On Friday, Oct. 15, 2021, my husband and I bought two new cell phones at Verizon Wireless, Rogers, Ark. Both Dominic and Christian welcomed us as if we were guests in their home. Christian did a great job of educating us about the different phones and plans. Both gentlemen were nice, friendly, and passionate about what they do. Bottom line, they made the process fun. It was a pleasure to do business at this store. We highly recommend Verizon Wireless - Rogers as your go-to source for your cellular business.
Nice store layout and displays. The only (and only one) staff member welcomed me and said it would just a moment. Sadly, your other staff with the wait list dropping hard news on customers, while pleasant, not helpful. I counted 3 employees in the lobby with about half a dozen plus customers looking for service. Cant attest to who was in the back room at the time but 3 is NOT nearly enough. Lunch is a high priority time. You dont have nearly enough staff on hand to take care of customers. Over an hour wait just to even speak to a representative is not acceptable. I knew exactly what I needed and was prepared to make an immediate purchase. I would have gone absolutely ballistic to wait an hour only to find what I needed was not in stock. Not a good business model or operation. Im ordering from the web from now on
I bought a couple of phones a few months back and received amazing customer service with Christian. I had an issue with a rebate (totally my fault when registering it) and I called Verizon customer service (which is not connected to this store btw). Eventually, I just went into the store and I wish I would’ve just went there first. Lindsey and Jared were great and fixed my issue that I was having. They provided great customer service the entire time!

Nothing wrong with the experience. They seem like they try to stay reasonable safe with everything going. Sales staff was what most sales staff are like. Friendly, and trying to get you to spend more. Not a bad experience, but didnt have what I wanted in-stock. They ordered with three day shipping. That is reasonably quick. So no complaints, but not perfect.
Verizon in Rogers is one of the rudest places ever. They dont want to help you and usually have an excuse as to why they cant. Terrible customer service!!!!??
Got a phone to see how the coverage is where I live and it was equal or less than what I have with boost mobile. I tried to return the phone and they need me to call an 800 number. On hold for long periods of time and just doing business with them is more trouble than what it’s worth. Very unsatisfactory. I guess they want you to keep the phone so they can charge you.
People are great the fact that calling sends you into an infinite robot loop is why I gave 1 star cant ask questions if i cant speak to someone
Unless you are buying a new phone or service they refer u some where or to someone else.. They used to be extremely helpful.. now it go to this web site, call this number.. oh nooo I am sorry we cant help with that.. personal service and question answering is a thing of the past.. Not sure but I figure its corporate policy... The people that work there seem to be very nice..
Went into an empty store for help. They suggest to go get help online. Spent over an hour on the phone waiting for help. Nothing. Customer service needs work. I pay way too much for “service”
The staff was nice and helpful but it is way understaffed. Every time we have come there is a long wait. People don’t have hours in the day to waste. Time is money. We also waited over an hour after our appointment was set.
Excellent customer service. The people at the Verizon store in Rogers Arkansas on walnut are excellent they go above and beyond to make the customer happy and make sure they get exactly what they want and need.

Wish I could give 0 stars because thats the service I recieved. Been with Verizon for 10 years now. Every year it goes down hill on customer service. After walking in and being told theres an hour wait, we waited. The individual came out one hour and ten minutes later to tell us he cant help with a business account. The business rep gave us an 800 number to call. Do yourself a favor and walk across the road to AT & T.
This is a hard review because the store has staff members that are very helpful and staff that arent very helpful.Weve had a few positive experiences and several negative ones, most of which feel like theyll tell you anything to get to the point of sale and then after you are locked in theyll inform you of all the fine print. Credits with trade-ins arent in lump sums and are spread out over 24 months, if you pay the device off in one lump sum you dont get the credit, etc. Too much to list in this area...This store also needs to open their bathroom for public use, or (at the very least) allow people to use it in emergencies. My 3 year old little girl had a #2 emergency in the middle of the store and as she was distraught and bawling stating that she couldnt hold it anymore, I asked the clerk if we could please use their restroom as we are having an emeegency. We were instructed that we could walk down to Mens Wearhouse or drive to another store. We felt helpless and the unwillingness to help in this circumstance was inconvenient, uncompassionate, and unsympathetic...especially when its a three year old little girl we are talking about. Of course, I lost my place in line too...All in all, we keep going back because they have the best cell service in pea ridge, but Verizon...you need to work on customer care and for crying out loud open a public bathroom.
Late night workers not helpful unless you are buying a phone. I waited 45 minutes. The two workers that helped me during the day were great....been with Verizon for years may have to change to someone else...any suggestions
I would have given 5 stars but there is always room for improvement/growth Charles is the salesman we worked with a couple days before Christmas my husband and I went in and they were packed people waiting outside to get help and we expected to get a grumpy salesman but he wast he was wonderful I went in told him exactly what I wanted to do and yes it took a little bit but he did exactly what I wanted he took the time to explain everything that was going to happen with my first bill and how to use the my Verizon app he helped set up our phones and at the end gave us his number and said we could contact him any time with any questions I took him up on the offer with a stupid question that he already had explained to us and he was great walked me through the process of you go to Verizon use the Rogers store and speak with Charles

