Super helpful people. Very friendly and so much help I wouldnt trust a lot of people with something thats permanent, but these folks here have my trust thank you. That means more now a days than most people realize.

Found our old paint colors from 5 years ago, super helpful. Nice clean store with a lot of options. Could use some help, just 1 guy behind the counter so its a bit slow.

If I was rating just the service and the paint we got, this wouldve been a 5 star review. We tried getting the right paint color from samples from our wall 3 times at a closer home improvement store, and their color never got close. We tried one time at Sherwin Williams and it was perfect! And the staff was very professional and kind. The only reason I knocked the review down to 4 stars is because we bought knock down spray that sprayed like silly string and it was a mess. But the store was very kind and understanding and did what they could to fix the problem. Going forward Sherwin Williams has all of our paint business!

I have always had great advice and quick service at Sherwin-Williams in Rogers. The associates are well trained and get me in and out quickly. We have had great results with our Sherman Williams paint.

Needed respirators last min and they set them aside until I could get there. Great customer service.

Really unhappy with the customer service. Condescending to women. We received the little lady attitude from the salesman.

The employees were friendly. They got me everything I needed to do my project. If youre looking for more color options than walmart or Lowes I would recommend them.

The team at the Walnut store in Rogers is extremely helpful! I have been in several times in the past month or so, trying to find exactly the right stains for a home building project. Parker has wiped a lot of different stain colors on a lot of wood samples for me. He helped me mix a custom color for some very thirsty rough sawn pine. They have come to know me by name and I feel like they want my business!

Randy the manager here is very cold and unfriendly. Went there today to see if they could match some old cans. He was very rude and didnt seem like he wanted to help me. So I took the cans back from them and left. Went to Lowes and got them matched in 15 minutes. Im never going to Sherwin Williams ever again.

This is better than the other Sherwin’s in town, but they aren’t as receptive to DIY-ers as they are pros. As for their actual product quality, it’s better than the big box stores, and color selection is sublime. You could do far worse.

Sherwin-Williams has become extremely overpriced, they think its nothing to charge 50 to $90 per gallon for paint, I have become a vespar man
