I dropped packages to ship a few times and never an issue. Will continue working with them.

Brought in something to package and ship... lady working told me if they pack it and ship it, it would cost $130.. I asked what if I packed it myself, she said about $100 to ship it. The part weighed 2.6 lbs!I found a box (35x8x10), it weight 5lbs 12oz... It cost me $13!!! THROUGH fedex!I was so curious I went to another FedEx location and for the same thing they quoted me $30-$50 to package and ship.Ill STILL give 2 stars instead of 1 because atleast the lady was nice, eventhough her attitude changed after I said no thanks to $130.

Last night, at a family wake, we noticed a mistake we made in the program for the funeral mass the next morning. We had the programs printed earlier that day at this location. I called the store from the funeral home and David at this location fixed the errors in the program and reprinted them for us-- only charging us for the cutting! David could not have been more kind, helpful, and courteous in this most difficult time where we were all frazzled. We cannot thank him enough for being so amazing! We will be bringing all of our family business to this store because of their kindness!

We use Fed EX in Rolling Meadows and they are great to work with. Kathy the manager goes above and beyond. Ted and Dave do their best to make everything just as it should be! Great place for printing!

I received the BEST service today. I needed a lot of help and they got ALL my paperwork emailed, just in time for a meeting! They saved the day for me! Thanks again, and I highly recommend this branch!

Went in asking for next day delivery and two days later still no delivery.....

Pricey as hell but its for the quality of service and guarantee! Service people are nice, a worker at the counter named Kush offered to help with everything!

I went to scan and email a one page document . They make you do it yourself at a computer. You have to insert your credit card before you start and follow a list of instructions. In the end I paid $10 dollars to scan and email a document!! Turns out they charge 49 cents per minute which I didnt know until the end. I was very upset. Ill never go there ever again. I should have gone to a currency exchange or the local library

For some reason cost for sending documents international in this location was way too expensive!!!! Went over to the Fedex location in Schaumburg Wilkening st. Same package cost only 15% of the price in this location! same address and same arrival date!! Be aware!Whats up with that Fedex?
