The location is convenient and has good access hours. Lanie was a big help to get us into the unit we wanted and when we needed it. We decided on a small inside climate controlled unit. The indoor building access is convenient and the climate control seems to work well. We look forward to a good storage experience here.

Today I rented online my first storage unit from Public storge. The online prices and sales were better then many of their competitors. I easily completed the Express Registration. Kelly, the property manager, was very friendly as she efficiently completed my registration. She made it very easy, thank you!

My mom just recently passed, but Paula was able to help me go through all the legal paperwork and get my moms belongings out in a timely fashion. The whole process took less than a week, and that was with me having to come down from Milwaukee and make time from work! It was the easiest of my moms final affairs that I had to take care of. Lainie at 08223 is a great customer service rep there and has made my decision to move in very easy. She is extremely friendly and always takes care of anything you need. I wasnt sure what size unit I needed since I have never rented a storage unit before and Kelly was able to explain everything I needed to know about renting and got me the perfect size that I needed for my belongings.

I also went back a few weeks later and had a few other questions which she had the answers. Samantha was very helpful and a A+ to have her work for Public Storage.

She provided great customer service.The companys policy of sneaking in a fee for the lock - that you have to buy, and insurance - that you also have to buy, and an administrative fee, makes the first month for $1 a bit deceptive... its more like first month for $57, but...Samantha was very friendly and of course its not up to her. Kudos to her for helping me understand the storage unit options, and getting me into the unit quickly.

Went into to inquire about some storage units for my upcoming relocation and Lainie, who introduced herself as the property manager, helped solidify my decision. With the assistance i received from her last week, i have all the right information i will need for my upcoming move in September 2019.

I went in there today during my lunch hour and I was in a rush. Samantha was very helpful in assisting me in paying my overdue bill in a timely manner. I also had a question about my storage policy and she also was able to answer my inquiry. Its nice I was able to encounter a friendly person with excellent customer service skills which is becoming more rare these days.

Kathy is a great manager and very kind. I know the lot had recently been repaved which is great overall. The access for the gates is at car-window high so there is no having to get out of your car to punch in entry key. That means a lot when youre having to fight the winter wind. I never had an issue renting from this place.

Staff was very helpful! One of my friends was helping me to move things out of my storage unit and David gave him a ride on the golf cart back to the unit, where my dad and I were already packing up things. I really appreciated it!
