Scarlet made my wedding dress shopping day so much fun. She had so many tips & tricks to get exactly the look I was looking for. She was amazing, and I never felt pressured to make a fast decision that day. They had the most beautiful dresses within my price range of $500-$1200, I truly felt like I had the some amazing options when I left that day. I would definitely recommend this shop to any bride trying to find her dress! There is something for everyone.

Had an absolutely amazing experience choosing my wedding dress with Scarlett! She was so knowledge and helpful but treated me with absolutely no pressure to make a decision which was very important to me. She paid attention to the parts of each dress that I liked/did not like and was ultimately able to pick out THE dress for me based on the things that she was noticing that I was saying. The dress she picked out was not something I ever would have chosen off the rack but I fell absolutely in love with it once I put it on! Scarlett was so helpful and friendly as were all of the staff in the store. We came back the next day to buy the dress and Rachel helped me try the dress back on and check me out, and she was just as helpful and kind! Highly recommend Couture - did not get this same level of treatment at other bridal boutique stores in the area

This is a lovely bridal shoppe that has an amazing variety of dresses. Scarlet was there and walked us through the varying styles and sizes. Would recommend going in and seeing whats there as they have a large variety of dresses and a wide array of prices. They also have a substantial bridesmaid section!

She was so kind and helpful, especially for someone like me who really didn’t know what I wanted when I walked in and felt a little nervous beforehand. Although I ended up not purchasing my dress here the customer service Heather provided was absolutely amazing she made me feel super comfortable and treated me like a best friend or family…I wished I had been able to look at more dresses but my budget was a bit tight with unexpected medical bills, I am sure I could have found the perfect dress. I had an appointment yesterday, and it was my first time trying on wedding dresses. Zoë was the employee that took the gowns I liked to the dressing room and helped fit them. She was so kind and very knowledgeable. My daughter wanted to try on flower girl dresses and she told me in private that she could with my permission, I thought that was very respectful. She was so patient with my family and I, she made the experience perfect and did an amazing job.

Not a great experience. our helper abby was rude and acted like she was buying the dress. would get a attitode anytime the bride did nt love her opinions. finally she got tired of helping us and we saw her as we were driving away smokeing a cig. Just unprofesional and not a great experience.

Beautiful bridesmaids dresses but customer service was horrible! First off, when we arrived to our appointment we werent given a name of who would be assisting us. After placing us in our section, we were completely pretty much ignored. I assumed we would have full attention of an assistance in case my bridesmaids needed help with clipping and what not, but all the attention was on the bride that was already there when we arrived. They only checked in on us twice asking if we were doing ok. On top of that, one of the girl gave a really loud sigh that sounded like she was annoyed for being asked to take down these beautiful dresses off the mannequin displays. If that was not her attention, it definitely didnt sound professional. Even after the bride had left no one didnt come to check in on us or helped us finish up. It was definitely not a great experience!

I said yes to a dress today at Couture Bridal and have been glowing all day from an awesome experience! McKenna was AMAZING - she made my day SO special. she was patient and with minimal guidance recommended the perfect dress..which was eventually the one I said yes to. I wasnt sure what to expect from this experience as it was my first (and last) stop for a bridal dress and was honestly a bit intimidated. McKenna did a fab job of making my parents and I feel comfortable and eased us into the experience. Even offered to hire my dad for the official role of bling commentator :). thanks so much to McKenna for all your patience, hard work, and positive energy!!!

I am in love with this dress shop. They helped me find the perfect wedding dress. Everyone that works there is so kind and positive. They really help make you feel special while trying on dresses. They let me try on many different ones and even suggested different ones. They did not rush you and helped you stay in the range you wanted to spend. I ended up going with one that was suggested for me. I loved my dress so much I would wear it everyday if I could. I highly recommend this bridal shop.

