Would not recommend this store due to the employees. Everything was normal at the meet and great. Explained to the worker I wanted to switch my sim cards to a brand new phone and said I want to get a line for my niece. Had a question about if I bought the phone there could they ship it? She said no and also I had to change my own sim card right away. Was just on the phone with Cricket Customer service and they said to stop into a store and they would switch it out for me. Worker said she wont cause of covid. Asked dont you have gloves then? She said no. Replied then how to you work on peoples phones when they come in? She didnt say nothing. Remind you she hasnt even got out of her chair. I ask where are the phones? She says online has more of a selection then in stores. Asked if any phones are in the store to look at and can she help me select one. She says against the wall. Every answer was short as if she didnt want to work or do her job. I left frustrated and explained to her why. Seemed since she didnt wanna work or give any effort. Ended up driving to Springdale to get the phone, case, setup, and glass face. Planned on mailing the phone if the store didnt offer this service.

The women in this particular store are amazing with the customers and their knowledge.the only thing that I would suggest is that there was a long wait line so thats always inconvenient but other than that five star.

Today I went to the Cricket store located on 8 st to try and make a return and the Manager wasnt even there. Ive gone three times and every time I go, the manager is never there. The only person there is was a young lady who had very little experience and seemed like was new. Though she tried helping me and was polite, she couldnt do much. I too was not the only customer in the store, there were many people waiting to get help but many left impatient and mad. I went back a second time on the same day and driving through very ugly weather hoping the manager would be there, to my surprise the manager was still nowhere to be found. I demand a CHANGE of people for ones that actually want to be there and WORK TO HELP CUSTOMERS FIND THE SOLUTIONS THAT THEY NEED !!Dont HIRE people that are LAZY to be there, Specially if they are in charge of others ..

I bought an LG phone less than 2 months ago in this store, 2 days later I went to pay my bill to the Walnut store and I heard that the accessories had discount option, in the store of 8st, they gave me the case and the screen protector at double the price that in the walnut store, I had already had a bad experience with manager Gaby because she sold me a watch that was ruined to me by the day and she did not respond, what she did was give me some headphones that did not work either, only one of them was heard, I complained again and he told me that he could not do anything, that is, I spent 50 dollars for the watch and 60 dollars on accessories that went to waste, then buy this LG that no longer load, in the Walmut they tried many chargers and non of them charge the cellphone, I paid insurance, I went to Gabys store to claim and Fernanda treated me very badly, as if it bothered my claim, she did not even listen to me because she was online watching on video with her boyfriend by chat and she was like that the all time in my claim, doing as if I did not exist, and just saying that nothing could be done, I get to look for Gaby another day and she told me the same thing, this woman Gaby is a scammer, she sells garbage and raises her prices to things, the other girl Fernanda never knows anything and when you arrive does not even pause her videochat, it is a lack of respect, because I have not asked for anything or gift, I have paid every penny and neither the cell phone Neither the clock or the earphones serve, please do not lie to the customer. Now it comes out that I have to pay having the insurance, for a new phone, in the 8 they only sell garbage, as well as they have the disgusting store !
I went in to this store ..there service is great but the people helping you seem to act like they dont want to sell there was a few girls and unfortunately the girl that helped me didnt even want to get off the chair and the other girls knew their customers and were very friendly doing business I hope that the other people that go in dont have such bad service
