You can’t get thru to anyone during day time hours on the phone, it finally just ends the call. I tried at least 6 times. Prescription’s we’re wrong or not filled, I realized after getting home with prescriptions. I switched all prescriptions to another location. Sure hope this one is better.
This is the absolute best pharmacy around. If I want that personal home touch feeling from a chain u definitely go there.
Made online appointment for covid testing. Arrived and was told they didnt have equipment. So you couldnt call me?no they couldnt. Do you have the self test. No we dont try Walgreens. There no excuse CVS. How unprofessional!
This pharmacy used to be very good when Ed (Manager) and Price used to work here. Since they left this pharmacy has become a trash. They dont care about the patients and they hang up the phone on your face. I will transfer my entire family prescription to WalMart.
Many, many times prescriptions have not been ready when requested. My husbands pain meds were not available post surgery, so he had to endure the first night post-op without pain meds. Today, I had to reschedule a medical procedure because the pre-op meds were not ready on time.
The drive thru is not fast and transferred all prescriptions to another pharmacy while waiting in line at the drive thru.
Scheduled a covid appt only to be told no covid equipment
Really should be ashamed of themselves. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. I work in healthcare and would be embarrassed to act the way they do here. The other CVS I ended up going to said within five seconds of my explaining the problem that this location has a terrible reputation. Can definitely see why, sad that their own franchises know to avoid this place.
Until around 2 months ago, CVS had a staff of extremely helpful people. The reason I stopped using Walmart pharmacy (which is less expensive) and stayed with CVS was because great customer service is more important to me. I know, at least for the most part, this CVS now has a different crew because last week, I had to go into the pharmacy to pick up a prescription in person because I never received the notification text. According to the CVS website, that prescription had been filled. Even though the website indicated it was complete, a technician informed me it was on hold (allergy medication) because they received multiple requests from my doctor for it. Anytime there was an issue or question about my prescriptions, the previous staff at this Pharmacy would reach out to me. If I had not stopped by the pharmacy to pick it up, I would have never known there was an issue. I stopped by the pharmacy instead of calling as I was already out running errands. The new staff are not as personable (specifically one of the female technicians), and often notification texts are sent to the customer before insurance has been applied to the cost. This is inconvenient for customers that wish to have their prescriptions mailed. Also, if a customer has a prescription thats not covered by insurance, they would get the cost via GoodRx.com prior to the notification text. When you are required to call the pharmacist, the AI CVS utilizes to route your call, etc. is most likely the first AI ever used. AI has improved significantly since the AI used at CVS. It has difficulty understanding the caller even when you speak clearly (this has been an issue since I became a CVS customer). Also, it often disconnects, or it does everything it can to re-route you away from speaking to a human.Today, I was on hold for an hour and the phone finally automatically re-routed me to the COVID-19 Hotline. Ive never called CVS and selected number 1 (COVID-19 HOTLINE). The female that answered, indicated that the call was re-routed to COVID-19 Hotline. I suspect, that happened because of the length of time I was on hold.Where is the CVS staff that went above and beyond for the customers?
Great pharmacy with hard working staff. All the complainers are just lazy people who want to fix problems with their own insurance or their doctor while holding up the drive thru.
