They damaged literally every piece of furniture.They blocked our calls immediately. They have not responded to our claims -with pictures and their forms. The driver was also taking pictures as they unloaded. I tried to find their offices when I went back to Northwest Ark. I could not find an office . Beware, Beware. This was the worst experience. Literally every piece of furniture is ruined. This is no exaggeration.

I went by the other positive reviews on this site and they were right! The guys were professional, efficient and friendly. My move to storage required 2 trips and they were mindful of my things. They really know how to pack a storage unit!

3-man crew helped top off a two-week, gradual transition to our new home with heavy lifting: washer, dryer, fridge, freezer (upright), dressers, couch, exercise equipment, and so on. Very amicable, appreciative, careful, courteous, and quite sociable. There was a 2-hour minimum fee, but I was fine with it; they saved me from exhaustion. I really enjoyed the experience and the dedication to caution and attention to detail. If you need some muscle with finesse, call Razorback Moving.

The movers sent to move me were on time and friendly. They listened to instructions and worked quickly. All of my belongings were packed securely. The price was also very reasonable.

A friend recommended this company for my move and I decided to give them a try. I almost ended up having to do the move myself but in the end Razorback moving was able to get everything done, even the packing. No call/ no show. I booked the move on their website and received an email with the schedule date, time, and rough quote. I called, left voice messages, and emailed throughout the week leading up to the moving date trying to confirm and make sure I did my part. I dont know what else I could have done better. I reached out after the move date with a follow up email, but did not receive a response. I wanted to support this local business, but did not get the chance to.

Avoid this company. These guys no call/no showed me two times in a row after I confirmed a move date. I still have not gotten anyone on the phone days later. They called an hour and a half after they no showed the first time and said they’d be here 9 the next day. Never showed and never heard anything from them since. Do not trust these guys at all, use literally anyone else.

I hired Razorback moving for a local move on April 16. The movers showed up in time and worked steadily to get things loaded. During the process of unloading the movers unloaded a very heavy dresser putting all the weight on one leg. This resulted in breaking the leg and the support for the leg completely off the dresser. I immediately called the owner, David, and sent him an email with photos and all the details. I was assured the damage would be fixed or the item replaced. I have called and emailed repeatedly for two weeks with no response.

Called several times and left voicemails, reached out via Facebook, and called days before the move date to try and update the move info and did not get a response. The day before we moved, we received a call along the lines of “we’ll be there tomorrow at 10”. We had already hired another company by then 🤷🏻‍♀️

Tried to hire these guys for a move. Dave seems nice, at first. However, as the move date approaches, he becomes more difficult to reach. I had to turn my caller ID off to get him to answer me. We told him all along it was a corporate move, needed reimbursement the works... his movers called on their way and said cash or MO, neither of which are professionally reimbursable. Had to find someone else last minute because the move is TODAY. I would not, could not recommend these guys for a corporate move. Beyond unprofessional and I’m extremely disappointed in their service.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. They came highly recommended however the service that was provided was extremely poor. I bought brand new furniture just a few months ago, I hired Razorback Moving to move my 1750 Sqft house within 5 miles of my new house. I had most items packed in storage bins and boxes. The movers damaged every single piece of furniture in my house. They even threw away a sofa table that they destroyed without even letting me know about it. I found the table broken beyond repair in the trash. My dining room table was one of the pieces of furniture that was brand new and they dropped it gauging 3 huge chunks of wood from the table top. They did not take the legs off of the table so when they were moving it, they sat stuff on the table and then pushed the table which resulted in the legs becoming loose and splitting the wood around the bottom of the table top where the legs connect. They broke 2 of the hooks off of my coat rack. Then when they put the coat rack in my new house, they made sure they put the broken side against the wall to hide the damage. To this day, we still havent found the hooks that were on the coat rack. They destroyed the evidence so they can deny responsibility. The living room furniture was also new, they packed something against back of the living room chair resulting in the fabric having a permanent indention. The bedroom suite, also brand new, they damaged the nightstands, by chipping the top of them. The dresser they did not cover so they sat stuff on the top of it and scratched the finish off of the dresser. We have a platform bed with drawer around the sides and at the foot of the bed. Instead of taking the bed completely apart, the movers just removed the drawers and detached the headboard from the frame and slid the frame out of the house. This caused the frame to be unstable and also scratched the finish on the frame. They also chipped the base of the headboard while loading onto the truck. I have 3 decorative metal trunks. They smashed the trunks causing the metal to be dented. I also have a metal workbench that I bought from Sams Club just a couple of weeks prior to the move, they slammed it against the side of the truck denting the front of it. We have a huge 4 piece desk that they damaged the surface of the desk by not covering it during the move as well as the overhead cabinets. They shoved the 2 wheel hand dolly into the front of the cabinets, scratching it as well. Attached are some of the pictures from the damage this company caused. They sent out 4 movers and took over 9.5 hours to move 1750 Sqft and they did not move everything, we still had to spend a full day moving the rest of the stuff. Also, they showed up an hour and half late. I had to push the closing of the house back due to them showing up late. Then when we went to close on the house, it took a little longer than expected so the movers had about an hour and half break before we got back to let them in the new house. I still paid Razorback Moving for that hour that their movers were sitting in my new driveway doing nothing. I truly would not have cared to pay them for that hour of them sitting had they not damaged EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF NEW FURNITURE in my house! I also paid Razorback Moving around $1,500 for them to damage my items. Since then I have contacted them to get them to take care of the damaged property, they demanded photos of the items, so I sent them to them. They are claiming 1) They have not gotten the photos and 2) They are not able to open the photos. It is truly delay/stall tactics to hopefully not have to pay for the damage they caused to our property. Since this I have also learned that Razorback Moving is notorious for damaging others belongings. I have a co-worker that Razorback Moving moved her family and they cause damaged to a hand carved leg on a $10,000 bar in their house. They drug the bar across the floor which sheared the hand carved leg off of the bar. I would highly advise anyone to find a different moving company if you want to protect your valuables.

