Isac was SO kind and helpful. I had an issue that took a while, and he was the only associate in the store for most of my time there. He greeted everyone with a smile and fixed me up with my new phone and plan. He made sure that I was 100% satisfied before I left. Will definitely keep using this store.

We have a landline phone. AT&T are up trading. We could not get phone to work. The guy at the store, activated it. Ok, fine. Still does not work. Cant get on their network. Had it . Going to go with Cox. Stoe was fine, not so happy with AT&T. Dont call, because you will talk to all kinds of people, and get nowhere fast. Over 30 minutes on hold, nothings done.
This is a good at&t location right by popeyes chicken helpfully and knowledgeable so give em a try in rogers

I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had with att&t. Daniel and Millisa where awesome. They made getting a new phone so much simpler than my past experiences. I was disappointed that they had very few Android phones in stock. There are some folks who do not want an iPhone!

I got to the store right before closing and he didn’t ask me to come back. Customer service was great!!! First time going to this AT&T store, and I went to pickup a SIM card for a new phone that arrived in the mail today (and for a line I’m currently being charged for, even though I don’t have a SIM card for the line yet).As I tried to enter the store at 7:45 p.m. (because I work during the day) the door was locked and a store attendant met me at the door. I explained to her that I was just there to pickup a SIM card for my new phone, and she mentioned they had already closed the register and turned me away with a “sorry”, and locked the door again.I understand it was near closing time, but what is the purpose of giving a set closing time when you will refuse providing assistance before that time?I drove to your store for nothing. I’ll have to go another day of being charged for a line without service until I go to a different AT&T store tomorrow after work. Very disappointing.

Daniel Vasquez was great help in getting me home internet setup Saturday evening, told me Tuesday should be my activation date along with the delivery date of my modem.WELL, here it is Tuesday and no modems arrived and Ive called the store 8-10 times since 10 am and its now 12:30. Every call was forwarded to a different store, which led to a call to customer care, but yet no one is capable of answering the phone or accessing my account, instead theyd rather you spend your time on automated phone calls with horrible wait times.
Very unhappy with this place and att overall. I upgraded a line 5 months ago and did an installment plan. We took the phone back 40 minutes later and we had to pay a restocking fee of $50. Well I am still paying the installment plan despite multiple calls to att. They keep saying they didnt mark it as returned. So I have to go up there to prove I returned a phone I dont have!!!!! I wouldnt recommend att to anyone at this point.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I went to this store today and spoke with an associate named Monica. We were trying to trade in my wife’s phone, keep her number the same, and start a new account under my name. I was well aware that we might not be able to achieve this because my wife’s service was not under her name. Monica said that she would go talk to her manager about it. When Monika came back she told me that her manager would be willing to make an exception if I were to do two lines. I didn’t need two lines so I told her that and she said they couldn’t do it. This was upsetting to say the least. I would of been okay if she had said that they couldn’t do it no matter what but they were willing to bend the rules as long as I spent more money. I demanded to speak to the manager since he was the one that offered this deal. She went to talk to the manager and then came back to tell me that he was on the phone. I told her that I was willing to wait on him. She proceeded to tell me that the reason he would only make the exception for two lines is because they both got paid on commissions and if I only did one line then her manager wouldn’t get a commission. This was even more insulting. After demanding to speak to that manager repeatedly she asked me to leave. She said that she had the right to refuse service and that she was refusing my service. I asked for her employee ID number and she refused. She said that corporate did not allow her to give it out. I left immediately because I knew that there would be no reasoning with this person. To her, I was a dollar and I don’t know anyone in this world that wants to walk away from a business feeling this way. I’ve been in customer service for 20 years and sales for 10 years. I’ve never treated a customer this way. I get paid 100% commissions and I know first hand that is not a recipe for success as a sales person. I will go tomorrow to place a complaint with the manager and hope that someone in that store will treat me with the kindness and decency that I deserve. After that, AT&T will never see me again.
Roberto went out of his way to ensure that my husband understood everything about his new phone and to ensure that both his new phone and watch were paired properly.When my phone was delayed because of delivery problems out of China and I had to return to the store later, Roberto, again was extremely professional and through, ensuring that my phone was set up completely before I left the store.Even with the pressure of the CoVID 19 virus, Roberto, Daniel and his co-workers were very aware of the necessity to be aware of the health guidelines.

