Set up new account with this pharmacy. First prescription submitted by my MD was for continuation of a long-time medication. Received notification (email) from Walgreens stating the medication was”Out of Stock”, that an attempt to obtain it would be made and that I would be notified when it was available. Multiple attempts made to contact the pharmacy - long wait times, then call disconnected! Attempted “online chat”, again with extensive wait time, resubmitting of demographics only to be told Arkansas was out of their “network” and they could not help me (offered both a survey to take and a copy of the transcript from this encounter, neither of which were provided). Finally able to speak with a pharmacist later in the evening who had to be challenged to try to come up with a solution of some sort, but was not concerned about doing so. I am discontinuing my account with Walgreens and have found another pharmacy who has the medication available, and no issues related to a back order.
I went in today because I had a SCHEDULED appointment for a vaccine and literally waited like 20min for someone to acknowledge the fact that I was standing waiting at the desk. After they acknowledged me they couldnt find a list of scheduled appointments (they do walk in too so why do the need a list just to see my name, that at this point I was 30-40mins late since no one acknowledged me) after printing a need list I filled out paper work and was going to give it to one of TWO associates at the desk, neither of them acknowledged me again and at that point I was there over a hr ended up leaving! Worst customer service ever!!Need to acknowledged customers and be more professional and ready with their stuff, if busy or short staff that if fine but at least let customers you will be with them in a sec. Or something!!Wont be going there again!
Don’t use this pharmacy EVER. Worst customer service ever!!! Use CVS or Walmart!!! I checked pharmacy hours (close 11:pm) after I got confirmation my prescription was ready for collection. Drove 40 miles, got there at 6:40 & pulled into drive thru behind another car but NO ONE came to the window. Finally just walked in (@ 7:pm) to find this note. You could hear the workers inside talking and laughing. Dear Walgreens Pharmacy You Suck!!!!!
Pharmacy never answers the phone when I needed important information on my medications. I waited 2 hours on the phone last night and 1.5 hours today and was told by the store manager that they wont answer the phone. Why have an option to speak to a pharmacy representative. I have transferred my meds to Wal-Mart where they actually answer your calls and care about the customers. I will never step foot in another Walgreens as long as I live
Cant even get through to the pharmacy. I can understand that they are slammed due to what is going on, but when you get to the point where you are the next caller in line, Walgreens phone system hangs up on you. Ridiculous!
Absolutely the worst pharmacy ive ever used. Ive waited for 4 hours to get medication to be told id have to come back the following day after being promised if I waited they would fill.
Ive faught with the pharmacy and store manager, Gary, for almost 3 weeks now to get my medication to save my pregnancy and unfortunately while waiting on them and getting the runaround, I have lost my baby and still havent got my medication. Gary repeatedly says he will call back and says he will personally have the pharmacy manager call you, but he NEVER does what he says. Message after message has went ignored. Today I find out from the pharmacy manager that its the first time she has ever heard of the situation from Gary! Gary is a liar, a terrible store manager and a worthless human whom doesnt deserve the position he has! Avoid this store and their terrible management at all cost!
Ive used this welgreens for many many yrs with all three of my kids they were so awesome back then I would reward them!!! Now that I have grandkids this welgreens has changed NOT FOR THE BETTER OF THINGS BUT FOR THE WORST!!! TOOK ONE GRANDCHILD TO DOCTORS OFFICE AT 10AM YEASTERDAY MORNING. WAITED ALL DAY CAME TO GET THE MED. AT 9 AT NITE THEY WERE PACKED SO I WENT HOME WITHOUT MED. CAME BACK TODAY AT 10AM TO GET THE MED. AND AFTER DOCTOR CALLED IT IN 24 HOURS AGO IT STILL AINT DONE IM SITTING IN DRIVE THRU NOW CUZ THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD TRY AND HAVE IT DONE IN 30 MINS AND IVE BEEN SITTING STILL IN DRIVE THRU AN HOUR WITH THREE CARS IN FRONT OF ME... IF U ASK ME THIS IS B=S SP EASE GET SOME WORKERS THAT WILL WORK AND FIXS THIS WELGREENS BACK UP AND RUNNING SMOTHLY AGAIN OR I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The drive-thru at this pharmacy is the slowest I’ve ever experienced. I’ve visited Walgreens drive-thru’s in four states and this is by far the worst. Two lanes just sitting for at least fifteen minutes on multiple occasions. Absolutely dreadful.
Rogers Walgreens pharmacy has gotten ridiculously slow!!! Sat in drive through for an hour when there was only 4 cars in front of me! I will be transferring elsewhere!
