Extremely hard working and kind staff. The wait times always very short, and they’re happy to help you substitute what their store is out of. They give really good recommendations as well. Have never had a remotely back experience. Everyone is well trained, and despite being a stressful quick paced environment everyone in there is always smiling!

Very good coffees, but pastries and sandwiches too.

Used to love coming here but they never have the inside open anymore or are closed altogether. When they are open you can’t even get in line at the drive thru because of it being all the way to the entrance. Also, the line moves so slowly that you can’t just wait on the road or you’re blocking traffic. Wish they would get back to how they used to be

Great coffee and even better staff! Came at the end of there shift and no one seemed to mind us coming in late and still seemed happy to serve us!

Had an AMAZING experience today! I asked for a coffee of the barista’s choice and Hannah and Ricky were absolutely ecstatic to do that! They even asked me to try it before I left to make sure I liked it!! Then on top of that they paid for it!!!! I mean the best costumer service ever!!! If you go to this Starbucks ask for the barista’s choice and then I am sure you will have this experience! If you know what you want you will still have great service! Can’t wait to go back!

Cant find worst Starbucks than Rollas one. Last time I went they were out of espresso. And they randomly shut down, and always change their hours.Im giving two stars for the friendly stuff, otherwise this Starbucks is trash.

So they were out of every kind of breakfast sandwich (boo!) but there were so nice and kind and it isn’t the barista’s fault that they aren’t able to get items in. My drink (star drink) was made PERFECTLY! Yum. Definitely a nice place to use the drive thru. :)

EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE, RANDOMLY CLOSED FOR DAYS, VERY SLOW SERVICE AND THEY NEVER KEEP SYRUPS IN READY SUPPLY. This is the most difficult and disappointing Starbucks I have ever dealt with.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Lady was rude when I placed my order and I couldn’t hear her. She yelled when I asked what she said but all I could hear was the music. It also took over a half hour for two hot coffees when it wasn’t busy. Would not recommend.

While not really fast, their drinks are always spot on for taste. They have good communication about Covid and delivery issues so you dont have to be confused when you get there. I would share pics, but I finished my drink too fast!

Will this Starbucks ever reopen the inside? It has been closed every trip I have made through Rolla. Good and drink met Starbucks standards.

After trying to order 4 different drinks (not their fault they are out) I ordered an iced chai TEA latte with ALMOND milk. Even at the window I double checked they got my oder correct and they said they did after I got my drink it was a coffee latte with chai flavoring. So we decided to go in to fix the problem. They were nice about the mistake but careless, they remade my drink with cows milk. Which Im guessing would normally be fine except Im allergic to dairy. They were careless in their making and in putting drinks into the system. Dont go if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.

Always closed. They don’t update google or their app if they are closed so I have to waste gas just to go see if they are open or not. I love the employees, but management seems lacking.

The drive through staff here are so friendly. Each timeI hit up the drive through, whoever is taking the orders is always friendly. There’s always a warm greeting asking “how are you” to each customer and honestly, that goes a long way for me. I truly enjoy getting my coffee from here because of the simple warm welcome & the friendliness of the employees. Everyone is super professional, the drinks are delicious, and when a mistake is made, they own it and make it right. Great all around business practices.

They... They dont know how to make the drinks. We ordered 5 different drinks and all of them were the drink but like a light version of them. I have never seen a Java chip or a double chocolate chip that is basically white until today. Theres no chocolate in this only milk. The strawberries in the Acai and Pink drinks are always rotten. They might as well have just given me a lemonade yesterday. The only thing they can make is hot chocolate and coffee. People go here bc they dont know what a real starbucks is like.

This starbucks has no concept of how to work a drive thru! They think it is social hour. I get that it is a small town but honestly not everyone wants to just sit in the drive thru for over 45 min to get a mocha. I do commend them for being nice.

The drive thru is pretty quick. The dining area is clean. A little slow inside sometimes, but I cant complain

UNPREDICTABLE. Ridiculous how every time I mobile order ahead for in store pick up their lobby is closed. If youre going to make me wait in the drive thru line regardless of ordering ahead DISABLE your in-store pick up. Its that simple. I dont have the ability to know your lobby is closed ahead of placing the order so Im going off of what your app says. So disappointing.

The line was lonnnnnggg, but the barista at the window was so nice and friendly. I asked him to look for a cup since the lobby is closed and he went and did, and the store had the cups Ive been looking for. The guy at the window was so nice and friendly and our drinks tasted great!

During normal business hours sometimes they are open sometimes they arent. Its is definitely hit or miss if they are there. It is very unpredictable if they will have what you want or if they have anything. Other than that it is great but not managed very well

Poorly managed store, Starbucks needs to pull their franchise. Every time Ive been to this store something has gone wrong and when i ask about it i get excuses. Guaranteed the slowest drive thru you will ever visit! DO NOT order on the app either, you have a good chance the lobby is closed to pickups due to staff shortage, or the whole store is closed for cleaning. Skip this location and get great service and correct orders at the St. Robert or Sullivan location.

Refuses to do takeout orders when their line from the drive through is backed up onto 63 causing traffic jams and increasing the risk of accidents. Worse yet it’s a specific operating manager that has this policy.