The salesman implied that our screen protectors and cases were part of the package that we bought when we bought new phones and switched over from AT&T. Turns out that wasnt true. He also told us that we would receive $500 Visa gift cards in a month or two. That wasnt true either. We honestly wouldnt have switched if we would have known the truth. It wasnt worth it.
Went to see about getting my phone fixed and was told there was 1 person in front me. 30 minutes later and still not waited on but 4 other people who came in after us were.Terrible service!!I would give no stars if I could.
Multi billion dollar company and you gotta waite an hour to talk to someone about buying a $1k phone. Ive been with Verizon for over 15 year. Its time I check out the competition.
This store is located between Supercuts and nothing Bundt cakes. They have a great selection of phones, speakers, accessories, and many other things I had no idea that they sold. The business specialist Michael Did a wonderful job explaining things to us. We are looking to get our own Business phone line and I’m so glad it is with Verizon. They are running a BOGO sale right now too.
Spoke to Charles at the Rogers store about some things I needed to look into doing with my account. Roger was awesome!! I have always had great customer service with Verizon but Roger just raised the bar!! Thanks Roger for your assistance and expertise!

Still on 4g over a year now when I played for 5g. Person in store tried everything he could including calling company techs. Company techs made excuses, store person apologised perfusly you do the math.

I needed a new phone and didnt have any idea what would be best for me. I am so pleased that Jonah Jackson at the Rogers Verizon store was the young man that helped me. He was so patience, knowledgeable and incredible helpful. I have been to other Verizon stores in the area and they will sell you products, but leave it up to you to figure out how to download from your old phone to the new one, different features, etc. which for me was very intimating. I would strongly suggest that if you are looking for purchase a new phone, the Rogers store is where you should go for excellent customer service and if Jonah is working, an extra bonus!
They got what I needed help with on my new phone done but were a little slow.
Charles was excellent.Had used a previous person for past. 2 years at same location and he is no longer there so I was extremely hesitant to even stay there.Charles put us at ease immediately with his calmness and knowledge and non pushy ness towards salesmanship. We knew what we wanted he just helped us get there quickly and efficiently.Excellent job Charles.

That is VERY hard to find these days. I place a one Star due to repersentive straight up lying to my wife and I. We recently went into the story to hopefully get a more quailty screen protector. Nic, the rep, talked great deal of quailty compared to the cheap Amazon one I had. For instance, boast of life time warranty and that if it does break we can bring it to them, Verizon, to send of and replace it one spot. Well with winter weather my phone found it way to the black top. The phone is good but there is clear impact damage on screen protector. Went to Verizon the following day for replacement. Nic was a repersentive when we walked it. Ask him if he could replace and responded, I dont know who told you that since I wasnt part of the conversation, but in my 5 years here I have never heard of that. He proceed to give instructions for registration and referred us to the white booklet inside packaging. Let down and confused we let the store. I ask my wife when we left if I was crazy because I remember he WAS the rep that informed us of that in the first place. Initial we felt comfortable spending the 50 bucks because Best buy has the same we will take care of warranty on some brands which was ensured to us, and the reps vouching heavy on quailty. No never again will I trust Verizon for any aftermarket or accessory items.
Not very pleasant experience only interested in selling phones. Not problem solving. Or taking the time to help . Not to mention the wait time .

Charles was excellent.I came in to switch my service from T-Mobile, and Charles helped me not only add my phone line, but also assisted me in setting my watch up for cellular.Service has been fast and coverage has been excellent so far! Charles was fantastic and should absolutely be leading others in the store by his example!