Couture Bridal has BY FAR the most gorgeous and unique bridal gowns of any of the shops I visited in my journey to finding the perfect dress. I don’t even know where to begin to tell you how amazing the staff and management are. From my very first appointment to picking up my gown they went above and beyond for both myself and my family. We ended up having a small issue with the initial dress I chose and they were so accommodating and understanding and helped me find the perfect solution. They kept me updated every step of the way and are so easy and enjoyable to work with. I cannot recommend this shop enough! Again, on top of their customer service, their dresses are stunning and so different than any other shop I had previously visited. I was beginning to get discouraged in the process going places to try on dresses and just looking like any other bride. We drove an hour and a half to this shop after exhausting all of our options in Oklahoma and it was BEYOND worth the trip. Couture Bridal is the absolute best and you will not be disappointed. Special thanks to Alex, Heather, and Olivia for making finding my perfect dress the least of my wedding worries! The employees at Courture were phenomenal. When on a time crunch, they sold/sent me the dress from the floor that I tried on in store. It arrived on my doorstep 3 days later. They were professional and courteous. Would 10/10 recommend. My stylist was Bri. PS- I felt very safe (COVID-wise) being in the shop.

Terra and Nicole were wonderful in helping me find my bridal dress. I bought a discontinued dress off the rack that was a great style for me but not the perfect size. These ladies spent a lot of time helping me figure out how to address some of the issues with the dress and reassuring me. They were right! The dress is now altered and some damage from all of the wear and tear on the rack was repaired and the dress looks wonderful. It is a great fit! I got an amazing price and a one-of-a-kind dress unlike anything else I found in Northwest Arkansas! Thanks, Couture Bridal!

Couture Bridal is absolutely wonderful! Even when I didn’t have an appointment to try anything on they always check on you while you’re browsing through their gorgeous dresses. They’ve always been so welcoming and helpful; the owner Julia and Manager Olivia are super sweet!

I had a wonderful appointment with Olivia as my consultant! She looked through the pictures of dresses I liked and helped us find a variety of dresses to try that all fit my style! She pulled one dress for me and had me try it on first, and it was the perfect dress! She still encouraged me to try on more dresses to compare and didnt ever make me feel rushed. I left with my dream dress, sleeves to add to it, a veil and shoes! It was so fun, and I got so many things checked off my list! We also stayed right in my budget and the veil and shoes were very reasonable for bridal accessories.

Beautiful dresses super expensive and customer service was horrible. Went in for a specific dress to try on they sadly did not have it in stock any longer. We were not a priority, the staff member was not personable and did not seem to want our business. The staff member was new and did not know the stock. We showed pictures of what our bride liked and even found a dress in a size too big but when asked if it was in a smaller size staff member said no they did not have it in another size. When walking out of the store we saw the dress in a different color in a smaller size, but we just left due to poor customer service.

I truly dont understand how this bridal store could have ANY negative reviews. After dealing with 2 rude bridal stores that didnt even allow me to try anything on, I really had my hopes up for this one. First of all, the customer service is just, wow! The ladies are so sweet. They made my group feel comfortable & welcomed from the get-go. When asked to pick out the dresses I wanted to try on, they helped pick some out too & made sure I stayed under my budget. This was over 2 months ago, & ever since, the communication with them has been wonderful. Ive been a difficult bride but theyve been patient & understanding & SO helpful with making sure I got exactly what I wanted!! Ill always recommend this bridal store to my future bride friends!!! This place is amazing! We had a last minute appointment this past saturday because one of the shops we had an appointment at closed down. They were extremely accommodating and very helpful. This place is the place to go if you are looking for a wedding dress. Its all things wedding.

They were super helpful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for and helped me try on several wedding dresses. They helped me get into the dresses, look for certain styles, and even helped me stay within my price range. I ended up saying, yes to the dress here! They brought out champagne for my mom and sister and I to celebrate when we found it, and they let us keep the glasses as a keepsake. So fun!

Olivia needs to learn customer service skills. Dont be rude. I was there for like 3 to 5 mins thats all that took for me to realise she hates her job. I just cancelled and left. This is supposed to be a fun time to find your dress and she ruined the time for me.

This shop was the perfect find. I had a few negative experiences at other local shops. Nicole made shopping for this special event fun and relaxing. I walked away feeling beautiful and very excited about my dress.