Very much exactly what I may expect of Starbucks. Friendly crew. Clean store. The usual prepackaged food choices. Respectable coffee.

The hours at this location are so all over the place it’s annoying. One day they are open until 7pm & the next they close at noon. With this being the only location in Rolla they are so busy it’s difficult to even get in a lot of the time. They never should have closed down the other location inside of Price Chopper! We need another Starbucks in Rolla.

The barista at the drive thru was so wonderful and friendly! i placed a mobile order, but unfortunately my peach juice was out so the barista made me a drink she thought would be good. it wasnt my fav, so she remade me something even better than what I ordered!! wonderful staff

Always love Starbucks. The worst possible location in town due to traffic and etc which makes it hard to get in and out, but the store itself and its employees are always nice and havent ever mess up my orders. Cant wait to go back inside a location sometime to buy more of their awesome cups too! One drawback is not being able to use my reusable cups but I understand why.

Apparently we spoke another language when our order was taken as even with my drink being repeated 2 times by the manager it was not rang up and they gave wrong size for my husbands drink. My drink was made incorrect and asked for my redeemed stars back for my drink, uou have to call corporate. So I went inside to get my drink corrected, again mustve spoken another language because me explaining my drink was wrong temperature results in bariata telling me what comes in the drink. At this point wed been here for about half hr so I ended up keeping wrong drink just to be able to leave. This stores staff doesnt seem to comprehend what you tell them. Part of our half hour stay was due to incorrect drinks in the car that was ahead of us, and instead of having them pull to the side to wait like all drive thrus do and keep traffic moving they had them wait at window, same with us. Glad we were just passing this place

I gave it only 2 stars because its extremely overrated and too expensive for the average person! I went there because I really wanted go at least one time and if was all hype...and sure was! We got a medium cappuccino,a medium fruit drink and 1 cookie dough cake pop. It was almost 14 dollars! So not worth the price! I do not recommend!

Mine was great, I got the white chocolate mocha frappuccino. My mothers was awful she got the hot chai latte it tasted like dirty water.

I always stop here before work. Today I took my husband by and told him we would find something he would like. He got a vanilla cappuccino filled half way with foam and they forgot sure. He was not impressed. Plus the drink was almost $6. Very disappointed.

Starbucks is always good, its the only one in town so its busy but other than that its Starbucks... The lobby is open but you cant use the bathrooms.... So much for just one stop....8-10-2020

Baristas were very nice. However the coffee is not good. We got a caramel macchiato and a caramel frappuchino and were disappointed.

I recently stopped for a Iced White chocolate mocha. They were having problems with their computers and the wait was very long in drive thru. The staff apologized for the long wait and gave me my order for free. This is why I love this Starbucks. They treat their customers with respect and fix any problems that come up. I will be returning again and again!

My ice chia latte was delicious and I also got a chocolate croissant and it was messy and good

When you cross poor customer service with inattentive employees who would rather gossip with each other rather than focusing their efforts on the customer, you create the unwelcoming environment I felt at the Rolla Starbucks.It would seem management for this location is either new to food service, is stretched too thin over numerous locations and or has lost all hope for this store. Watching the employees one sees what feels to be a lack of the fundamental skills required to operate a store, this could be due to a lack of training and or the inability to retain competent personnel.I would strongly recommend skipping this location in favor of a location that strives for better customer service.

My visit experience was extraordinary. Madison was extremely helpful with us and provided us with excellent service. She thanked us for being in the military. I will recommend this Starbucks because of great service and friendly staff.

I had the best Starbucks experience today. Ashleigh greeted me like an old friend and it was the best. I felt so loved on a morning that I was just really tired and not feeling great. Thank you Ashleigh for being a genuinely caring human being. We need more people like you in the world.

Whats the purpose of using the convenience of ordering through the mobile app if youre just going to have to wait in the drive thru anyway?! Just turn that function off. So annoying.

One of my favorite Starbucks and I got to a lot of them. Very friendly and speedy drive through. Not many choices in the area but if driving 44 this is a great Starbucks to hit.It is very close to the highway but you do have to navigate two sets of lights.

Horrible driveway, horrible service. Curbside pickup one day, not the next. Online order constantly shows everything out of stock so you cant place your customer order.

Tried to order 3 different drinks for daughter and her friend. They couldnt make them because they was out of syrups. This was 8 oclock on a saturday night. The only drink they could make was one my daughter told them how to make. They was out of cake pops also.

The average waiting time for Starbucks chain is about 4.44 mins. The average waiting time for this particular store is about 10 mins for my drive through and pick up. So far, I have made more then 20 trips to this particular location, of which, maybe 1 or 2 trips give me satisfactory experience. It is such a shame to have the only Starbucks chain operating at a substandard, when one would expect it helps connect the local community to the worldwide standard. Needs to be improved!

Good spot. Easy to get to from the highway if you’re traveling. Drivers in Rolla are courteous and the turn in and out is a breeze.Coffee isn’t award winning but it’s consistently good and doesn’t disappoint. Drive-through is convenient, keep in mind the parking lot is a bit on the smaller side.