This goes out to the pharmacy part of CVS if you get bothered that customer is asking questions or wants to make sure hes getting everything that was prescribed to him then you should leave that job and find something with less customers or less questions learn how to be patient and learn how to not roll your eyes at everything they ask thats basic customer service
If I could give a negative 10 I would. I dont know about the store overall Ive never had an issue with the store but the pharmacy was the nail in the coffin yesterday. My daughter and I were in search of a mask for an inhaler for my grandson we asked to speak to Cecilia and she treated us like a second class citizen because covered by the state insurance. Then she proceeded to tell me and my daughter that it was our job to find the mask she was too busy giving vaccines out. I was completely blown away when the pharmacy tech was helping us giving us the inhaler I told her that we would never be back and she lost business from my whole family Miss Cecilia the pharmacist came to the window and slammed it shut how rude can one person be. I spoke to the store manager Peter this morning he was very apologetic and said that was unacceptable and that this is not the first time that theres been complaints on her I felt like something would actually happen. I do not want Mr Cecilia to lose her job however I think it needs to be brought to her attention that her demeanor its probably worse than Dr Kevorkian. The pharmacy tech manager name Jackson call me and basically he pacified the situation made excuses for the pharmacist Cecilia and I basically told him in a kind way Im sorry youre pacifying the situation youre defending her Im ending this phone call. Long story short my grandson needed a mask so he could be able to breathe and the priority of that pharmacist Cecilia whats the vaccinate people not a 6-month-year-old baby that was fighting to breathe we will never do business here again.
Store is great people are great ..PHONE SYSTEM SUCKS .. takes forever to get the the right department and the automated system hung up me twice.. epic fail get a new phone system.. such a pain to have to call in on it
Way nicer and better service than Walgreens.
Always rude always slow and for the love of god don’t call and try to talk to a pharmacist you will sit on hold for a hour,I have still am on hold….
Script was called in 8:30am. I went to pick up at 6:30pm. They had almost 11 hours to fill it. It wasn’t ready and was told I have to drive around building if someone else pulls up. Then she forgot to give me change
30 minutes on hold still no human
I’ve been trying to get through on the phone with a worker 3 times today so far. I’ve been on hold for over 10 minutes each time. Awful service.
The whole team in the pharmacy on 2/26/2021 were very unprofessional and continued to fill my prescription wrong for the 3rd time today. Make sure you bring up GoodRX because they try to say that GoodRX won’t cover your medicine when they do. Then when you try to call back, they ignore your calls and hang up on you as if you don’t have a job, life, etc. I would rather be mauled by a bear than have to fill another prescription with them.
Don’t use this pharmacy if you take medication for mental health. They will treat you like a drug addict Instead of a normal person. I’m just trying to live my life normally just like everyone else. I will never use another CVS pharmacy again due to so many bad experiences at this one. I use Walgreens now and they understand mental health and it’s a comfortable experience instead of a nightmare.
Very slow to respond to phone calls. Took 20mins to get through to someone who couldn’t help.
Do not go to this pharmacy!! The pharmacist Amanda is very unprofessional. She will treat you as an addict. I was a first time customer and a last time customer.
The absolute worst pharmacy i have ever seen. It is an uphill battle to get a normal prescription. Staff constantly screw things up making it impossible to get your medication thus causing adverse effects from not taking your medication. Not to mention putting prescriptions in things like sandwhich bags or non approved containers. Will not ever use a CVS again.
Great place very clean although was out zinc
Will never go back to this CVS!
I just spent some time with Amanda (from pharmacy) on the phone and she went above and beyond for me. She was both very personable and professional with her services.
The pharmacist took extra effort to add discount coupon on the prescription
Clean store, ☆Great customer service☆, Found the product I needed with ease.
Cashiers during the night are suspicious dude
Every time I go I get treated very well. And when I couldn’t go myself they helped my son find what I needed. Great app, phone service, and customer service. Leaps and bounds over Walmart or Walgreens. Hopefully it’ll stay that way.
Makayla is a liar. We have been using our GoodRx there all the time with no problems. She argued back and forth with me about the prescription not matching the coupon. IT DID I USE IT ALL THE TIME THERE THE SAME EXACT COUPON! They also switch up the generic and regular without telling you so it screws with the insurance. They are so rude and inconsiderate to their customers. Sure they play the nice role and smile and greet you but boy are they fake and screw you over. So over this place. I dont understand why it went downhill because Ive been going here for the past 2 years and it has always been a delightful experience. Now Im thinking of switching to Walgreens. So ridiculous. Dont go here.