I wonder what is employee turnover rate in this store. Every time I visit this store, people are new and have no idea what they are doing. We have a Walmart BYOD plan that give us some discount on equipment purchases through Verizon. This store is located in Walmart land and none of the representatives knows how to handle BYOD cases except their manager. Another issue with their way of working is that they don’t check your order with you before submitting the final order. You ask for a blue Iphone but you may get a gold one in your mail after 2 weeks simply because the representative didn’t click the right color and didn’t show your final order before submitting it. Thanks to though their manager as he fixed the mess that his representative maid after wasting 90 minutes of my time.

I went to Verizon in Rogers. Been a customer for several years. Went into this store and met a woman with a tattoo of a cat on her arm. Very unprofessional, and didnt care if I bought a new phone or not. Made it a hassle for me. Kept me out front while she went to the back for over 20 minutes. Didnt know if she was eating lunch or taking a break. So I went to Walmart and met a person that was very helpful and bought a 500$ phone there. Would not recommend this rude place.
Very slow to receive any help. I waited 30 minutes just to find out they didnt have the item. Individuals working there need additional training it seems.
The representative was Awesome and helped me explain everything I needed to know about the new phone I got!
Customer service was amazing! We were helped by Charles who was very polite, informative, and patient. Switching providers can be confusing and time confusing but he was extremely helpful and we could not have asked for a better employee to assist us!

This store is absolutely terrible. The employees have no idea what they are doing and the customer service is so awful I am amazed theyve stayed in business this long. No wonder everyone is switching to AT&T. If you must deal with Verizon I highly recommend using another location.
Went in store to upgrade my iPhone and Jordan met me at the door. He was impatient and incredibly disrespectful and rude. When I decided which color I like he went ahead and placed my order and asked me for the card to bill on. Not once did he go over and read the order details to make sure it was the correct phone. I trust him on this and once I arrived at home I checked confirmation email and it was the wrong color. I returned to the store today and upon entry Jordan was there. I thought to myself, “Great, here we go again.” When he walked up to me, I told him that he placed the order wrong and it was not the color I specified. He argued with me and ensured me it was the color I chose and that he couldn’t do anything about it until the phone was delivered. He told me that when I was in last time I had no idea what I wanted or what I purchased. I walked out while he was talking.Once I arrived back home, I canceled the order and reordered the correct color. If for some reason I do have to return and Jordan is there, I will be telling him and the other employees I do not want his help or service and I will wait until another representative can help me. I would not recommend going in store as it is easier online and their customer service is terrible.
Bought two brand new phones and two brand new hums. Somehow they managed ro get a third hum on my account without me knowing it and then when I brought the mistake to their attention they ended up charging me a cancellation fee for a product I never knew about. By the time it was all said and done I ended up having to pay them almost double what they told me I would have to. I love having Verizon as my provider and Ive kept with them since. But I dont care if I have to drive to Tulsa to get a different store I will never set foot in the Rogers Walnut store again.RE: your response below. You had every chance in the world to make it right. You chose not to. There will never be another chance. I hope the extra $400 was worth it.

The staff is friendly but not informed on their products I get theres a lot of different phones but if you dont know the answer just dont say yes to what you think I want to hear. Looked at new Motorola G6 to replace my Pixel asked if it was Type C for charging yes but it is not now all new chargers, have 32 GB yes but its only 16 GB now the phone is activated and if I return it it will cost me 50% restocking fee. Just be very careful I guess this is on me for not taking the time to read everything myself you got me once but hopefully no one else.
I went in for a new phone and was helped right away. They didnt have the phone I wanted in stock, but thats ok, I got another one no problem. The associate that helped me was really nice and polite and got my new phone up and running no problem. Im giving Verizon 4 stars only because of one issue. The associate got my phone running with my old number which was great, but he didnt transfer any pictures or contacts for me. I had to ask him to. I dont know if that is something I should be able to do myself? Every time Ive gotten a new phone the person selling it to me automatically transfers everything over.The store was nice, the employees were nice and the price was right. I will be back for an upgrade one day!
Buyers beware.. They salesman that help me was nothing more than a con artist.. And the management seems to be perfectly fine with that.. If youre going to do business with Verizon wireless I would not recommend the store on walnut street in Rogers Arkansas..