Run away!I used them for my move. They scratched the door of the house that I moved out of because they did not take the doors off of the fridge or house. At the new house they did not connect the hoses to the dryer properly. They also left without assembling our king size bed which is a wood peace assembly not your box spring. So we had to hire a handyman to do it. They also did not bother to attach the refrigerator handle bars. They also lost a part to my wifes china cabinet that connects to the door.The guy in charged shook his head in anger when I asked them to fix the dryer connection,.If they would have not been in such a hurry this could have been done right the 1st time. I would have paid extra just for the job to have been done correctly,I tried to call the supervisor right after they left telling them that the bed was not assembled. Then I called the company main phone and left a message, but they never even called me back.

DO NOT USE THEM! Hired them to move us from Fayetteville to Bentonville. They hooked up our refrigerator but did not tighten the water line completely. Water leaked into the walls for a week and when I called them, the person that answered the phone said he had to contact the owner of the company. He later called back telling me that they would not be covering any damages and that the owner would not be calling me... Your employees cause thousands of dollars worth of damage and you cant even pick up the phone?Update - The above happened 2 years ago. Razorback moving just responded to this review explaining its not the norm. Even if its not the norm, you should still resolve issues and mistakes you cause as a company. Our insurance company is STILL trying to recoup our losses from you. To this day, the generic review response you just left here on google is the only piece of communication we have received from Razorback Movers since the indecent. I have also updated this review with images showing a SMALL portion of the damage we had to deal with. I stand by my 1 star review.

Razorback Moving were FANTASTIC! We used the in a move 2 years ago and again last week for another move. They went above and beyond with making sure things were wrapped up and then helped set things up in the new place. They even moved a few larger items that I changed my mind about the location on when moving in. The guys were super nice as well! I hope we will not be moving again in the near future, but the next time we do we will be using Razorback Moving!!

They were done very quickly and were very professional. Two hours for $209. Some of our furniture was heavy and it arrived to the new place safely. Thank you so much!

The team that arrived to my home was friendly and they worked quickly for the situation. I am only rating three stars, though, because the team was 5 hours late due to the previous job taking longer than expected. I had to text and call to get updates initially. But toward the 2 hour late mark, a team member was keeping me informed of what was happening and was rather apologetic. When I brought it up to the manager after they arrived, I was met with a rather unfriendly explanation that times are busy and thats just how it is. He did offer $40 off which is nice, but they still charged the two hour minimum which I feel like should have been waved out of courtesy for the time I lost. The move ended up being only about 8 items including a small piano (+$75 added which is very reasonable!) as I had already moved boxes while waiting and the whole job took about an hour at most, in total around $330 + credit card fee. No real scratches or damage, and the movers themselves did a great job for how tired they had to be. I wouldnt recommend the company itself at the moment, but the group they have working for them deserve some praise!

Had a scheduled 1 PM move with 3 movers. They called the day of my move wanting an earlier time. I explained I was taking a ½ day off work and there just wasnt any way I could leave right then. They said ok, no problem. Called me at 12:45, said they were running behind, it would be closer to 2. Okay. At 2:15 they call and have to reschedule for 9 AM. Okaaaayyy. I explained AGAIN I had taken a ½ day for this, and because of that I had to make up that time the following day (Saturday). They assured me it would be 9AM, and offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience. After MANY calls the following morning after they were late, some guys showed up at 10:30. They werent from Razorback. Razorback had subcontracted my move to another company. They didnt call me AT ALL when they were running late, and they didnt call to say they werent coming. They also sent (or had the subcontracted team send) a 4th guy, so when it was time to pay I didnt get my 10% discount because I got the 4th mover for free. Id leave a much better review if there had been ANY communication on their end. I will say, the guys that eventually showed up were super nice and busted their butts because they knew Id been waiting and had to go to work. So, thanks Myers. You guys did great!