We worked with Robert Kennel today to get our son a phone for Christmas. It was the best AT&T experience we have ever had! Robert was kind and welcoming. I know for a fact if we ever have any issues or anything we will be back and hope that Robert will be there forever!

Very dissatisfied with service. Upgraded my iphone on Friday. Took 1-1/2 hours. Sales associate had trouble transferring email from existing phone. I finally said isnt there anyone else who could help you and he said he would take it to the back and get his managers help. 15 minutes later he returned and said they did it. I checked and both emails accounts were there. After I got home I found that one of the email accounts was not updating. The message said provider not responding, verify in Mail-settings. I went back a day later and got a different associate who saw the message and wouldnt even tough the phone - he said it was a provider problem and not ATT. I wanted him to check the phone but he just kept saying it wasnt an ATT problem. I went to another ATT location the next day and they fixed the problem in less than 30 seconds. Unfortunately I didnt get associate names. One was incompetent and one was RUDE. Will not go back to the Walnut location!
Daniel Vasquez was very patient and helpful while assisting me with an employee sale. There was a problem locating my employee discount benefit but he quickly found the account glitch and corrected it. Daniel is well informed on the products and packages for AT&T. Thanks Daniel
Horrible service and outrageous prices at this AT&T store. Attempted to purchase a Samsung phone. Told phone would cost $740. Went to Walmart and purchased exact same phone for $36. Shop at Walmart do not go to AT&T store.

Daniel is my hero! My daughter bought an iPhone on Saturday and had been unable to set it up all weekend because it kept getting stuck on an update. We took it to 2 different repair places (one was SimplyMac — big mistake!) and they couldn’t fix it. Daniel took the time to listen to the issue and look into a replacement. Then he offered some sound advice on how to fix the issue. It worked!After 3 days of wildly varying customer service from 3 different AT&T stores and 2 repair shops, I was very happy to have Daniel sit with us and tell us all of our options. Excellent service and very knowledgeable. My daughter is happy, and so am I.
Recently, we visited your A.T. &T. Store At 2401West Walnut, in Rogers, Arkansas. We were greeted by Omar and were pleasantly surprised by his cheerful attitude .Omar and Rob were very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife was made aware of your promotion on new I Phones 8, BOGO free. We were pleased that we qualified and agreed to upgrade our I Phone 5’s.Seldom do we get on our soapbox to express our gratitude for sales and service. “Give them sell and leave them satisfied”. This place is so much nicer than the other AT&T Store.... the employee was very knowledgeable. He helped me purchase a new phone, a new phone cover, and a phone protector. He answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed....I will be coming back.
I visited 2 other stores before this one, in the area. All of the others treat you like a sales number and don’t care to help much. Rob, at this location, was exceptional at just meeting my needs and helping me decide on the right phone. The store felt the most personable out of them all. they will help you with any needs you have, and not just Make you seem like A sales number to them. Rob helped me make money saving decisions, and during my visit I witnessed other employees help others with basic needs and not in any way seeming like they just want to take people for more money or contracts. The best store out of all in the NWA area to visit. I will be back to this location any time I need help, or an upgrade ☺️🙌

