Best UPS Store Ive been to. Fast, efficient, and professional. They can produce quality prints and do a great job with shipping anything you bring in at an affordable rate.

The Rolling Meadows IL UPS store is seriously great! Every time Ive been there, the guys have been helpful and positive. Recently, I wanted to try scanning some of my collage papers that I made (artist here) into digital art for some of my clients. I had no idea what I was doing or if my idea would even work. They helped me the entire time, talking and laughing with me. I did not feel like I was a pain or a bother to them at all when I was telling them what I was trying to accomplish. I love going to this store. And now that my I was able to do my art request, I will continue going to this location for my scanning and printing needs. (and of course my mailing needs, too!). Love the guys at this store. Keep it up! And thanks for helping this artist accomplish an idea I had in my head!

Best ups store with nice staff！ very kind and helpful

I visited this store to ship medicine to a friend in another state. The medicine had to stay cool, so I brought an Igloo Playmate with ice to the store.The clerk let me know that I could send the item using two different methods, and get it there at basically the same time, but one option was considerably cheaper. I took that option, and it got there as scheduled.I realized a week later that I had forgotten the igloo and ice pack at the UPS store. I called, and they had it saved in the back. Its nice to know that everything forgotten is not lost. I will visit this store again! Thanks!

1/2021 Only dropped off a return to Amazon. But they were lightning quick. And with parking right in front. How can I go wrong! Nice staff that I interacted with.

This store has always given Great service and always very accommodating.Not sure about the comment which someone said that the store does not rent a mailbox to a business, we had one setup with a PO box for our small company.

I do drop things off here pretty regularly. They are always kind and welcoming. My business there has only been to drop off packages Ive already weighed and attached the UPS mailing label. I have never really experienced their full service.When I do arrive, there is always someone who greets me immediately - I have never had to wait. They always ask how they can help. My sense is that I would be pleased if I needed anything else but my experience just doesnt allow me to comment on it more.However, for a simple drop off location they are good at what they do.

The service at this location is always great! We had a mini-crisis sending out our wedding invitations and Jim went above and beyond to help us out, individually post-marking each one! Im so appreciative of UPS and Jims patience and assistance! Thank you!

This store has had the air conditioner BROKEN for TWO WEEKS when I came in today. Despite this, the gentleman who assisted me was SUPER friendly and helpful. Usually when men are so nice, theyre flirty or creepy; nope, not this guy! He was nothing but polite, professional, and positive! I thought Id be charged for printing the shipping label, but it was free! Speedy service and great attitudes under terrible working conditions. These people need some recognition and praise! Great job!

Wow! The team at this store led by Geoff and Bill provided incredible service for our move of 500 lbs. of furniture items and boxes from Illinois to South Carolina. They arranged to pick up our large chair from our house and then packaged everything very securely. I was concerned about the cost of a shipment of this size and they worked with me to find all the applicable discounts that could apply. Then just today I received a call from them inquiring whether everything arrived on time and without a scratch. Frankly, I was blown away by their service and commitment to excellence. I strongly encourage you to use the team at the UPS Store on Palatine Road.

I have been going to this store for several years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Had some large posters printed there too recently and their graphic designer was very helpful and I was blown away by the quality. Much cheaper then the other stores that I got quotes from.

These guys do a lot of printing for me (professional presentations) and they always do a very good job. Its on time and looks great every time.

Package drop off here is very fast and the guys working the register are nice and chill!

They do have great customer service. I was kinda blown away to see how bad their housekeeping is everything dusty and dirty counter was really nasty !!!!
