are many.

They are always super helpful and stocked majority of the time. Very clean store as well

Went to this Autozone last Sunday and I really do not understand what the rave reviews are for. Came in with a standard question about windshield wipers for the upcoming rainy/snowy season and was left flabbergasted by how my concerns were ignored. Pretty pathetic customer service if you ask me.

Last evening on my way home from work my windshield wiper blade came off and it was raining pretty hard. I stopped and looked for AutoZone because the jingle kept running through my head. I found the closest one on Rockville Pike, so I called and Jeremy answered the phone. He assured me that he would help me replace my wiper. When I got to the store Jeremy helped me out -- suggested what to buy and then he installed them in a snap!!! At that time of day, most service stations are closed for service and there was no way I could get home without a wiper. AutoZone saved me last night -- Thank you Jeremy!
