Spoke with William Forbes at 3:30 at this location to have one 15lb propane tank refilled and was told nobody else is here that can refill propane come back in 45 minutes to an hour, I said ok due to needing to take care of errands. Came back at 5:30 and waited 10 minutes to be assisted again by William for a propane refill request and was told I need to wait an additional 10-15minutes due to another associate moving boxes and they will help after. Waited the 15 minutes and a lady came with no name tag but did apologize/ helped immediately. I had more friendly and speedy service from the child that belonged to William coming in and out of the break room.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help answer all of my questions no matter how annoying they may have been. That Skyler woman was the most professional representative I’ve ever worked with, and the fact that the service came from U-haul is mind blowing in itself. I cannot recommend this location enough!!!

Bought a hitch and installation from this location. The installation was very poorly done to the point of dangerous.1. Wire was routed between muffler and heat shield and laying on top of muffler.2. Wire was found literally dragging on the pavement from where it was routed into the engine compartment and was also routed extremely close to the steering shaft knuckle and also touch part of the engine.3. Muffler hangar bolt was left loose.4. Muffler was left to come in contact with frame every time the car goes over a bump producing a horrible rattle.I ended up making five separate trips to this location with the last three trying to get the issues resolved. The stores manager never bothered calling me despite knowing full well that I was unsatisfied. She only called after I e-mailed her and included a CC to the corporate office.She resolved my issues by issuing me a refund of about 90% of the cost spent and it was only in doing that when she finally bothered to contact me in any way. I then went to Midas where they were able to correct the remaining issues in a matter of moments - so quickly in fact that they didnt change me any extra beyond the cost of the oil change I also had them doing.Their general customer service skills are wholly lacking here at this location.The Manager should never EVER allow an unsatisfied customer go for any period of time before trying to contact them and make whatever efforts are necessary to resolve the issue.The hitch installer is supposed to be Certified and if their workmanship is reflective of that training then the training is wholly inadequate.I will NEVER allow this location to get close to my vehicle ever again.

I was charged twice for no reason and the guy put my call on hold. There is no assistance for the incorrect charge in my credit card. Very bad service will be reporting this rude behavior.

24/7 rental wasn’t ready when I arrived and took over an hour to get the truck I pre-reserved. Don’t bother calling this location as I could t get anyone at this location to answer for over 5 days of calling. I was only redirected to the customer service center and left two separate messages for the manager who never returned my calls. Very disappointing experience but the truck was clean and they provided a discount t for all the hassle so that’s the only reason this isn’t 1 star.

I can’t speak to their rental or hitches, but you can’t beat their service for propane refills! Very quick service. Refill cost less than a tank exchange and you have a guaranteed full tank.

What are your intentions of repairing or removing the concrete light pole base in your parking lot? That thing did $3k worth of damage to my truck because it wasnt visible from the drivers seat. I got nothing for support from Uhaul for this. Is it there so you can let a customer hit it then charge them for repairs or replacement of a truck? I find it extremely irresponsible to leave an obstruction in an area that is prone to traffic by large vehicles. I find it even more offensive that you have avoided the responsibility and blamed me for the damages. Especially when it has been hit by multiple customers (confirmed by an attendant at the facility and multiple colors of paint scratched on it). This means there has been no intention to make you parking lot safe for business and traffic.So, would I recommend your business to anyone? Hell no and I will see to it that everyone I know does the same via every social media available.

Unreliable Customer ServiceI dropped off my vehicle at 9am to have a hitch receiver installed. The guy working was friendly and said that I was his first appointment of the day because the others didn’t show up. He explained that the install would take 1.5 hours and that he would start as soon as he finished cleaning a truck that had been returned. (So 10:30-11:00 to be finished).I returned to pick up my vehicle at 3:15 and it’s sitting on the lift. I went inside and asked the girl behind the counter if she could see how long until it was finished. I figured I could just wait around and my wife could go back to work since I had to get a ride to pick it up. The worker comes back and says it will be done in about an hour. I’m irritated and said that it was an hour and a half at 9 this morning. She replies, we have other customers sir. Well not for long with service like this!

We visited U-Haul Moving & Storage of Rogers on 3 occasions recently (June/July 2019) and on all 3 visits, we received excellent service from knowledgeable personnel. Over the years, weve rented U-Haul trucks on many occasions in various states. The service at this location is a notch above most of the other stores. Staff anticipated questions we hadnt asked or didnt think to ask to ensure nothing was overlooked. Probably the best stocked for the area. They were the only location with enough blankets for 17 pieces of furniture.

I gave this poor excuse of a business 1 start because you cannot give a half a star!!! I called to see about getting a trailer hitch installed. Told me they would have to order a hitch and would be about a week. No problems there. The next day I received a call the hitch was in and wanted to schedule a appointment. I talked to Curtis and made an appointment for Thursday 2pm but first I needed to talk to my wife. I could never get the ROGERS, Ar. store to answer the phone which is where Curtis was located! The phone has never been answered in 3 days at that location! It goes straight to an answering system. Finally talked to Corporate to make the appointment for Wednesday @2pm. Then today Tuesday I get a call from Curtis to cancel my appointment because someone else had that appointment. He stated that he had called the other person and whom ever called back first was going to get the appointment!!! Now I tell you that this is definitely a poor way to do business!!! I will never do business again or recommend this place to anyone to have anything done there!!!!

