Ive been dealing with Steve for over 3 decades. The staff is very nice. Steve is very professional and helpful. He has always been upfront when it comes to all business transactions. During COVID, he was able to maintain the guidelines, followed cleaning ordinances, and also make sure that he was able to be there for his clients. I highly recommend Steve at the Rockville location that he manages.

I don’t trust this place. The person who tended me was counting my money while she was on her personal cellphone. I counted my money before walking in there and counted $120. I thought I owed $112. But since I’m paying early and ahead of time they told me I only owe $100. Since the lady was on her cellphone she counted my money many times not knowing how much I gave her. In the end, the manager was called up to recount the money in the drawer. He said the Register wasn’t over.I never got those extra $20 back. It’s rude, unprofessional and messy to be on your cellphone while a customer with loads of cash is in front of you and it’s an all out recipe for disaster. This place needs way better management. Not only that but the manager on duty knew and witnessed her being on her cellphone like it’s nothing.

Steve the manager sometimes treats some of the customers different according to some of the customers I know. But I thought he was trying to interact with the customers that came in and even my friend that has been a long term customer. She oftentimes interacts with the other staff members. But the manager has to follow the rules and manage products and staff. So give Steve a break. He is trying

Gives like nothing for your goods. Better sell them on eBay. They were giving a friend 100 bucks for a $1000 speaker. He sold it on eBay for $800

Zero stars if I could, everything is overpriced and the rudest staff I have ever seen. Yes you have to put down your cell phone if a customer asks you a question. Place has gone down hill fast.Do your self a favor and GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

It use to be a decent pawn shop but management is bad and they try to rip you off now I will not be doing business with this pawn shop everyone Spanish and very rude no good merchandise anymore or jewlery no deals just rip off stay away go to a better pawn or report to better business b.

Good loans, affable personnel ... the only thing that sucks is you have to leave your stuff hocked for a minimum of 3 weeks... I think its a Maryland law or something but its ridiculous. Also, Ive had the pawn shop preemptively wipe the install on a laptop preparing it for resale the day BEFORE I was able to make a payment, which I did and got the laptop back, but had lost all my software and configuration. Still, for a scummy business, these guys are pretty fair.

They have a very big selection. I bought a guitar and an iPod at very reasonable prices. The staff was very willing to help both times I went and were especially patient when I asked to see different items.

Everything was wayyyy overpriced.Example: they had a n64 listed for $90 with nonothing besides the power cable(no video cables, controller or games) a ebay search will show you an get one with a controller and all the cables for $60.Their other items are similar. Like a echo dot 3rd gen for $35(these frequently go on sale for $35 or lower + you get amazons warrenty)There are better alternatives.

I don’t recommend these pawn shop they have bad costumer service. I have been in the one in Georgia ave and the group that work there are amazing they are very helpful and their interest is Low I will defenely go back to the one in 9443 Georgia ave.

$20.00 is Steves go to offer... Ive met him 3 times, twice in gaithersburg and today off E. gude dr each time he has said $20 with 3 different items. dont ask for steve.. he is useless. will Not be returning to first cash.

Great selection! I went to sell some extra things I had laying around collecting dust. Very amiable staff!

Brought a 50 DLP TV in to sell, the nice guy working there who was helping to bring it in dropped it 5 or 6 inches in the back of my car which damaged the lamp(DLPs have expensive GLASS light bulbs in them) and the TV wouldnt work when we plugged it in and tells me Sorry i cant buy a broken item. Now i have no extra money for a new TV or a working TV at all. Really nice guy, screwed me over hard.

First off, this place is huge, they were pretty busy when I got there which gave me a chance to look around. I see why now, they have TONS of great products. All the staff seemed super helpful, and RJ was great. I was in there to pawn a couple guitars, and needed $200. I doubted I would get it, as the guitars I was pawning werent the most expensive kinds (an epiphone and an ibanez) and most pawn shops I have dealt with in the past always low ball, even on pawns. I am definitely coming back to get them, and he trusted me when I told him that, and he gave me the $200, actually he bumped it up to $225, I didnt even have to press. This shocked me, thats some service right there. I highly recommend this place over any other pawn shop in the area. If others are closer, make the extra trip, it will definitely be worth it.

Good deals unique items, you never know what youll find there. Its on my list of places to stop at when Im in the area!

I felt like they were discriminating against me because of my race. They made up “policies” that were not listed and even admitted they didn’t have the policies anywhere. They lied and discriminated against me.
