Very helpful, called to see if they had a weight distribution hitch from about 45 minutes away and they pulled it from the shelf and held it for us to get there. We didnt even have to ask them to hold it. Awesome people working this store and more than helpful.

Would be 5 stars but the box was taped up and I asked about it and was told all the parts were in there . When I got home, opened up box and they lied.Parts missing. Now I have to return it . Extra time and gas I wont be compensated for.

Been waiting for a certain tool chest to go on sale and I happened to see that it was part of a 3 day sale. Took me longer to drive down to the store than to find what I was after. A group of friendly employees were on my heels soon as I hit the door taking me right to where I needed to be. Told the employee I want a certain one and color and he took off to the back and came out with the item on a cart. Paid for it and expected to be on my own to load it but was surprised to see I was following the employee who was wheeling my item to my vehicle. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. Ty guys and gals at Rollas Harbour Freight...love my new box and be seeing you all soon...

Harbour Freight has a huge selection of tools and supplies at low prices. Ive found some much needed tools that I couldnt afford at other stores. Even if just browsing, Harbor Freight is one of my favorite stores.

Excellent store. Friendly staff. Easy returns. This store has every tool that I could ever need. Unlike other harbor freight stores, this one is clean, organized, and smells great. There is everything for hobbyist to professionals.

I had never been in a Harbor Freight and for this visit I was looking for one item which they didnt have. Walking into the store, everything looked organized. Quite a bit of the merchandise didnt appear to be of high quality. Finding an employee with time to answer questions on a couple items of interest was not possible. Thats just my impression of this store.

When it comes to the amounts of products they have on hand isnt exactly what I wouldve expected but its still a good amount of choices. It seems at times theyre a little overwhelmed due to under staffing but thats not necessarily there fault but rather the employees that dont show up for work. Staff is decently knowledgeable about what they sell but I wouldnt expect anyone to know every detail for every single product they sell. That would be overwhelming for anyone. Overall I give 4 stars in a personal opinion of doing the best they can

Great place to find unique tools at great prices. This is one store where you can spend hours looking at all the stuff on the shelves. Make sure you check out the clearance section to find some great gift ideas for friend and family. If you cant decide there is always the gift card to give as a gift.

I woyld be pleased if they had handicapped carts or at least wheelchairs for those of us who need them. My family drove for an hour specifically to shop here then my mom had to sit outside in the truck while the rest of us went in and did our shopping, which took over an hour. Not cool harbor freight, handicapped people need to be able to come in and shop just as those who arent can!

Fine place. Had a large variety of tools and other stuff. 20% off doesnt work on floor jacks or welders but cashier was nice enough to look up a discount code for me. Will shop here again.

This Harbor Freight store was so helpful when I needed an emergency repair for towing a U-Haul trailer behind my car. They totally went out of their way to make sure I got the right tools and the right hitch ball for my car. They were much more helpful to me in this situation, than U-Haul was. They are running a special, and they basically told me what I was looking for is always on sale, but I wanted to use a coupon that expires in 2 days, and they didnt offer to honor the coupon to compensate for being out of stock.

Cheap tools have come a long way in the last 50 years, most tools they have are (almost) as good as the big name brands
