This location had much better customer service than any other dealership I have dealt with. However, the website was incorrect on the description and availability of the car I wanted to purchase. Online, it said that there was a Nissan Rouge with chrome handles and I copied down the VIN number...we get to the dealership and was told Nissan Rouges do not come with chrome handles...even though I saw some in the parking lot. Then I was also told the car with the VIN number I wanted had been sold - so I wasted so much time looking at inaccurate information. I do not really care about the color of car handles, but I do not like being deceived nor wasting my time. The car I ended up with was also $150 more than the car I had researched...but I guess people cant count on salesmen or dealerships.
Took my car for recall, and they damaged it.. the police was call and my car is still there.
Went for Nissans sevice yesterday i.e. 07/14/21, specifically informed the concerned lady that right side front tire is leaking air. Nobody bothers, they pumped left side tire to 44 units and right was 30 units. I dont think they really check what they do! Ridiculous!Will switch to Criswell Nissan now for sure.
I brought my vehicle in for service. I had a deadline of when I needed my vehicle back to go on vacation. Tyler (Service Mgr.) was able to get a part from out of town and have it installed in time for me to make my deadline. The service team kept in touch with me the whole time even sending me a text with video showing me progress and easing my mind with respect to the deadline. Awesome job!!!

Had an ok time purchasing the vehicle (young salesman, so I wouldn’t hold that against them. But the service center is in disarray. Called about walking in to get an oil change around 10:30, got their at 11 and was told they weren’t taking walk-ins. If a business has that much of a disconnect between employees in the same department, I wouldn’t recommend leaving your car in their care.Guy at the front didn’t even offer to schedule me for another day, so the customer service in general just isn’t dealership quality.
The process was smooth and transparent from beginning to end. The prices quoted were real and fair. I didn’t think I was going to purchase a Leaf, but they gave me such a good price on both my trade and the Leaf that I did.
We bought a 2018 used Rogue from Kambiz Faris ( manager) and Mauricio(Sales).They were great. Fair price and very honest people. Our key fob battery showed low after about a week. They helped us at no charge and with a smile.
I find it hard to believe that I am writing a 5-star review for a car dealership, but the sales staff, and especially Yashar Allyarzedah, were helpful, informative, not pushy, and truthful. When the information was mistaken, which can happen with details about a new EV, they corrected. No pressure. Pleasant experience, and then they didnt push when I double checked prices and availability before I returned to finish the purchase. They were also helpful after the sale.

I began the buying process earlier in the week with sales consultants, Ramin. When i got there the sales Manager (Kambiz Faris) met me he introduced me to Ramin. Five star team, I got my dream car and they went above and beyond for me. I bought a used mustang and it is amazing.
After the salesman was a no show for my appointment, someone else stepped in to help with my purchase. (should have known then) They ended up selling me a certified used vehicle that spent a week in the shop within 30 days, was returned to me in pieces, all before I saw that mold is growing in my car and they dont even have the professional courtesy to respond to emails. GO elsewhere or you will regret it like I did.

I have to say, over the years I have had quite a bit of experience buying cars. Some good and some not so good. This time the process was like no other, quick and easy. I had the pleasure of working with Sion Bennaim and, let me say, he made it great!! Sion is very informative and punctual. When he told me something that’s exactly how it went. My Parents and I have been coming here for yearssss, About a year ago I went to get an oil change and 2 days later my car stops at 12am because they didn’t screw the plug back in, i called ANGIE the next day and she immediately helped me. Best person there. Literally. Now, i got an oil change this Saturday and on Tuesday My car stops again. DAN the service department manager tells us “if you don’t trust us with your car then don’t come back” mind you we’ve been going here for years, premium packages and all. I had a mechanic speak to him and off rip he starts being rude, yelling at him. Don’t recommend them no more at all. Very dissatisfied and disappointing.
When there for my vehicle service pay $66.67 for it than the next day the light of my car that said service needed came on. I call the Darcars Nissan service to see if they could see what was happening with my car.The guy on the day of the service told me that my car was in perfect condition but next day my light of engine service needed came on. I went back to the Darcars Nissan in rockville ask what was going on.The guy who worked there told me if i wanted to see what was wrong I needed to pay an extra feed .I did not like the way they handle this issue.
I purchased my vehicle from Kambiz Faris. I purchased and paid for the vehicle in full with a delivery promise of 2 weeks. It is now 12 days after the purchase that also took 6-7 days to complete making it now almost 3 weeks since i agreed to purchase the vehicle. My paid for $43,000 vehicle still sits at the dealership with no info on when it will be delivered. Kambiz who set up the shipping now cannot get ahold of the shipper and has passed the responsibility of contacting the shipper on me and my wife. So now i have a vehicle that i have paid for and no way of receiving my property.