Avoid this place like Covid. Get prescriptions elsewhere-they don’t care. Erin darling, I’ll arrive whenever I please. 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 3 days…that’s not your job. You tell me when it’s ready, hun. You just stick to filling bottles and maybe we can talk about punctuality later (ex. you taking three extra days to fill prescriptions after multiple calls). When did customer service become a battle between the control freak and the customer?
Probably the slowest pharmacy in the U.S. routinely out of my needed medications and cannot get my 90 day auto refills in sync, got to keep coming back over and over again to get my meds....this has been an ongoing issue for years, think its time to change pharmacies Ive had enough
Pharmacy team is awesome, even though they have to deal with a-hole customers ALL DAY LONG during a PANDEMIC. Cut them some slack PLEASE. I see how some people treat these technicians and its terrible.. shame on yall. They do their best. All the managers and team members are awesome and the store is neat and clean. Front cashiers are awesome as well. On that note, you have to be patient when you want photos done sometimes. Please keep in mind that the cashiers run both front and photo at times. Please be nice to CSAs during this pandemic.
Rude. Whats the point of making an appointment when your still sitting there an hour or more after? They turned away a walk in also. Very rude. Not going back there again.
I just left Walgreens pharmacy in the drivethru. While waiting at the window, I listened while the person in the car next to me berated Eljon. The person beside me must’ve had a terrible day because he was letting it all out on Eljon. Eljon took it very professionally, though he had no fault in the situation. I admired the way he navigated the situation. Walgreens is lucky to have him!
This store is always the longest part of any doctors visit !! Their drive thru hours arent clearly posted, they randomly close the drive thru whenever they want. If the hours would have been posted I wouldnt have waited 30 min. When it was our turn they had someone send a note out saying they where closed because someone was ready for a break. Our entire family will most likely send our current and future prescriptions to another pharmacy most likely the one across the street. Thanks for totally wasting our time.
MARCEL literally makes my day every time I am in this store (which is frequent)! He is absolutely one of the most kind and just AWESOME human beings EVER! Please hold onto him, he’s a keeper!
They stole an item from me and never gave me money for it. They are to lazy to see anyone at the pharmacy drive thru.
Thanks to Amanda’s advice at the drive thru I saved $130 on my prescription. I expected to pay $170 but she informed me of mfg savings card and I only paid $40. How good is that! Thanks, Amanda
Went for a passport photo. No one at the counter. Someone saw me waiting after a little bit and got someone to help me: Jocelyn. She took one photo, did not allow me to view it, had me pay and THEN gave me the photo. Next time, I will go out of my way to visit a different Walgreens.Pharmacy is nice. It is because of them I will not give this location a one star rating.
Not a big fan of the pharmacy itself. You have to wait forever, especially if you need counseling on your medication, which is supposed to happen on new to you meds. Add to that the fact that its not an easy place to get in and out of because of the heavy traffic, and I avoid the place, except for some photo service products that not all locations have. Their photo lab is pretty good when you catch a special offer. You can find those under Walgreens Photo.
The cashier who was working tonight was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She followed me around and asked me more than three different times if I was ready to check out yet. I was fully aware of what time the store was closing at. She should have made an announcement about the closing time like every other store does. Especially because I was not the only customer inside shopping.
Walgreens is a good place.Andrew is a wonderful person. Thanks you so much.
I love this Walgreens! Its very convenient that they are open 24 hours, the workers are always friendly and the pharmacy goes as fast as they can. Sometimes the line through drive through can take a minute but when i ask to pick up my meds its done within 2 minutes.
Takes forever to speak to somebody in pharmacy. Probably not the staffs fault, but its a good reason to take your business to one if the few independent pharmacies in the area.
Love this store. Sales, senior days, discounts with card and now online coupons. Pharmacists that really, actually help you. Whats not to love with all that?
Open on christmas? Thats desperate, and gready. Pluss everything cost more there. Then the walgreen card thing bumps prices down a little to what they should be, not realy a discount, more like a trick.
Ive taken my prescriptions here on occasion because Im not always able to make it to my regular pharmacy by closing 6pm. Someone needs to speak with the pharmacists about their attitudes. I have cancer so I am prescribed narcotic painkillers. Every time I come here they treat me like a piece of trash because of my medication. People dealing with horrible health issues shouldnt have to be looked down upon because of their medications. If you have a personal problem with any medication, GET A DIFFERENT JOB!
Painfully slow. Got in the pharmacy drive thru at 9pm. Im the third person in line and it takes 40 minutes to finally get to the window. Takes another few minutes for her to pull it up because she couldnt get my last name right. Ill never fill anything there again.Adding to my review: MORE reason to never go to this Walgreens. DO NOT get your passport photo taken here it is expensive, took 30 minutes and looked horrible. I was in such a huff to get out of there that I did not bother to have her redo it and I really regret paying for it. I could see her the entire time and have no idea what was taking her so long. She did a poor job of editing my photo where she cropped/blurred around my head and just looked weird. In the future, I will either go to the post office, UPS or even take the picture myself and have it printed at the Walmart 1-hr photo.NEVER going to this Walgreens again if i can help it.