The service was friendly and actually quite fast the last two times I visited (once on a Saturday morning and once at 5:40 on a weekday). In fact, the speed and friendliness were so good, I would have given 5 stars were it not for the fact that I lost my contacts because the person helping me on Saturday didnt double-check to make sure the contacts had been migrated successfully before wiping my old phone.
Always go above and beyond to make sure I get what I need at the best price they can offer. Phone went swimming, got a replacement. That phone didnt work from the start. Finally went in to get it taken care of and dude got me hooked up with a new phone that was even a model newer!! Thanks man!!
Excellent customer service!!! Had many questions about Android phones due to I have been with Apple for years now, actually since iPhone 4 and I did have the iPhone X when I went in and ended coming out with the Red Hydrogen One media machine, absolutely amazing phone!!! I had no idea really how to work an Android and they took the time to help set my phone up in the way which I felt best fit me, which apps I wanted and where at on the screen and even put the screen protector on without any air bubbles and no defects absolutely an amazing store loved the customer service!!!
Could not answer any questions as to why my account isnt working and wasnt able to warranty my phone due to it. Paying off this contract and switching to Sprint like so many told me to do in the first place. Better quality and customer service and affordable prices, cant wait to switch to Sprint after Verizon sucks every penny they can from me 😑☹️😕🤯

We were at your store in Rogers . We told him we were going to pay cash for the phone we wanted. They agreed and then came back and told us they couldnt do it they needed another hundred dollars. They also needed $40 for an upgrade fee. Plus they wanted us to pay $300 on our bill. We have been with Verizon for years. We were not please with them at all and are not buying a phone now. The lady that helped us was very nice. Her name is Tia. We will be looking elsewhere for our cell phone service, which is too bad because we liked Verizon but we should be able to get a discount for paying cash.

The staff is friendly. The thing I dont like is I feel like Im in a used car place always pushing me to buy more than I really need. I went in to have a phone disconnected and they told me they couldnt do it at the store. I said that was a shame and they quipped back with Well we are here to sale stuff. To which I replied Youre here to take care of your customers! They gave me a dirty look and I left. And Verizon seems to have A LOT of signal issues in the area so Im already thinking of switching.
I would never use Verizon. Was going to switch over from straight talk. But, they couldnt offer a better deal. It was a very fun conversation. The guy kept trying to make it sound better by acting like 15 GB/30$mo is better than 60/45$mo. As if Verizon is the Abercrombie of phone services. It was like... he didnt hear a word I said and kept repeating himself Lol. Kudos for trying though.
It seems we always get Dan when we go in. That cool though, he knows his business and always gets us taken care of. I was able to reduce my bill by about $100 and Im very happy!! Everyone at this location is always so friendly. Easy to do business here.
The salesman CJ looked after me every step of the way, even coming in on his day off to make sure that I got all of the parts and appliances that I needed for my new phone. Greeted as we entered store, not able to speak to a representative immediately but a rep came out to say they would check to see if there were any other available reps, there were none, and we were given a wait time and were seen withing that time frame. The representative seemed knowledgeable and offered advice and solutions for issues we came in for according to Verizon policy, in my opinion nothing beyond that, but courteous and pleasant to deal with. We were able to accomplish most of what we went in for, which was removing devices and lines.
I cant speak to their cell phone plans, but I know that their customer service is horrible. Several months ago, my father passed away. Leading up to that, he was in and out of the hospital for 4 months. My mother had a prepaid cell plan with these people. She would leave her house in the morning, and go to the hospital, and would stay there until supper time. That cell phone was her means of communicating with family. At one point, she lost coverage, even though she had bought minutes just a few days before. I called Verizon for her, to see what the deal was. They wouldnt discuss it with me, as I couldnt tell them my mothers password. (My mother doesnt do computers, so i knew that she didnt have a password.) So, I said I would just put some money on her phone, so that she could use it until she could go to the store herself. Well, no, they wouldnt let me put any money on her phone, even though I explained to them that my dad was in a coma. I asked what it would hurt to let me add money to her account, since I wouldnt be given any personal info. They refused. To me, that is unforgivable, not to mention mean and uncaring. I will never do further business with these terrible people.
My experience with this Verizon store was positive whenever I was spending money. You can tell they are commission based, which is fine and all, but when I had a strange early termination fee show up after I finished my contract I went in to dispute and ask for clarification because I didnt terminate early. I stayed calm and civil, but the second I questioned the bill the rep got extremely defensive and started to tell me I had to call customer service and that she couldnt help me. Her name tag literally says customer service. She never offered to help but just wanted me out of there. The worst part is that I love the wireless coverage I got with Verizon, but I will never return with that kind of customer service. I would not recommend this location.
Went in to get an idea of what it would cost to get 2 Pixel 4 XLs through Verizon and to see if they were going to have any Black Friday deals. Everyone seemed busy so I proceeded to play with the Pixel 4 XLs on display. Over time I realized the store was mostly empty but I still hadnt been helped. Looked around and there were at least 2 employees not helping anyone and were just sitting on their phones. This was about an hour before closing. I guess I couldve asked for help but not everyone has the courage to approach people like that. Im pretty disappointed. Hopefully if I come back again there will be more enthusiasm in the store.
Karen, Adam, Zeddly, Derek, Dawn, Elizabeth, and Paul, I am sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience at this store, and Verizon. At the T-Mobile on West Pleasant, the employees know exactly how to treat their customers, and are willing to custom make a plan to suit you! The employees dedicate as much time as you need to make sure you understand everything!
Salesman acted as if I was bothering him did not really want to know nothing tried to charge me $50 restocking fee when I told him Im still within my 14 days I was told that I could within 14 days return the phone or my money back exchange the phone for the same phone or exchange to phone for a different phone of equal value I wanted a different phone give me and refuse to exchange it and kept trying to get me to pay the $50 restocking fee and I refused I said Im not going to pay it because this phone is defective and it turned out that the phone was defective now customer service on the phone I dealt with a girl by the name of Jennifer she was top-notch she knew what she was talking about she helped me and she figured out the problem with my new phone cuz when I got the new phone after exchanging it I started having problems with the new phone I still seem to think that theyre selling refurbished phones as new because it says that the last factory setting was on October of 2018 and it also States both when you hit the about the phone on the apps or if you look on the website it says that the phone comes with the SIM card a rapid charge battery that charges in 15 minutes which it doesnt and a SIM card removal tool which it has a charge which it has but it also says that every phone comes with the headphones and not one of the boxes I had headphones and I asked him about it they played stupid that they didnt know nothing about it tried to show them they didnt want to know nothing about it so I bought a new phone that supposed to come with headphones and didnt get them and also they dont carry cases for this phone ask him what am I supposed to do for a case and was told that they dont know they dont know where to get the cases or whatever I have to go on the Internet and try to find the case which I dont think is right they have cases for every other phone they sell they should have cases for this phone