Beware of this store. It is the LAST place you’ll ever want to do business with. From the very start I was lied to, told that with the purchase of my new phones I received a “free in store credit”, so I used it. Only to see $50 extra on my bill every month for 6 months. I work long hours and never made it in to dispute this, shame on me. When I purchased my phone, I was told that I got a free phone for my daughter. Whatever I purchased, I would get an extra for free. That’s what buy one get one free means, right? Then after a year of having these phones, my daughters breaks. So I go in to see what our options are. That’s when they tell me I still owe $550 on both phones. How? One of them was supposed to be FREE. Well, their rep lied to me, the same way he lied to me about in store credit. Unbelievable. Of course I asked to speak with the manager and somehow was able to remain calm, keeping in mind it was not her fault. She says she’ll submit it and assured me that they’ll credit the price of one phone and reimburse me for the $300 they got me for in the beginning on the in store credit scam. Well that’s all I wanted from them, was to do what they said they were doing in the very beginning. I’m not asking for free stuff or handouts for their mistakes, just make it right. I get a phone call today from the manager, saying they will cover 1/2 the cost ($350) because it’s been over a year. How was I to know they weren’t applying the bogo to my account? I had no way to know about it until I needed to replace a phone. So in the end, through GREED and BOLD FACED LIES they’ve stolen $1000 from me. So unless you like being lied to and stolen from, I suggest you go anywhere but here. Crooks

Just a heads up, if you have any questions about your uverse, do not bother going here. They will tell you they can only deal with direct TV. Im sorry, it just seems like if you own a service and have a brick and mortar store, your employees ought to be able to help your customers with that service. Just my opinion. Anyway, you will be told to go home and call customer service.
I would HIGHLY recommend getting another service provider other than AT&T. I have printed out an online chat from AT&T saying they would gladly provide a refund of a charge on my account. I was disconnected from the phone call and online chat but was able to print the chat. From being disconnected I had to call back to AT&T and they will now no longer honor what the previous reps on the online chat, phone call, and service tech told me that there would be no charge.
I was in town for a razorback game. needed to get help with problems with my phone. i was greeted and help by Rob. Very pleasant experience. I was very frustrated because of the problems i had with my phone but he calmed me down and helped me.
One of the best experiences I have had a with ATT in a long time. Omar (sorry if not spelled correctly) helped us out and even made sure that what we needed done was completed. Had to call customer service and he helped them to understand what needed to be done. Great service all around.
Most customers were wearing masks. None of the employees were. I had my 92 year old mother in the car with me and have a heart condition. You would think if the customer was wearing one the employee would have the courtesy of doing the same. Very uncomfortable there.
Polite staff.. they can use a few more employees there for the busy times, still a lot faster than the big location down the road. All my questions were answered and even helped me correct a few mistakes done by a different store.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The rudest most unhelpful associates work here. They even lied to me about things just because they didn’t want to help. I spoke with AT&T customer care and they verified that what the store told me was a lie and it sounded like the store was just trying to be difficult. Do not give this store your business.
The AT&T representative was very attentive and well informed to explain to us the services we were looking for and comparing them to other options we had questions about.

Couldn’t get my iPhone to connect with internet unless I was in a WiFi location. The salesman that helped me said this iPhone 7 was only designed to work for 2 years. He said they’d give me full credit on my phone, ($95.), to trade in on another. Then I’d have to pay $25 for 30 months to pay the new phone off. Or could send it in and file on the insurance I’ve been paying for years. I decided to go to the AT&T store by Lowe’s. I walked in, told the guy the problem, he hit a couple buttons and my phones working again. I told him the scenario at the store at 2401 W Walnut. He said that “this is a corporate store, I don’t make anything trying to sell you something”. I will not return or refer anyone to the first store, by Popeyes. There were 2 Hispanic men working, it was the smaller of the two working. The real problem was that my cellular data had gotten into the off position, that’s all. Did not need to purchase a new phone, OR, send it off for “repairs”. AT&T needs to train their employees!

Actually if I could give it zero stars I would. We had a sales person come to our house with a nice deal. We got service started, and received the first bill. Its in someones elses name. Not one person will help me fix it but expect me to pay the bill. I didnt ask for somebody elses name we wanted our name. Now our t.v is completely frozen and no one will fix it. So the response I got from a rep today was stop paying the bill so we can get service cut off and get it put in my name. Now why would I want to have this company again if the are not helping me now. This company is so horrible. Can attend not agree that they had a doorman not do their job correctly and except honorship that they screwed up? Take responsibility you guys messed up and now Im stuck with cable that doesnt work and cant send it back and a bill that is close to 100$
