Great Ace store. Always helpful and polite.Best place for screws, bolts and hardware. I can stress how much I appreciate the per piece buying for hardware. Sometimes you dont need a pack of 50 to get the job done. I love this store. Thanks guys.

I generally use Huntsville Lumber but when Im in Rogers its the best I know of in the area for all sorts of hardware and home repairs.

I had a screen put in a door. That i bought front them. I had to take the screen off so i could paint it. Number one the guy told me it takes a few hours when i drop it off. So i thought it be done that day. So they should tell the costumer that they it takes a few days for the door. So i went and pick it up to. Poor work. My door was all scratche nd dirty.. poor quality of work. I showed the guy. He didnt even care.

Customer service is awful! Bought some air filters for my cabin. I got the wrong size on one and because I had removed the outer plastic cover, they wouldn’t exchange it. It could have easily been re-shrink wrapped and sold again. After working for the largest retailer in the world for several years and knowing what little effort it takes to resell a returned item, they will never get my business again! Sucks for them bc I’m constantly doing do it yourself projects at my cabin and I’ll never give them my business again!

Great for a first stop! Employees are helpful and courteous. Some stuff costs more than at Lowes or Home Depot but its convenient and not as far out, although they obviously dont have the same large selection. For what they offer, five stars.

Its a decent hometown hardware store. When they have what I need, the staff is always happy to help me find it. Very friendly.Parking and leaving is typically a nightmare.