Store is clean, sales people friendly. Long time customer and disappointed to find out Ive been paying for insurance for my phones only to discover my phone is no longer covered under the policy. Rather than explain that issue to me, I was told the service is temporarily unavailable. No fault of Verizons. More on the insurance contract.

They said they would adjust my bill from changes that were made yo my account that were un authorized and after going to the store and waiting for at least an hour like 7 times I finally gave up. Now there are a few ladies that are working in the store and they are very rude and always in a huge hurry to get to the next next customer. Very poor customer service.

After 27 years, I have changed carriers.Verizon is no longer a customer oriented company. Poor service, high prices, under trained support, weak business model, kind of like WM. Heavy on advertising. If you like black. Model T cars had all the colors you wanted. Verizon is of you need 4 to 1000 lines, you might bee at the right place.
The local service team was very helpful, but the service practices are crooked. I was given a $150 promo gift card and 5 months later when cancelling my service they want it back. What kind of backwards business is this?This store is awesome but Verizon as a company has seriously let me down.
Such a huge place yet poor use of space! Always a wait and takes forever! If going in to shop, employees friendly and eager to sell... if need phone fixed or problem solved its ridiculous!! 2 hours later and nothing gets done other than spending on expensive unnecessary items due to NOTHING else to do while waiting forever. Ive always used this store since moving to NWA. The staff has always treated me with respect and didnt try to bait and switch me... Believe me, I at first let them think I was a novice and they still dealt with me straight up.

I have always had positive experiences with Verizon Wireless, however not in the Rogers, Arkansas store. Staff wasn’t helpful or friendly and was more concerned with pushing products on me than actually assisting me with my purchase. Wouldn’t recommend.
They helped me activate my phone and stayed on the phone with me for about an hour until it was activated THANK YOU VERIZON AND WAL-MART