Razorback Moving are the best! Professional, polite, and most importantly they were on time. They worked quickly to get my things loaded into their moving truck. I have a lot of heavy furniture, including a 150 gallon fish tank they carried down 2 flights of stairs and did it without scratching up my furniture or the walls. Their rates are very affordable and their service is worth every penny. I could not say enough good things about these guys. Highly recommended!

Your reply though is not what was communicated to us on the moving day. We were NEVER offered $100 off the broken part. Your mover said that they contacted you and that you had already ordered the part. The mover said that they would be back as soon as the part arrived to fix the dryer. I asked on the timing and they said probably within a week. They did tell us to go ahead and file the claim which we did within 48 hours. Since we filed and after approximately 5-10 email and phone calls, we received ZERO COMMUNICATION from you. This is the FIRST communication we have received and it was because we wrote a review to get your attention.I would appreciate honesty and not being accused of being dishonest. At no point ever was I offered $100 off the move. I was told you had ordered the part and they would come to fix it within the week. At .60 per pound of limited insurance, that would be $90. Seems like that $90 would cover the $45 part that your team broke. $45 seems like a very low spend to not generate negative reviews due to NO COMMUNICATION WHATEVER. Also, we would love you to please reply to our emails if you have access to the part at $45. We are only finding it at $280.89 for a replacement door for the cracked door. We only posted this review because you have not replied to our claim and follow up emails and phone calls asking for an update on when the replacement part was coming.I am not here to debate the value of the damage. But, I am appreciative you reply to reviews. Its been a month trying to communicate with you and solve for this. We were told you had ordered the part and would be back to fix it. I highly recommend this moving company. The service from start to finish and the service was top notch.

I had this company scheduled to unload a delivery truck at 9 am. They didnt show up and never answered or returned my calls. At 1030 someone from a different company called and schedule the unload at 1130. No apology or explanation given and no word of compensation for the overtime I had to pay the delivery truck as they waited to unload.

The guys were GREAT!! They took great care with all my belongings making special boxes and over wrapping my good furniture and artwork. I was very impressed with their courtesy and the way the carried themselves throughout the day. They were on time, professional, and just one of the best moves I have done. My move was short (only @ 15 miles), but there were no issues with anything upon unpacking. I am actually planning to use them for my move back home (out for a reconstruction project at my home). Thanks guys for making it a seamless transition to my temporary apartment.

I had a great move with Razorback Moving & Storage. Ive moved a half-dozen times in my adult life, and it is always a nerve-wracking process for me. These guys were able to make it a much easier, well-organized process than what I have experienced in the past.Dave, our service agent, helped us to coordinate out move, and he made sure everything went well from start to finish. I was glad to have a single point of contact throughout, and I never had to spend my valuable time going over the same details with different people, hoping information didnt get lost. Of all of the moving companies I have worked with in recent memory, these guys have the best, most effective communication; the anticipated all of my needs and worked extremely well with me; I felt taken care of, which is not something I ever expected to find in a moving company.Their quote was fair, and when it came time for the moving day, the movers were experienced and extremely professional. When Razorback says that their movers go through extensive training, they arent kidding. They showed up on time for our early-morning move, and there were absolutely no extra fees or surprises; an issue I have run into more than once with other moving companies. They took many precautions to protect my belongings as well as my property, which took a great deal of stress off me. Each and every item got to my new home in the same condition it was in when it left.I picked Razorback because of feedback from a neighbor, and because they are fully licensed, fully insured, and have a great strategy for getting a move done efficiently and safely, with all of my needs in mind. When I move again, I will definitely be calling these guys!

**Avoid this unprofessional company**I am a local business owner and needed a heavy piece of exercise equipment moved. I called Razorback Moving and explained the weight of the item (900 lbs) I needed moved about 30 to another part of my building. I also stated the item could be taken apart and moved in sections. He said they would do it. Three movers showed up. They did not have all the equipment they needed and literally just slid the equipment across my carpet. This left horrible black marks over my brand new carpet squares. I called the company to explain what happened and he literally told me that due to the weight of my item that any damages were my fault. He then said with the weight of my item I could of used 6 movers. He refused to refund or repair their damage. For spending $230 for a 15 job he should have sent several movers and did a professional job. My guess is when they damage a house when moving items they give the same script if they break items or scratch the walls.
