Bought an electric Leaf last year. There was a rebate from the state that we were to receive after submitting paperwork. The salesperson said they would handle it. Months later, we receive the form and a letter stating it was filled out improperly. Resubmitted and still waiting for rebate. The incompetence continues in the service department. Made an appointment for the first service only to show up and be told that the tech had a death in the family and was unavailable. You would think that a cancellation call would go out, but no. I had to take car in to get that info. To make matters even worse, called to reschedule 2 weeks later and tech was still unavailable. I understand that, but why did the service manager say he would call when tech was back and a month later, no call. This family of dealerships is not very good. Had the same type issues at their Chrysler dealership. Go elsewhere, you’ve been warned

The staff here are true professionals. They are courteous, diligent and prompt. They keep you aware of whats going on and prepare you if your car needs additional work. There is a shuttle as well so I wont miss work.Ive never been happier than I am with DarCars Nissan Rockville...the service and the Rogue (best car ever).Todd, Angie, Jose and team... thank you!!!

Dont know if they were short stuff because of COVID-19 or what, just oil change and tire rotation took them 2.5 hours to finished. And 20 more minutes to pull my car out after I paid the fee.
