Great experience! Helped me find a truck when no other company could! Called and followed up to make sure I knew where it was coming from and when I would be able to pick up. Excellent customer service...thanks Lindsey! Will rent from again!!! Gained a loyal customer.

Reserved a 16’ truck (because it was the smallest they had) only to get to the pickup location and find out they hadn’t been able to find a working vehicle in that size. They offered to upgrade to a 26’ truck for free but we only had a few items and it would have been ridiculous to drive over 1,000 miles with an unnecessarily large truck. U-haul found us a 10’ truck which was perfect for the amount of items we had.Hoping for better luck next time. Customer service was good enough when we called to cancel/resolve the reservation (while standing at the Customer Service counter in Home Depot) and ensure we weren’t charged.

Super helpful and amazing customer service, Ms Angel is the one helped us and made our visit at Penske in the Home Depot in Rogers.

Your website shows you are OPEN today between 7am and 8 pm, and when i called your automated phone service says 8am -12pm. fix your website please its not good customer service!
