Was on Hudson in Rogers, meeting with a contractor and stopped by DES.Renovating a house in Bella Vista and needed to contract for getting my AV system installed and tuned up when I move in.Spoke to the reception person at the front desk. Shared what I had in terms of equipment and the services I needed. Also shared my contact information.This was over 2 weeks ago. No call backs, no emails, just silence.I am a ready and willing buyer - Disappointing...

I know next to nothing re: audio setup/equipment and I called to set up a look at built in speakers not working in our newly constructed home. DES answered the phone on my first call attempt (better than competitors I called, no answer to phone calls) and took down all info and scheduled a date/time for the technicians to come work the problem. They were up front with pricing and the follow on invoice matched the quote exactly. Technicians were knowledgeable and fast in their work. Will definitely use when the need arises again

Integrity.I got my start in this company. I remember my look. I could feel it in my face.My immediate supervisor. Whom also taught. Me that everything is a system. Told me to study. I would not be ready for 3 years.Years?That is the integrity this company has.They Far exceeds anyone I have seen since.They challange their employees. They are a family.Birthday parties on everyones birthday. We may have had to stay until midnight a couple nights in a row every now and then. We found a way to laugh.Our technicians. Were CTS holders. They will gladly and proudly call an Engineer out. You have to be on your game to work here.Contracts are based on trust.These are trusting people.

DES is GREAT! We had some speakers that we needed installed in our media room. We had another company take a look and they said it couldn’t be done. DES came out and had everything up and running in under 3 hours.
