Got charged 140 bucks for a car hauler that was suposse to be 80 bucks. Look elsewhere for your needs, this place rents uhauls out and sells dope pipes inside.

The Indian guy in there is very greedy. If youre even 1 hour late returning U-haul he will charge you an extra day. Uhaul elsewhere Ive rented wont charge if returning after hour.

We’ve been dealing with Stop and Go/U-Haul for years, they are the best in town! They are always professional and helpful in every way!

Preventative maintenance, general maintenance and newer trucks that aren’t on their last leg would be a good start to keeping the experience for the customer in good standing. Also, I was charged an additional $46.68 and nobody has been able to explain that to me. The man at Stop and Go U-Haul simply said it would be credited back in a few days. I would love to have something in writing explaining this to me. Whether or not the mystery charge goes away, having to sit half a mile down the road at the gas station for a dead battery for 2 hours really did me in. Overall, this experience has taught me to never turn to U-Haul ever again. There are many more options out there that I will explore and recommend to others in the future.

Terrible. We paid with debit at the pump and it wouldn’t work, when we went in to ask they said it wasn’t working. We then tried to pay there at the register and found out it took out an extra $50. Very sketchy.

There is an Indian store inside. This is one of the 2 Indian stores in the area as far as I know
