Just a complete and utter disaster. Started okay with good consultation at the store and an appointment set up with a Home Theater specialist. Nice young man who helped with the pricing. Then... He went on vacation, didnt attend the consultation with the installers then basically fell off the map. The installers (whom said would be available for question at anytime) basically told me to do all the wiring, set up myself. Not in their purview. They would not answer texts or calls with my questions. Nor would the specialist, nor would the person assigned while he was gone. I even went to the store for advise and there was no one there to help either. Fast forward to install day. After I did all the prep and research myself (as I had no help from the store), THEY DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP. Just got back from the Best Buy store with my $12,000 returned to my card. Starting all over from scratch. Do not use these people. Their communication and customer service was awful. Just a complete joke. The only reason Im giving the one star is because it wouldnt allow me to give zero stars.
Waited an hour for help, never got any before the store closed. Have tried to call 3 times, gave up after 30 minutes on hold each time. If anyone works in the Magnolia area at all, Ive seen no evidence of it..
