Made the mistake of taking my car there for an oil change before driving to the beach. When I was getting close to my destination, my engine started making a whirring sound. When I pulled over and popped the hood, I found that the mechanic forgot to put the oil cap back on the engine! There was oil EVERYWHERE as you can see in my picture. Luckily, the cap was still sitting on the grill near the wipers. I had to add two quarts of oil to get the level back to normal. This is extreme negligence. I will never take my car there for an oil change again nor would I recommend using them for any more complicated repairs.
Quick and friendly service! Great staff and honest work. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Service was completed quickly and in the time frame they promised. Staff kept me up to date on the progress of the car, unlike other garages where I have had to harass them for updates. Would recommend and use again!
Excellant customer service: they attended to me soon as I entered the shop ask how they can help me today, told them the issue with my car and their ready staff start work on my car withing 5 minutes...Time frame is excellent:they change my 2 front brakes and rotors in a very good time frame and got me road in no time ..All at a very reasonable cost... thanks guys...
All the men that work there are very sweet and helpful. Very quick with an oil change. They finished while I was grocery shopping. My new go to place for great, fast service.
ALWAYS FIVE STARS WHEN I GET MY VEHICLE SERVICED HERE.
This is a very professional place! Affordable, fast profesional and above all, kind people! They even help me getting there to get my car after the repaired it. Don’t think twice. This is the place.
Stay far away from these guys. What a joke. The two five star ratings are employees there!!They lie and try and take advantage of people (especially young kids and woman) at every opportunity. The stories are endless. Had I known, I never would have went there and taken too!! BE VERY AWARE - STAY AWAY!!!
This place is managed by a good person....great customer service, always helpful...for car services reasonable pricing ........
Is the last full service gas station in Rockville, it doesnt advertise it anymore but if your a little old lady that needs help all you have to do is ask and the gentlemen that work there are happy to pump your gas and wash your windows for you
Great business man. You can come ruching here but, me first. I’m Malik #Malik lol... thanks Sunny!!!
When i took the car to toyota they said we neededan engine replacement and a few other things at a cost of $5447.When I was putting fuel at the exxon I decided to ask what their opinion was.He said I needed a new gasket and fuel line filter. After that the car was running like new!
Open 24 hours a day, and great automotive service year round :)
I went to Norbeck Exxon because my car was not running right. Basically it was shutting down as I was driving. My toyota dealership told me I needed a new computer and EGR system, which was going to cost $3200. Gato and Billy recommended a coil and spark plug replacement, which cost $700. After the replacement the car is running like BRAND NEW again. I highly recommend this place for any auto repair they are trustworthy
This Exxon Auto repair shop are dishonest and tried to rip me off. I went for an oil changes and I told the manager that my car need a Synthetic oil change and I had purchased a voucher from Groupon. before they even started on my oil change I was told it will take an hour and a half to get to my car. I have a used car 2010 Honda Insit I told the manager before he redeem my voucher that if there is anything wrong with my car I really dont want to know about as for my last experiences these shops always try to sell me on other things that need to be fixed. Now, after one hour of leaving my car to get the oil changed I got a call from the manager claiming that I have an oil leak and it will cost me $700 to fix it at that time i just started to panic as he made it sound very serious. I came back to the shop right away to see what exactly happened I met again with the same manager he told me that there was no oil in my car and my car being leaking oil and if I dont get this fixed within few days that will effect my car engine then it will be in the thousand to replace the engine.the thing that through me off is how he said I will work with your budget and he said he can even do it for $400.I told him I dont have that kind of money and Im going to shop around to find out if I can fix that issue for less.so I left with my car thinking I have an oil leak but Ive decided to check with another mechanic and when the other mechanic checked he said your car is perfect there is no oil leaks none so ever there is only AC water coming out and that is normal.I called this manager yesterday to tell him that they tried to scam me and his respond was im glad that your car is fine but that is my finding Im not sure how many women this manager tried to sell them on fixing things in there car that does not exist but I wanted to expose them as they are trying to scam people on services that cost 100s and 1000s of dollars to make a profit. im not sure at this time I even got the Synthetic oil change or not.
Came in twice asking to just simply replace a burnt out brake light; first time they said it was an hour or so wait, so they asked for my license plate number and said they could order the part and be ready for the next day. Came in the next day, the same guy had no idea who we were, we were told there was still an hour wait, so we left the car there... An hour later, they looked at everything in the car but the light, when I had just had my usual mechanic look at the car the week before. Very bad service and very irritated.
