Great service and kind employees. I didnt know what to order so the barista offered to make his personal drink after asking a few questions about my own preferences. Great Coffee!

In my 34 years of life this is a top three worst coffee experiences. It took five minutes before I ordered followed by twenty minute wait for the coffee. I ordered an Autumn Mocha special and it was undrinkable. The amounts of chocolate can’t undo the quality of coffee. I ordered a hot coca for my kids which was an infinite amount of chocolate syrup with Luke warm (at best) milk. They asked if I wanted light or dark espresso so I was getting pumped for the drink but I was very disappointed in the outcome. I nearly waited a half hour with my family in the car for undrinkable beverages.

Fantastic coffee. Ive had a lot of coffee and this is some of my favorite. You can tell all ingredients are top notch quality. I will be stopping in on my next trip on i44.

Really impressive menu. Kind of hit and miss on likability in our group. The New Orleans style coffee was pretty good and the Banana Bread Breve was VERY good. The bourbon flavored drink was not our favorite and the chai was too spicy for us. My husband loves Vietnamese coffee but theirs tasted burnt. Neat shop though.

Delicious drinks, clean restroom, and a fun atmosphere. The baristas are witty, helpful, and make a mighty fine elixir of life. We highly recommend the lavender syrup in whatever your heart desires, even hot chocolate. Thank you for starting our day with a smile!

Person at register did not wanted to takes us first although we first . We order the coffe and gave $100 did return the exact change back to us. Over price for coffee it is not worth at all.

Everything you want out of a chill cafe. Their specialty drinks were inspired and well crafted. I love that they ask if I wanted dark or light roast espresso for the lattes.

Giddy Goat is a favorite place of mine in Rolla. I love the atmosphere and vibe. The staff is always so friendly and patient with me when ordering. They have a huge variety of coffee/teas/desserts. Great tourist stop too! Treat yourself to one of Rolla’s gems 😌☕️

Got a latte with macadamia milk. Awful. Threw it away & I don’t throw coffee away...Disappointed cus they had the best reviews and the place was old but swanky, my fav kind. They were super busy from Starbucks being closed 🤷🏻‍♀️I would’ve waited longer for a better product...

This place has been seen resteaming milk and putting it back into the jug of cold milk. Not only is that very nasty, it can also cause the milk to curdle, but that’s just gross to think about. Mixing steamed milk back into the pitcher of cold milk is nasty. Don’t know why anyone would worry so much as to save a tiny bit of milk.Just leaving this information for anyone wondering where to get coffee. I’d say- find another place!

Best place ever, so friendly and have great coffee!

My wife is from Rolla, so we’d go to giddy goat when we go to visit. Every time I’ve gone there, Ive seen them steam milk for drinks and put the left over steamed milk back into the cold milk jug. I’m a barista and resteaming milk over and over is very unsafe to consume and will also make the milk taste bad. The cortado I got the other day tasted super sour and so we probably won’t be going back. The service was okay but as a barista/service worker I just know you should NEVER continually heat up and cool down milk and that’s enough for me to not return and tell others.

Simply the best. Super friendly and cozy locally owned and operated coffee house with excellent coffee, fun seasonal drinks, and baked goods from the Amish bakery up the highway.

I love their coffee, and the environment and atmosphere is cute and cozy.I deducted one star because the staff is occasionally unprofessional. It often takes a long time to get to order because the staff is visiting. Also, I have seen one staff member use a vape device while behind the counter.I’ll probably never stop going because it’s a local business with great products, but I wouldn’t recommend it if less-than-stellar service is a huge problem for you.

This Cafe is absolutely delicious and the space was cozy. The staff was friendly and super helpful as well! I got the caramel corn latte and it was one of my favorites. The foam was delicious! My sister got the browned butter latte was also really good! I love how the 20 oz has 4 shots included and how you can choose between a dark roast or light roast espresso. The beans are sourced from St Louis and it was one of my favorite blends Ive had.

Delicious espresso! Im the type who wants my coffee with just cream or espresso with just steamed milk, this usually ends up with me having a bitter cup. However, the drink I had here was rich, creamy and smooth. The employee helped me find the drink best suited for me and I just went with their recommendation, whole my husband got a mocha. He said his mocha was smooth and not as harsh as say, Starbucks. Definitely a delicious place to stop! And on a side note... The music station is great! A place to stop in or if I had the time to stay and read!

Cozy and lived-in cafe with amicable wait staff. Parking on site, with plenty of seating with wifi on the premises. I found that their coffee menu has some excitingly novel flavors, and their pricing was very fair. Great for studying or quietly meeting with friends.

I am not a coffee person but my wife is. So we stopped in for our first time. We got a mocha frappe and I have to say the blend of flavor and that coffee bean mixed really well. It was thick and delicious. Maybe was just the time we went, did have a person in front of us, but service was a bit slow but still good.

My favorite coffee house of all time. The flavor options are creative and delicious and the owners truly care about coffee. Try a peanut butter iced latte or a hot Dumbledore. Or a seasonally available Baklava latte. They are all just so good.

Coffee is delicious and local roasters deliver a great product. The barristas could have a bit more in depth knowledge but overall is a good place. The only thing i wish could be controlled are the pretentious, talk loudly so everyone knows how important you are people.

I was skeptical. Coming from both Portland and N.Y, I doubted I would find good coffee. Starbucks has been the only reliable coffee I could find in between. These are true baristas. The coffee is undeniably good. Do not go here for food. The baked items are brought in from Cuba, Missouri, frozen and thawed. I understand. There are no good bakeries in Rolla.This is the best coffee I have found within a 500 mile radius.Excellent.

Great place. Hesitated to go in at first because it doesnt look so great from the outside, but very nice on the inside. Nice, friendly atmosphere and great coffee. Large selection on drinks and new drinks I havent heard of at other places. Definitely worth a look if you enjoy coffee.

We travel past this coffee shop twice a year on our way from Oklahoma to Indiana and enjoy it so much that we plan our trips so that we are traveling by it during open hours at least once during a trip (either on the way or on the way back), although we prefer stopping each time we pass it. ;) Espresso drinks are always perfect, never bitter! Coffee is flavorful and brewed to perfection. We always have to buy a bag of the beans they have on rotation. :) So far the Intelligentsia beans are our favorite. Baristas are knowledgeable not only about the specialty drinks they have available, but also (and more importantly) about the entire process of making an excellent cup of coffee from bean to first sip. Thanks for being a place we look forward to stopping at during our roadtrips to Indiana and home again!