She was more than helpful and understanding of the situation. Maybe the manager should consider letting Angie do some training with the other consultants because some definitely need to develop their soft skills.I will come back and definitely ask for Angie to assist me next time of course!

My daughter called to see if a vehicle that they had listed as certified was still available on their website. She spoke to a sales manager who said yes and they made an appointment for that night. When we got there we realized the vehicle in question had damage that was not listed on their website, the pictures used were stock photos that were not disclosed on their site and was pushed to another sales person. The sales person was not friendly, we explained our concerns and he responded oh we must have just gotten the vehicle (but you have it listed as certified on your website). Said he could find out how much it would cost to fix the damage on the bumper... I explained this was my daughters first time buying a vehicle and this was not going smoothly, no comment. WE left!Please train your sales people what customer service is!
It seems every time I bring my car in for a regular oil change something always happens afterwards! This time the memory for the seat settings is not working. I had the battery replaced and expected to have to reset my seat settings, but the function doesnt work. I will now have to drive 26 miles back to the dealership for this inconvenience! Fortunately my radio has not been affected. The reason I will not buy another car from this dealership is I wanted an all wheel drive car and they sold me a front wheel drive car. When I realized the mistake, they would not do anything about it.
Worst dealer and service center ever.I bought a very expensive Nissan, hopping to have all the new technology.From the dealer side, they told me 3 months later of purchased that they made a mistake with the numbers and that I have to pay 650 dollars more, because their mistake I have to pull 650 more dollars.The car from day one had problems with CarPlay and back up camera. CarPlay keeps disconnecting or you can see my phone on the screen but my music comes out my phone, this happens 50% of the times. Very frustrating. The back up camera freezes, which means the i could be about to hit a car but I dont see that because i am looking yo an image of 2 seconds ago. This happens 30% of the times. You only need a 1% to have an accident anytime.So last week I took it to service so they can check it out. The guy from dar at Nissan Rockville drove it first less than 20 minutes, and he told me he didn’t go anything. Of course I said it happens sometimes, and you probably won’t see it in a 10 minutes drive. He told me he couldn’t do anything.I Got so disappointed . In my way back home all so frustrated with 60k dollars car that doesn’t work properly and they can not even fix. I found out that the car Doesn’t play CarPlay anymore, I have already 2 days trying to figure it out looking online. And nothing. More frustration.My friend bought a car from another dealer, had a similar problem with CarPlay, they reset it and now is gone. In dar cars they told me that this was not possible.I would avoid making business with this dealer and any dar car Nissan, cause I have other comi plain ta from the one in college park.

Made an appointment 8 AM to do a recall fix quoted 2hr wait. At 11:30 I asked about the car to find out nothing had been done to the car. Staff lied saying they are working on car. After pointing out that the car hasn’t been worked on. In fact the mechanic is just opening up the part they admitted the car has just sat there for 3+hrs. Manager less than helpful. Hoping after 4hours I can actually go home. Avoid any and all DARCARS like the plague.UPDATE: After getting home I realized the glovebox was loose. Tried to close it and glove box came away in my hands. Talk about to quality service. Now I’m questioning if the airbag was properly installed.

