Went to buy a new phone very nice and helpful staff recommend them.

Was an amazing experience. Just went on for new phone case and screen protector. Taylor was so helpful and very knew exactly what I was needing and even put the screen protector and phone case on my phone and made absolute sure everything was perfectI will for sure be going to that location from now on.

I had a great experience with the girls, both of them at metro. Metro decided it was not my phone that was causing me problems. But like I said both girls were totally awesome very congenial and a little bit down because they could not help me because it was not my phone causing the problem it was the people calling me who are on a ATT. Thank you girls, awesome,thank you Metro I have been with Metro for over four years maybe five dont know for sure love you.

They got my phone working prooerly in just minutes even though they had never seen a phone doing what my phone was doing. They kept their word about the cost of the plan I am on. And though my phone is not top of the line it is the best phone I have ever had. Service is great and very helpful.

The people here were very helpful! We came to pay our bill and there was an error between the credit card machine and their computer. After several calls to our bank and the employees calling their help desk and an hour later they were able to process our payment. It was frustrating for all of us but they were very nice the whole time. Much appreciated!

Ive had service with metro since February 2017. My husband and I bought our phones when we started our service. Within a month he had to replace his. A month later he had to get another phone. Now he is having problems with this one too. I just started having problems with my phone. Went up there Friday to see if I could get another phone (we have warranties). The guy said we could either pay for an upgrade phone or go to his friend to get my power button fixed, which isnt the problem. We went back up there today and the girl (breannah) was super rude. She looked at my husbands phone, factory reset the phone, and told him to come back in a week. Still didnt fix the problem. She then looked at my phone and factory reset it.... which didnt fix my phone either. She did order me another phone. But Nobody at this store has a single clue what they are doing. They have no idea how to fix phones. They are also rude. We both lost all of our pictures and contacts! And we still havent had our problems fixed! Metro service and prices are good. But the people are awful.

Major problem with this store: NO handicapped entrance/ramp. - not ADA compliant. Prices are competitive and the sales staff was kind, knowledgeable and helpful, but I have to take off a lot of points for no handicap entrance/ramp.

Young man helping me didnt port my numbers after specifically asking him about it twice. After an hour and a half and other small gaffes, he gave me my phones and said they should start working in about 2 hours. I went to my car and noticed he had put Sim card holder in upside down on both phones. I turned them around and they began working immediately. Love my Metro PCS price and service but will not be stopping here again.

Nice guys. They may not be experts on the phone models but I think its because new phones are released so often. They were helpful as possible, friendly, and one guy gave me a good recommendation for lunch. Thanks!

I have had metro since I was a teenager. I love the service but this store sucks. Theres always a line because theres not enough employees. Its okay tho, because who are you going to complain to? Corporate is only for phone issues. I was waiting for a phone warranty just to be told it was never documented, and Id have to wait. This customer service makes me consider going to Sprint.

They have a pretty good deal going right now.. 2 free phones (of good value) when you switch and 2 lines unlimited text, talk and data for $80. :)

Very good company and the owners are great people to and will take great care you. I switched from Verizon and it saved me about 550 dollars a month for 4 phones. Taylor and Tracey will do you right and are good honest people.

If it only a rating based on staff, 4 stars. Problem with this is the service they sell also needs to be good. I switched two weeks ago and havent been able to send test replies, use the mobile hotspot or send any video or audio in emails using the gmail app, the yahoo app or the O365 outlook app. All different email addresses and apps stch the message in the outbox if anything multimedia is attached. I can connect all devices to the phones mobile hotspot but non of them are given an IP address, subnetmask, gateway or dns server. Just 0s. Heres the best part, absolutely no refunds for non working services they tell me at this store.

Wow I cant imagine a place worse than here. They made a problem with my account. They told me its not there fault, and on top of that they told me that it was my fault that the problem had occurred. Its a shame when a company will not take blame for their actions will throw their customers and other associates under the bus is ridiculous. I had to jump through so many Hoops to get my problem resolved it was Unreal. Luckily someone in the customer support line was able to get me fixed up and situated but I will not go back to that store at all!

The first month of service I recieved was GREAT, I just paid my bill yesterday of $55.00.Woke up this morning to my phone not getting service at all or data (which im supposed to have unlimited of).. Anyway ive tried to reboot my phone several times, at lucky short intervals ill get 4g for a few minutes.. Enough time to call the office or whatever it is.. They dont answer, ive been calling all morning to try and talk to someone about how to fix this issue! And im not getting any support! Whenever i do get ahold of them im switching back to straight talk, this is just ridiculous service! I DO not recommend this shady place one bit!

The price and network are great but, customer accomodation could use a bit of work. The person i just spoke to seemed as though i was bugging her. To the point that i was offended. Whatever the issue is here it seems to be presistant. As i am scrolling through reviews and seeing the only negaitive comments are about customer service inside this location.