Really funny CVS store, i go inside to ask if they do the Covid test, they told me NO, and if i have the covid i should not be there inside the store LOL come on 🤣
I had my first prescription filled last month at cvs at Dixieland and Walnut. I counted the number of pills when I opened the bag the next morning. The script was one pill short. I thought I should call them to let them know because the script was a controlled substance. I could have done without the pull but I felt it was the responsible thing to do so they would be aware Incase this happens to other customers. When I spoke to the pharmacist, she said she was the one who counted it and she KNEW there were the correct number of pills. I assured her I was certain there was one missing. We both insisted we were right. So I explained the bag had not been opened until I opened it and took it back to the pharmacy to show it to her. My concern was that maybe between the time she counted them to putting it in the bag and staples shut, that someone had skimmed a pill.I thought I was being responsible. But instead I was treated like I HAD DONE SOMETHING WRONG. I assure you I did not want to start off my relationship with my very first prescription telling them my script was a pill short!!A month passes and I am in a hurry and go by the drive through to pick up my script. The pharmacist comes to the window and tells me she is not comfortable with giving me the prescription through the window.I thought... “seriously? I don’t want to be “that” person!” I said that out loud.So I park, run inside... am told to stand at the window counter and she counts the pills in front of me, then LOOKS UP AT ME TO MAKE EYE CONTACT AND ASKS ME IF I WANT HER TO COUNT THEM AGAIN. I asked her not to treat me like that. I thought to myself, I had done nothing wrong. She proceeds to walk away and hand the script to the counter clerk.I was extremely offended at how she felt with the matter. She insinuated I was a Liar and then tried to humiliate me the next time I filled my prescription.I just tried to be responsible and report the facts.
The pharmacy would not accept my Good Rx coupon that they accepted the month before. I cannot afford to pay 75$ for a prescription. If you arent going to honor coupons maybe dont put them out.
It’s good that we have CVS near by, staff is so friendly
The pharmacy helped me to quickly fill a prescription transferred from out of town while I was traveling. The store was very clean and well stocked and all staff I encountered were friendly and helpful!
I LOVE COMING HERE! I BOUT $150 WORTH OF STUFF TODAY AND ONLY PAID $40 😘. THOSE EXTRA BUCKS TAKE YOU ALONG WAY!! GET YOU A CVS CARD AND SAVE,SAVE,SAVE...
I have used this pharmacy for over a year for my whole family. When they first opened they where great but they have gone down in patient care, they are rude and disrespectful. I have been talked down to, snapped at and bad mouthed in front of other customers numerous times by the pharmacy staff especially the techs. Ill be changing pharmacies and passing the word around to patients I see in my clinic not to use them.
The store is a lot bigger than what I thought and they have it so nice and clean. Employees were so nice and helpful.
I love our CVS! I use to visit Walgreens, but the employees st CVS are friendly and helpful. Every time I am there they inform me of new deals and specials. Last time I was there the guy helped my install the CVSapp and was so patient telling me how to use it. My husband went to Walgreens and was told his prescription would be very expensive, when he went to CVS, they explained about the GoodRX app and the prescription was less than 20.00!
They were extremely nice and understanding in the pharmacy with my medications needs. They were polite and overall showed good customer service which made my experience overall great.
Fast service. Great doctors
Ok, so I asked them over the phone if they have a drug for my sons ADHD. THey said they did. I went over, gave them my insurnace and was told my insurance only covered brand name. Next they told me that drug costs $220 but with coupon from goodrx I would get it 50%. here is where the problem is. They actually gave me generic drug, not brand name for $108. My insurance covers brand name and it would have cost me $60. So, they probably didnt have brand name and tricked me into buying generic......
Rude very rude last time I will use them. The pharmacist Cecilia
Extremely rude and needs to work on customer service
0. They need customer service classes or something.
I wish I could give 0 points. Horrible experience with CVS operator. They dont know how to talk to customers.
Avoid this pharmacy at all costs!!
Trying to get someone on the phone is impossible, I have been on the phone waiting for 45 minutes to an hour.....
Very kind, they support you in finding products 👍🏻