I went into get my oil change. Jose was the one that assisted me and as usual he was very attentive. I was able to get work done in the waiting area which by the way has great work and lounging areas. Jose and other staff of the floor made sure to check up on me to see if I needed anything and also updated me on the progress of the servicing of my car. This is the only place I’ll allow work on my car because they’re kind professional and sensitive to my needs. Thank you Jose and staff for all that you do.
Jose was a very nice rep. I brought my car in because I had a slow leak from a nail. The first day I was there for at least two hours (perhaps three). I had a tire policy which covered the service. It took over two hours to just have the coverage verified. However, a new tire needed to be ordered. So,they fixed the leak so that I could get home. When I returned to have the new tire mounted, I again waited over two hours. This was not acceptable in my estimation.
As always Jose provided a great experience. Car was done as promised on time and waiting in the lounge was great with the wifi, coffee and News to watch.

Interested in buying or leasing a car? STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!If you would like to NOT get ripped off and get clear information on a lease especially do yourself a favor and look into other companies. We leased a car from here and service was so bad we started taking it to Fitzgerald for servicing.The lease was almost up and the Finance directors miscalculations led us to an overdue payment. After finding out what happened, I tried contacting the finance director, James White, and in any way did he try to dodge my calls and messages.I then reached out to the store manager to directly talk to him and nicely asked him to help us out since we had been loyal customers of 7 years to DARCARS in general and that turned out to be a dead-end as well. Although he promised to have James contact me again, I never received a call. Our payment went to debt collectors since Nissan Corporate needed a verification from the store and the finance director was not responding. For the first time ever we had to deal with debt collectors and believe it or not it made it very clear to us that this store is not about the customers. losing our business might not be a huge deal to them but I hope this can save someone else from the hassle of going through a similar experience.

I could not be more pleased at the level of professionalism, knowledge and service that was provided at DARCARS Nissan. Assistant Service Manager, Michaelangelo, was not only courteous but very attentive despite being only 1 of 2 available to help customers. My car was quickly diagnosed and my options thoroughly explained to me, and when my car was done being serviced he made sure I was satisfied and provided me his contact information should I have any concerns or run into any car issues (which I havent, car is running smoothly!!!) He also made sure to follow all CDC social distancing guidelines and hed wipe down his workspace after each customer left his office, which was very reassuring given these times. All in all, I will be going back to have my car serviced here and I will be sure to ask for Michaelangelo.

I was looking to buy a murano at several dealerships. I narrowed it down to two dealerships at the end of my search. It quickly became and easy choice for me after the first dealership in Boston did not offer temporary plates and their customer service was something I did not like. Darcar nissan became my first and only choice up by the murano at after i spoke with the sales person yahar. He did not overwhelm me with the purchase by rushing me to purchase it but he guided me at a speed I felt comfortable at. He was respectful, honest, informative and patient. I drove over 200 miles to the dealership as yahar held the car for me for a few days knowing that I as coming from another state. The transaction was smooth and I left the same day with the car. When I had questiona he answered them. I only dealt with one sales person which made it more personal. They even offered 60 days of temporary plates which is great especially during a pandemic. At the end I was happy with my purchase and I recommend you ask for yahar.

Had my Nissan Rogue serviced (oil change, brakes repaired, various filters changed according to warranty) and had a detailed cleaning. Car runs like brand new.
Sale went fine. I needed service just a few days later and the dealer was unable to communicate with their other location and my car has been in the shop for 2 days now. Of the 7 days I will have owned the car through tomorrow, it will have been in the shop for 3 full days. Unacceptable.

While I waited, he showed me the diagnostic report and explained to me what needed immediate attention (brake fluid, replacement of filters,etc.) He made sure to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. I would have given a 10 but I was promised a car wash and it was not done. I was told after the fact the Dealership closes at 4pm even though I got there at 2:30pm.Also, I was told via phone a 2:30pm appointment was scheduled for me only to realize when I got to the dealership they dont schedule appointments for oil change.

Eduardo was such a big help . He ensured we knew everything about the vehicle and made sure we were able to understand and use all of the functions like the Apple car play. He showed us the night drop off and made sure we were familiarized with how the dealership works . He even called to check in to see how the vehicle was doing.