I do not recommend this shop at all. We had an awful experience with them and will never used them again or recommend them.. We went in to get our bridesmaids dresses, they measured us to be sure to get everything right, well they did not. All the dresses were too small. Their sizes run too small. The quality of the material is not so great for the price. And their service awful. The girls who work there do not keep tract of the dresses who been picked up, with us we picked up the dresses individually and when I went in to get my they werent even sure who had taken some of the dresses. To top this, we has gone in since May to order our dresses, at that moment I was told my dress was going to take long to get here because I was a bigger size, I thought it was fine because the wedding wasnt until this September. I went a head and paid for the dress that day, which it was begging of May. Begging of August, I called to check on the dresses because after three months dressed shouldve been ready. Well that was not the case, were hadnt even been order. My dress was here a week before the wedding and was too small and it was two sizes bigger than what I usually wear but it was too small. I know I had not gain weight cause I been in a diet and I was expecting the dress to be big on me but apparently not. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP, SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

*****DO NOT GET A DRESS FROM COUTURE BRIDAL!!!*****I wish I could leave a negative 5 star review!Hello, everyone😊 I thought I would share with all you future brides my experience with getting my dress and WHERE TO NOT GET IT!!!!Shortly after getting engaged (that next Saturday in fact) I went to get my wedding dress. After looking at several location I liked some of Couture Bridal’s dress options. Sure enough I fell in love with the 5th one I tried on... but at the same time I wish I didn’t and this is why.....I was told by “Nichole” the lady who helped me find my dress and so on that I had to have half my dress paid for by June before it could be ordered. I was told that it would be in at the end of August...Umm..... hell no! I received an email saying it would be in until three days before my wedding and I flipped out. I immediately called full of anger... while I was crying my eyes out. I spoke to “Oliva” the manger and she informed me a mistake was made and I had to pay an additional $60 to put a rush on my dress. I was understanding everyone makes mistakes and paid it.But wait.... they mess up even more!!!!As I go to get my dress and try it on not only was it about 2 sizes to big but they gave me two different straps to my dress....Thank the lord I am pregnant or I would have never fit into it!!! So a few days later Nichole calls me to inform me I have to pay $150 for the matching strap.... umm hold up I already paid for this why do I have to again???? Well it had to be special ordered and made. They are the ones who messed up they should pay for it. So after that terrible mess of yelling and and constant phone calls they agreed to pay it but I have to wait 8weeks to get it!!! However, when I got my package in the mail they only sent ONE STRAP!!!!!They forgot to send the other one they kept to make sure they got the right one🤦🏻‍♀️ so here I am a few hours shy of 9 days before I get married (October 12th) and I still don’t have my dress done! Olivia done am over night shipment so hopefully all goes well and the poor lady doing my alterations can get it done. Bless her heart she’s had just as bad as a go around as me!!!

Great customer service and even better dress selection and prices!! LOVED the experience and they had a wide variety of dresses and styles! Most Bridal stores have the same dress styles but Couture had very unique dresses along with more common styles. Highly recommend!!

I am not usually one to leave bad reviews, but here we are, and all thanks to the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. Thank goodness I ordered my dress from another bridal shop. I came to couture after my alterations lady recommended them for ordering some extra lace for the straps on my dress (they carried my designer). I made an appointment and went in to match lace to my dress and get it ordered. The girl working was extremely nice and helpful, but after the first encounter the rest went downhill. I matched my lace and placed (and paid for) an order on June 17th and was told that it would be about two weeks for ivory lace to arrive. Two and a half weeks passed and I hadnt heard anything so i called to check on my order, and was assured that it had been ordered. Fast forward 2 more weeks and still nothing, so I called again and was told that it was behind schedule because the actual order hadnt been placed until June 30th (13 DAYS AFTER I WAS TOLD IT WAS ORDERED.) Yesterday (July 24th - over a month after I placed my initial order) I get a call from the shop saying that my order had been cancelled due to a miscommunication between the designer and the shop. HOW DO YOU MISCOMMUNICATE ONE YARD OF LACE?!? Especially after I had called multiple times to check up. I was told they could order it with priority shipping and it would be in in 4-6 weeks...my wedding is in 8 weeks. So thanks to this shop and the terrible customer service my dress will not be exactly as I was hoping it would be on the big day.