Great customer service, I came from out of town and helped me get my meds, ty
They dont offer dye free prescription options for children. And every single time they just say theyre currently out but they really just dont have them because Ive tried to fill a dye free Rx there 5+ times this year and theyve never had it.
This is a very bad place for pharmacy bad costumer service, came 2 hour later to pick neds for my child and thay said still not ready .
I really felt weird getting my prescriptions here, kinda looked at and treated low because of the medication I required. But a certain young lady named Dana really changed that so I transferred my scripts back here. Thanks Dana
Worst customer service from a pharmacy ever!!! I’d give them a -1 if I could!!
Came here tonight after a later visit to the emergency department with 4 prescriptions to be filled. Decided to go in instead of the drive-thru and just wait while it was being ready - got inside and only one man was in front of me and the pharmacist was literally jogging at one point from grabbing different medicines to bagging it an so forth simply so he could make the process easier for the man and so he could get back home to his wife whom the medicine was for. Got all 4 of my scripts done in about 20 minutes which is fast for them. Im pretty positive his name was Randy but not 100% but if he is Randy or whatever his name is.. Walgreens has a great pharmacist in him as he was extremely hard working and VERY personable. Spoke with a gentlemen while waiting for my medicine that is a pain management patient and said that Randy (or Whatever his name is if I am mistaken, which if I am mistaken then I apologize to him) has been so great to him when any other pharmacist have not and have been judgement of his prescriptions and pain I guess and just how thankful he was - my point with that was that the man couldnt say a bad thing about him and spent a solid 5 mintes talking about how great he is and looks forward getting to comeIn and speak with him due when its time for his refills and I could see this reflected by how personable he was to the man. He was asking the man about how hes doing just in general, not involving medicine or anything and seemed to genuinely care. When it was turn to pay for my medicine i asked him if he was the only one working in there or if maybe someone was on lunch/called in and he said that he was the only worker in there which was sad because he seemed very pressured to get things done quickly but was doing so great at doing so! Whoever is Randys boss should consider giving him a raise or some recognition for how hard he works and for his kindness towards patients. He was literally to about to break a sweat it looked like while he was explaining my medicine to me from not only filling my 4 prescriptions but at least 2 other customers inside as well as 2 more cars in the drive-thru from running around trying to make everyones wait shorter. I have never seen a pharmacist who was that dedicated to working quickly but very efficiently to try and get everyones scripts filled so they could get home, take a dose, get some rest and be on the way to feeling much better. Just thought this store should know that they have a gem of an employee!
Staff so pleasant and helpful.
The customer service here is horrible they were rude and did not try to help
Extremely poor service in the pharmacy department. I sat in the drive through line for 35 minutes and then the person was confused on which lane she was helping first. I have had several poor experiences because they seem to always be understaffed.
Associates are always personable, friendly and attentive.
I have had to wait on the phone to speak with a pharmasist for over 30 mins. I have been hung up on more than once which starts the waiting game all over again. The staff are abrupt and rude. I only use them when absolutly necessary. I had to use them for a transfer of meds and they couldnt seem to do so easily or with much knowledge.
Friendly and great savings with rewards card.
Lines take a very long time because people are forced to signup to receive dicounts if you dont you dont get the discount and you stand there forever waiting for people to fill out this app and only one register
Friendly staff and very helpful.
Was waiting for 40 minutes I bip in to tell the staff to send me the basket to send my prescription the Staff at the farmacy was rude and they always have a bad attitude this is not the first time that this happens
POORLY TRAINED STAFF. Multiple bad experiences here...
Helpful and super friendly staff
Perfection!
Nothing
Worst pharmacy ever. By far. Always extremely late filling prescriptions and I have to fight with the staff to get my meds every time. Even when Ive waited days. Knowing this, I waited 2.5 days this time. Sat in drive thru for an hour. Patiently. Get to the window and she tells me its not ready and refuses to fill it because theyre busy and someone is in front of me. (After sitting patiently for 10 min being ignored and only was spoken to after I rang the bell). Even though mine is from DAYS ago somehow Im still at the end of the line? Manager got pharmacist to fill it but wanted me to pull around the building and wait. Nope, not after sitting in drive thru for an hour. Ill wait right here. I manage a restaurant. I understand being short staffed. But you couldnt get to mine at any point in the last 2.5 days?! And telling me to my face you flat out dont have time and dont know when it can be filled? You all are making people sick and maybe even letting people die waiting for meds. Wow. Never again. Yall should lose your license.