At first I wanted to be annoyed with this location for wait times but in the grand scheme of things I guess it ended up being worth the wait.I had to reserve a 26’ truck and a 5’8’ trailer all on the same weekend and while it did take 10 years to get me my reserved equipment they are very thorough. They even went as far as to hook up the trailer to my hitch for me and then did not charge me for a delay on returning something I had forgotten.They’ll earn their 5th star from me when the wait times improve. Other than that, great experience.

Marco did everything he could to accommodate my needs and make sure I was properly equipped. This location has cargo accessories such as ratchet straps and tow balls. I probably should have purchased what I needed from here, instead of the local parts store, but maybe Im stubborn and like to pay extra.

These folk take their jobs very serious. By the way, be on the lookout for a gentleman named Curtis. This location is horrible. They are not experienced in policy; forced a charge on my card that was held up for 3 days that they did indeed have the power to reverse when they made the mistake. Very unprofessional as they come into work hungover and I had to hear the kid vomit next to me in the bathroom as the other associate was eating her chicken nuggets. It is pretty much fun like a circus on a Sunday. I am glad my bank verified their false tale.

Amazing place!This is one of the best Uhauls that I have ever been to 👍The units are nice and organized.They have both heated and climate controlled units for your more valuable or easily damaged items.It is high security, with seperate alarms on each unit, and multiple call buttons that connect you with however is working in the building in the case of emergencies.They have a new general manager who does her job with such passion and she makes you feel really welcomed. Skyler ZaageShe took us around the entire facility and explained everything we needed to know. Making sure that we got exactly what we wanted without any trouble.I highly recommend this place for your storage and moving needs 😊

Had a hitch and wiring installed $400.00 in Rogers Arkansas at the main uhaul storage facility, a few days afterwards the wiring was left to much slack and began to drag the pavement. Needless to say the wiring fraid from the pavement and then broke. I had to go out of town the manager said its time I get off work have to schedule appointment. So dont be so eager to get anything done here right the first time or anything fixed immediately.

We thought customer service was great, he made the whole transition easy. He even went out of his way to get us into a bigger storage unit, even though when he took us back there we noticed the size we needed wasnt available. He put us in the next size down, which was fine. He also told us we could use the trash bin out back if it wasnt alot. We thought he was great, he said he would fix the paper work and everything would be fine. (No, we did not go back in to make sure he fixed it. Yes, we know now, we should have.) We got everything moved in the storage room. Found out we couldnt use the trash bin in the back, ever.. And then yesterday we went to go get our kayaks out of storage and it said denied, even though we were supposed to be set up on auto pay. We went around front to find out what was going on and the girl said it wasnt set up that way even though all of our information was there in the system..... She said she would fix it and yet again, we trusted that it would get fixed. I checked my act today and find that they not only billed 119.00 for the smaller storage room, but 143.00? Im assuming that is for the larger storage unit? This has been a huge hassle and an even bigger inconvenience. Just make sure you get all paper work in hand and check your bank act. Regularly. Really disappointed............UPDATE- Since then every month we have had an issue getting into our storage unit and had to go around front to the office- and wait for assistance. From having the wrong information in the system, to our passwords not working, and even at one point had us locked out of our unit because some how they had our storage unit under someone else’s acct., yet,They we’re taking money out of OUR bank acct each month. Absolutely insane, but yes it happened. We started renting a unit from that facility in February and found out in June that we were actually renting the smaller unit next to us as well. WHO KNEW, unfortunately, not us. It most certainly would have been nice to know. Last month, we had to go in and give them our new bank acct number because the card expired. The guy said he deleted the old card and put the new one in. I find out today that they have both cards in their system and have been pinging the old card for payment, so now we’re behind. I don’t understand how this UHAL maintains. I know that we can’t possibly be the only people having these issues. We picked UHAL because it was a well known name, and don’t blame the company, but this facility has some major issues....... Still utterly disappointed and yes still complaining. We are working class people and we’re tired! This UHAL has not made our lives easier by far.........

Abhorrent customer service from the two reps working on 6/11. The location on Hudson also overcharged my account by $20 after I signed a written agreement that the cost for my rented cargo van was $55. I work in a profession that employs movers and moving vehicles on the daily, and U-Haul has lost my business and recommendation.

Worker named timothy at location 2301 8th street in rogers Arkansas was very rude and unprofessional. He doesnt know how to talk to people and is really blunt with how he talks. He left us inside the facility while helping other customers and didnt even mention that he would be back to help us. He seemed as if he hated doing what little work was to be done I am very disappointed.

One star is one too many. Save yourself some time and stress, and do not use this U-Haul facility. After reserving a trailer online, their only counter rep in the store rented out their only 6x12 trailer on the lot to another person in front of me.
